The hotel rooms are quite compact, and the bathroom space is very limited. One of the main reasons we booked this hotel was for the swimming pool, but unfortunately, it was dirty and not usable. What made it worse was that the receptionist informed us only after arrival that the pool would be open starting next month. This was disappointing and felt like a waste of time, especially since the pool was a key factor in our decision to book.

The room was clean and most things worked (fan on bathroom falling off wall and plug socket dodgy). Service was a bit lacking when we first arrived, but grumpy but morning service was much friendlier. The main negative was dinner. I would put it on a level with school dinners, bland, boring and tasteless. The variety was poor. Not. Much in the way of Greek food (pasta, mashed potato etc). I ate because I was hungry, there was no enjoyment at all, no flavour, no taste. The food was Luke warm. A good hygiene disaster waiting to happen. Breakfast was better, more Mediterranean style but served chips and onion rings (I assume this is what your average British tourist wants otherwise how weird is this). We paid extra for dinner so not good at all, needs to improve. There was also no lock on the inside of the door of the room which, if I was traveling alone as a female, would be unsafe and make me feel insecure.

I am very glad that I chose this hotel, I really liked it, I spent four wonderful days there, I left for another city and came back here again, the hotel is in a quiet area if you like silence and being away from everyone, then this is the ideal place in the hotel, wonderful staff who helped with all questions, a very tasty and hearty breakfast, I also coffee with a coffee machine, the room was an economy class, which I took, but it had everything you need, the room was very clean with a balcony, I was very pleased with my trip, the hotel has a swimming pool, unfortunately, it was not the season yet, but it was very clean and I just sat near it and enjoyed the wonderful weather, the woman at the reception helped me with everything, you can take an iron, a hair dryer, and also an adapter for charging your phone if you have a European charger, a three-euro deposit, bus 425 stops near the hotel, which takes you to the airport and also to the city center, the stop is right 100 m from the hotel, there is a supermarket nearby where you can buy all the groceries, the beach is 3 minutes walk away and there is also traditional cuisine nearby, several restaurants, so in Next time I will definitely come back here)

Unfortunately, I had a very bad experience at this hotel. While I was filling the bathtub, a female staff member came and knocked on the door. I was in the bathroom, so my girlfriend opened the door. The employee started speaking in her own language, and since my girlfriend does not speak Russian, she behaved quite rudely. When I came out of the bathroom and asked what the problem was, she said there had been a complaint because water was going to the kitchen. When I told her that this was not my problem, she replied in a rude way saying “It is your problem.” It honestly felt like taking a shower or washing in this hotel was somehow forbidden. The reception staff were also very unwilling and uninterested. I have rarely seen employees working with such a lack of motivation. The hygiene was even worse. We found cockroaches in the beds. During breakfast and dinner, cockroaches were also around the dining area. The staff constantly stand over you while you eat, so you cannot even enjoy your meal comfortably. You almost feel like you have to finish your plate and even drink your water somewhere else. This hotel definitely does not deserve the money I paid. Unfortunately, they completely ruined my holiday in Cyprus.

It’s a well-equipped hotel. I don’t understand why it rated so low. I have spent good three-nights ghee in my winter holiday. The lokation is good. You can take bus no. 425 directly to the airport- the bus ticket costs only 2.4 €. You can as well take many lines to the Larnaka city, Protaras, Paralmni and more destinations. The breakfast is buffet with hot and cold meals. The room has a sea- view and it’s quiet in the night. 5 minutes walk to the beach. If you forget adaptor, you can borrow one for 3 € as deposit. Everything is good.
