These rooms are located in the main building of the resort. They are well-appointed with a typical Mediterranean style of décor and offer a colourful view of the resort’s secluded gardens, as well as the hills of Neo Chorio Village.

Studio Suites (Full Sea View)

Studio suites are located in the main building of the resort. The decor is of a truly Mediterranean style, with marble floors, louvred shutters, spacious bathrooms and king-size beds, or two three-quarter beds. Some Studio Suites interconnect with other Studio Suites. All Studio Suites have a full sea view. Studio Suites can accommodate a maximum of one extra bed or one baby cot.

Family Studio

Ideal for families, these suites are similar to the Studio Suites but are more spacious. They are located in the main building of the resort. The decor is of a truly Mediterranean style, with marble floors, louvred shutters and king size beds, or two three-quarter beds. The Family Studio can accommodate two extra beds or one extra bed and a baby cot. Minimum occupancy of 3 paying guests is required.

Garden Studio Suite

Garden Studio Suites are located in groups of individual residences within Anassa’s fragrant landscaped gardens. Inspired by traditional Cypriot architecture, the Garden Studio Suites are reached by winding pathways that increase their air of privacy. Spacious and comfortable rooms are superbly decorated, with white walls and marble floors creating a sense of cool Mediterranean elegance. All rooms have breathtaking views of the sea and the unspoilt stretch of the northwest coastline. Some Garden Studio Suites interconnect with other Garden Studio Suites or Junior suites (with or without plunge pool). Some Garden Studio Suites have their own private pools (heated in Wintertime). Junior Suite with Pool

Junior suites with private pools are located either in the main building or in one of the individual residences within the gardens. They are superbly appointed and spacious, with a very comfortable lounge area and a view of the sea. The Mediterranean style of the furniture and the louvred shutters create a feeling of spaciousness and coolness. All Junior Suites with pools have king-size beds, hi-fi, DVD, minibar, Espresso machine and safe. The private pools are heated in Winter. Some Junior Suites interconnect with Garden Studio Suites. Panorama Suite

True to their name, these suites enjoy a sweeping panoramic view over Chrysochou Bay, the Polis coastline and the hills of the Akamas Peninsula. They are located in the main building and are superbly appointed and spacious, with a very comfortable open-plan lounge area. The Mediterranean style of the furniture and the louvred shutters create a feeling of spaciousness and coolness. All have king-size beds, full air-conditioning, television with satellite channels, telephone, hi-fi, DVD, minibar, Espresso machine and a safe. Panorama Suites interconnect with Studio Suites.

One-Bedroom Suite

The suites are located in the main building or in one of the individual residences within the tastefully landscaped gardens. They are superbly appointed with custom-made furnishings and features. The blue and white colours and the marble floors create an atmosphere of coolness and comfort, in the Mediterranean style. The bedroom has a spacious, en suite bathroom and the living room area has a visitor’s bathroom with a shower and toilet. All suites are fully air-conditioned and have television with satellite channels, CD and DVD player, espresso machine, minibar and a safe. Some suites have a fireplace.

Each suite has a balcony or a terrace, suitable for private dining, whose view offers unique panoramas of the Mediterranean Sea with the unspoilt coastline of the North West of Cyprus.

Adonis & Aphrodite Suites

These two suites are situated on the top floor of the resort. Both Suites have one separate bedroom and luxurious bathroom facilities with sea views, a private whirlpool on their balcony and are beautifully furnished. A fireplace and antiques grace the rooms of these opulent suites, which enjoy magnificent vistas of the blue Mediterranean Sea as well as the Akamas Peninsula and New Chorio Village. Additional features include an espresso machine and a DVD / CD player.

Anax Suite

Anax means "King" in classical Greek, and offering the ultimate in comfort and elegance, Anassa's Anax Suite is truly palatial. The suite has its own spacious and sumptuously decorated rotunda sitting room, complete with a beautifully painted domed ceiling and stunning views of the bay through arched windows. Furniture crafted in wrought iron, cast stone and carved wood is complemented by elegant antiques and rich fabrics in the restful colours of cream, sand and oatmeal. The vast bedroom pampers guests with every luxury amenity, including a lavish marble bathroom, and can be adjusted to accommodate either one or two beds. Additional features include an espresso machine and DVD / CD player. It is situated on the highest floor of Anassa and offers breathtaking sea views of the Akamas Peninsula and Chrysochou Bay.

Alexandros Residence

Alexandros Residence is an opulent villa type suite, located in the landscaped gardens of the East of the hotel. Built on two stories, it has numerous exclusive features, including its own entrance foyer, separate dining room/living room area with fireplace, a study/library with phone and direct fax, and a kitchenette. The villa has its own private pool (3.7 x 7.5 metres), heated in the winter, situated on a large terrace on the ground floor, with stunning views over Chrysochou Bay.

The bedrooms, one with twin beds, are located on the upper floor, and each has its own balcony and bathroom. Both bedrooms and living room are fully equipped with a DVD and CD players, and the living room also has a complete entertainment centre and an espresso machine. An internal staircase connects the two floors. All the rooms are lavishly furnished with unique antiques and pieces of art. Galaxias

Galaxias is a versatile function room located on the ground floor of Anassa, next to the main entrance of the hotel. It measures 170 square metres and can accommodate up to 200 people. Galaxias is a light and airy room which opens onto the “Village Square”, enjoying views of both the Mediterranean and of the hotel gardens. For coffee, lunch, dinner or cocktails, the “village square” offers an authentic Cypriot ambience, with the intimate hotel chapel providing a charming backdrop. Galaxias also has a raised platform which is ideal for staging presentations, exhibitions or entertainment.

Zephyros Ballroom

Zephyros Ballroom is Anassa’s primary and most spacious function room and is situated on the ground floor of the hotel. Measuring 375 square metres and having a capacity for 500 people, Zephyros can either be used as a magnificent ballroom or for lavish banquets and gala dinners. Zephyros is conveniently located adjacent to a spacious foyer and cloakrooms, at the foot of a grandiose marble staircase, and has immediate access to the hotel’s sea view gardens. This ample function room, therefore, offers the flexibility of optional space for serving coffee or pre-dinner cocktails.

Baby Go Lightly

Baby Go Lightly offers parents the opportunity to order every manner of a baby item in advance of travelling, so all that is left for one to do is to carry the baby on board, with plenty of room for their holiday gear. All items ordered will be waiting for in-room on arrival.

From pre-ordering a car seat in the taxi or rental car airport transfers to specifying the language for in-room storybooks and DVDs to providing in-room amenities such as potties, high chairs, dry and swimming nappies, nappy bins, sterilisers, extra bottles and teats, baby gyms, carrier pouches, child buggies, baby walkers, baby bath amenities (including baby lotion and baby powder), bottle warmers, crayons and colouring books, baby travel wipes, swimming flotation aids, lavatory training seats, and baby bathtubs, Baby Go Lightly has it.

And should there be any special request that Junior just can’t do without, the Guest Services team will be delighted to oblige! In addition, Anassa offers qualified English-speaking babysitters and children’s menus in the restaurants.

The relevant pre-order form should be completed and sent to the hotel prior to the guest's arrival. The order form is available on request and all charges are payable at the hotel directly.

Well behaved canine companions are welcome at the Anassa. Dogs up to 12kgs can be accepted, but no cats or other animals.

Dogs must have current vaccination.

On arrival, a dog bed, bowls, treats and a toy will be provided.

Guests must sign a waiver form with some terms and conditions.

A non-refundable dog fee of €200 per stay will be charged to your account prior to check-out to cover the cost of additional and necessary cleaning in preparation for our next guest.
