The Stamatia Hotel, an officially 3 star hotel, is one of the most prestigious and extremely popular hotels of Ayia Napa. The hotel is well known for its friendly staff and relaxed holiday environment.
The hotel's design combines luxury elements with modern amenities and the warm interiors provide guests with a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere. Each zone of the public areas provides a mix of comfortable and stylish seating options, caters to a variety of needs and is designed to create a welcoming environment for all visitors.
All of the air-conditioned rooms have balconies and some have views of the sea. Each room has a hairdryer, satellite TV and a direct phone line.
The restaurant at Stamatia serves Mediterranean and international cuisine prepared with fresh local ingredients. The Dionysius bar serves exotic cocktails and serves al fresco Greek cuisine beside the pool.
The hotel has several sun terraces and a TV lounge for guests' enjoyment. A playground and a paddling pool are available for younger visitors.
The hotel is in the heart of Ayia Napa, just a few minutes walk from the beach and about five minutes' walk from the picturesque tourist and fishing harbour. On-site parking is available for a fee.

Lock your safe, housekeeper or house cleaner are stealing and nobody will do anything about that (they steal my earrings). Most of the stuff is rude. Food the same every day with only something extra new but with same taste. You pay drinks even water at your dinner (half board). Don’t have sea view (don’t pay extra for that). Hotel is not 100m from the beach where you can swim, it’s 100m from harbor only. I’m not going back in this hotel NEVER, first and last time.
The location of the hotel is very good. Unlike the restaurant staff who are mostly rude, the ladies at the reception are really nice.
Food : Breakfast and dinner were good but lunch always had a very low quality. The coke zero never had the same taste twice in a row, maybe they have different draft batches..
Room : we had a room for 3, the third bunk bed is not at all comfortable but the room is very clean overall
Pool : you can enjoy drinks and snacks by the pool. The only downside is that the pool water is hot

The room was nice, the location was great but the rest was poor… The staff was far from friendly, the restaurant is too small for the hotel knowing that it’s either all-inclusive or Half pension. The food was ok, breakfast was fine. The restaurant is only open 2 hours, we were a big group we’d arrive 30min before they closed they were unhappy but when we can at a more decent time there was no room to sit. The pool closes at 6pm ? I don’t really understand why it closes so soon. You ask for water at the restaurant, you get a small glass of water, they don’t have bottles or pitchers, which I think is the bare minimum. Therefore a two star review is the best I can give.

The most important thing for us was cleanliness, good food.
It can be seen that the hotel is renovated but older.
If you pay the room with the sea view, you get the room with very modest view to the small piece of the sea ( although it didn't bother us).
Some staff members were arrogant.
One elevator is not enough for all guests, and it is too slow.
Also, we don't see the point of closing the pool at 6 pm.
Location, air condition and sound isolation were great.

Medium range hotel suitable for those travellers who didn't come in holiday for luxury. The hotel is very clean, the staff very polite and its position provides you quick access to any location. More than this, you have 2 markets near the hotel so you can buy water or anything you'll need. I am very happy because I've choose to spend my holiday here! 🙏 Sending ❤️ from 🇷🇴 ✨

The maximum capacity of all types of rooms is 2 Adults plus 1 Adult (folded bed) or 2 Children (bunk bed). Note that a room with additional 2 extra folded or Bunk beds will be crowded.

The pool area is completely renewed. The Pools have an overflow system and has become a more relaxing place where guests feel comfortable to gather and spend time around it.
