The Stamatia Hotel, an officially 3 star hotel, is one of the most prestigious and extremely popular hotels of Ayia Napa. The hotel is well known for its friendly staff and relaxed holiday environment.
The hotel's design combines luxury elements with modern amenities and the warm interiors provide guests with a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere. Each zone of the public areas provides a mix of comfortable and stylish seating options, caters to a variety of needs and is designed to create a welcoming environment for all visitors.
All of the air-conditioned rooms have balconies and some have views of the sea. Each room has a hairdryer, satellite TV and a direct phone line.
The restaurant at Stamatia serves Mediterranean and international cuisine prepared with fresh local ingredients. The Dionysius bar serves exotic cocktails and serves al fresco Greek cuisine beside the pool.
The hotel has several sun terraces and a TV lounge for guests' enjoyment. A playground and a paddling pool are available for younger visitors.
The hotel is in the heart of Ayia Napa, just a few minutes walk from the beach and about five minutes' walk from the picturesque tourist and fishing harbour. On-site parking is available for a fee.

It was a pleasant surprise to discover that a 3-star hotel could offer such good food and exceptionally clean rooms. The value for money is excellent. I have stayed in several 4-star hotels in Ayia Napa where the restaurant quality was much lower, despite prices being almost double.
The hotel is in a great location, close to the sea, and the service is outstanding. The staff are friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable stay at a reasonable price.
Ps the rooms with the sea view on the 3rd and up floors are the best choice:).

We stayed at this hotel in early May 2026. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and the hotel left a very good impression. The hotel is quiet, peaceful, has good service, and is conveniently located. Upon check-in, our requests regarding the floor and bed type were taken into account.
We would also like to mention the polite and attentive staff. The rooms were cleaned every day, and the towels were changed daily as well.
We would especially like to highlight the service on our last day. After checking out at 12:00, we spent a few more hours relaxing by the pool before leaving. When we came to collect our luggage, the reception staff offered us fresh towels and the opportunity to use the sauna and take a shower before our trip, even though our room had already been checked out. The service at the hotel is truly of a high standard.
Among the advantages, we would like to mention the convenient location of the hotel, good service, polite staff, and high-quality daily cleaning. Towels were changed every day, the floors were cleaned regularly, and the bed was made daily.
We also really liked the pool area — there were plenty of comfortable sun loungers, everything was clean and well-maintained. There is also a shower and restroom nearby, and the hotel territory is compact and conveniently organized, so everything is easy to access.
As for the downsides, a side dish served at dinner was a bit too salty several times. We also noticed that dust was not always cleaned from the bedside tables and shelves in the room.
Overall, everything was good, and I can recommend this hotel for a vacation.

We had a really lovely stay at Stamatia Hotel in Ayia Napa and can't wait to come back!
The rooms were spotless and cleaned every single day. It was also a nice touch to have coffee and tea available in the room.
The food was amazing - the buffet had a great variety, and the live cooking added something extra. Everything we tried was fresh and really tasty, so I’d definitely recommend going for the hotel dining.
The pool area was also great - clean, spacious, and with plenty of comfortable sunbeds to relax on. We even made use of the gym; it’s on the smaller side, but surprisingly well equipped. Since we visited in April, it was never crowded, so we ended up using it every day.
The location is another big plus - just a minute’s walk to the beach and the harbour, and really close to the center, so everything is within easy reach but without feeling too noisy.
What stood out the most, though, was the staff. Everyone was warm and welcoming, but the lady at the reception deserves a special mention - she was incredibly kind, helpful, and always ready to answer any question or give useful tips.
Overall, a great experience and a place I’d recommend without hesitation! ❤️

Excellently located hotel, close to the port and the beach. Quite large room for 3 stars. Large bed with comfortable mattress. New and functional furniture. Air conditioning, mini fridge and LCD. Balcony with partial sea view! Tea and coffee making facilities. Upon arrival, you will receive water, a mini bottle of wine and some snacks from the house. Lunch and dinner or soup, not always of very good quality! Although Cyprus is a Christian country (or rather, the Greek part) I expect a feast of pork preparations. The surprise was the abundance of honey preparations. And my favorite was the delicious veal stew. There was certainly no shortage of pork, chicken, fish or even seafood preparations. For the rest, rice, vegetables, salads and more delicious potatoes, including baked in their skins. Of course, pasta, but also wonderful cakes. Fruit in abundance: grapes, apples, plums, peaches. From the bar in the restaurant you were served upon arrival with beer or wine. There was also a pool bar, where local spirits, beer, wine or juices were waiting for you. You could also refill your water bottles from here. Between 11-12 and 15-17 you could order some snacks, such as sandwiches, pizza, burgers or pasta. Which were then brought to your table at the bar. The hotel also had a swimming pool, although small. In conclusion, a 3-star all-inclusive hotel in a good location, with a culinary and beverage feast, with a fairly good price-quality ratio.

Location wise is a great hotel that has everything what you need to have a great time. Service could be nicer - they are trying their best to be happy and helpful but sometimes smile could be all guest want otherwise it feels like they are there as a punishment.
Food is good - not great not bad. No food wasting as there is small restaurant only so not so much variety.
Something to choose from and not being hungry. This is in my opinion good thing.
Drinks on all inclusive are nice ! Cannot complain as better and than all hotels I’ve been in for the last couple years in 3*hotels.
The only downside is they did not care about the marking dangerously slippery wet stairs that caused an accident and almost ruined holidays mood with 70€ bill for the taxi to nearest hospital. It’s their responsibility to put the marking on dangerous places when wet, especially if they had one inside on totally dry floor!
Small pool, sun beds are mostly reserved after the breakfast. But it was enough as beach is close!
Reception girls were nice and friendly.
Rooms cleaned every day. Complimentary wine and cookies very tasty on the day of arrival!
