We only purchased a day pass for the Waterpark, the kids loved it. No lines. It was the second day it was open so not super busy. We paid around 20 each and stayed about 4 hrs
We had to bring our own towels, lots of chairs

Where to start?
We travelled as a family of 3.
Me, my wife and Fred our 14 year old son.
We flew into Larnaca airport- renting a car from Elephant actually turned out to be pretty much the same cost as taxi to and from the hotel.
Its a fair distance from Larnaca Airport (150 Euro cab fair each way)
Roads are great- its an easy drive 90 minute drive.
The hotel is fabulous value for money.
The food is tremendous, lots of choice, the Cypriot themed BBQ on a Monday is first class.
The amenities are great, very clean and in good condition.
Our son loved the Water Park, not too busy.
This is a big hotel, maybe 900 guests- but apart from peak times in the restaurant or bar- never felt overcrowded, and even them because the staff are so attentive you are never waiting long.
There is honestly a very good feel and vibe to the hotel.
As I said before, the staff are what takes this place to the next level.
Although they are genuinely all great, I would like to highlight the following people, who made our holiday one we won't forget.
The following staff I would like to highlight as really going the extra mile.
Zacharios- Porter.
We arrived late on the Friday (9.30pm) he made sure we but a meal before taking us to our room- there were a few things missing (remote control, safe batteries) he got everything dealt with with a smile and tried his level best to make the start of our holiday great. He is new to the hotel staff- really good guy.

Always busy and again, nothing is too much trouble.
Ms Szidonia- Guest Relations.
Absolutely knock out customer care.
Nothing was too much trouble, she gave us a tour of the hotel on the Saturday, arranged reservations for the restaurants.
We had a few issues with the room, she was so proactive with her approach.
Anything we needed, she was always on hand- absolutely top notch care.

Wonderful lady, and although having to deal with many people and rush periods- always had a personal touch and nothing felt like too much trouble.
Superb at her job, and goes beyond to ensure that the guests feel looked after.
I would not hesitate to recommend this place.
When we get the next opportunity, we will 100% be returning.
On a side note- if you are looking for somewhere outside the hotel to watch football etc. Although the lobby bar has the matches, and you have the Cypriot version of Sky Sports in your room, there is a bar 50m from the from of the hotel called Clusters ran by Paul- great place!

Galina on floor 5 if I remember was my maid she was an absolute diamond a great asset to the company. Hotel was nice food was very repetitive but nice. All the staff in the hotel was extremely kind please ensure that know they are amazing. Overall all enjoyed

This place is awesome!! Highly recommend. Beautiful setting. Great pool areas and waterpark. My 10yr old son had a ball. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff...especially Guest Relations who really go the extra mile to help and make your stay the best. Perfect for families...lovely chilled atmosphere and happy kids. Food...well, it's all inclusive so don't expect fine dining but the food enjoyable and good selection...breakfast very good. All in all, it's a massive thumbs up. We have lots of holidays and this has probably been the best. Just love this resort. Thank you to all involved!!

Stayed here at the end of August family of 5.
The room is very big with two balconies.
This all-inclusive hotel has everything you need especially for kids and the water park which is part of the hotel makes all the difference.
Food is okay and has plenty of variety.
The only thing that will make it perfect if there was access to the beach from the hotel, which other hotels in the area have.
