Excellent value for money. The location is very close to Nissi Beach, as well as the bus and taxi stations. The hotel is exceptionally clean, with a beautiful and pleasant area around the hotel itself within the complex. Good food. Deluxe room, no. 256, second floor

We arrived for two adults and 1 child booking. We found only a double bed in our room. We had to argue at reception to provide our child with a bed after they said you can wait until the morning. After a heated discussion it was finally provided, however with only a camp style mattress until the following Morning. The room itself was basic. Water was replenished most days in the fridge. The bedding wasn't changed once for the whole 7nights. Only towels! Pool bar and main bar staff polite and efficient. The lady who runs the shop and towel allocation needs to learn some customer service and politeness. She is very abrupt and rude every day. The food is probably the worst we have experienced in a 4 star hotel! Breakfast was cold! (And that's not exaggerating), lunch was basic and dinner was just horrible with very little choice to put a meal together. You are best having some pool bar food and then eating out. Overall hotel chrystofina is a 3star at best. For the price of 7nights there are far better hotels around the area. Please look elsewhere before booking.

We stayed at Christofinia Hotel 27th Aug - 5th Sept 2025. I hate to leave only a 2 star review but unfortunately our experience was fairly poor. The room itself (double room) was very nice. We had very good air conditioning, the beds are comfortable & the bathroom is nice. We was disappointed to find out that there was only evening entertainment twice a week - Saturday’s only being for half an hour. Evening entertainment is advertised on Jet2’s website for this hotel but it failed to mention it was only twice a week. There could be more food options presented at breakfast/lunch/dinner - I have been to a number of hotels that offer much more variety, but the food they did present was cooked well. The drinks service at lunch & dinner is very poor. There was a number of times that we actually finished our dinner & desserts by the time the staff asked us if we’d like a drink. We did speak to another couple in the hotel & they said that they were served drinks straight away but they had to pay for theirs whereas we was all inclusive, so I do wonder if this was the reason. The cleaner, middle-aged, blonde hair, was absolutely lovely & did a fantastic job at cleaning our room. The pool is really nice and there’s always been a sunbed available. The main issue I had that really stood out to me was that I accidentally took down the incorrect towels to the pool (I took white instead of blue). The lady who works in the shop/on towel duty noticed I had the wrong ones in my bag when I was buying something from the shop and she shouted at me and gave me a lecture about it as a number of people walked past the shop. I did feel it was out of order but I didn’t say anything at the time because I felt awkward. Overall, not the best experience and I personally wouldn’t return. I think there needs to be more entertainment, more variety of food & better customer service from some of the staff. Shame because the location is great, just a couple of minutes walk from Nissi beach & a bus-stop up the road to get into Ayia Napa centre (only €2 per person).

I stayed at Hotel Christofinia in Ayia Napa, Cyprus between 19–26 August 2025 and had a very pleasant experience. This is a well-maintained 4-star hotel, clean and nicely arranged. We booked half board (breakfast + dinner), which turned out to be a good choice. The breakfast is the same every day, but the dinner menu changes daily, and the food is generally good to very good. The rooms are tidy, with cleanliness well taken care of. The hotel has a nice swimming pool with sunbeds, and towels are provided based on a card you receive at the reception. The staff is friendly and always willing to help, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Location-wise, the hotel is slightly on the outskirts of Ayia Napa, but very close to the famous Nissi Beach. Also nearby are Landa Beach and Makronissos Beach, both worth visiting. There are also bus stops close to the hotel, making it easy to move around the area. Overall, I would say this hotel offers a very good value for money, and I definitely recommend it for a relaxing stay in Ayia Napa.
