We arrived for two adults and 1 child booking. We found only a double bed in our room. We had to argue at reception to provide our child with a bed after they said you can wait until the morning. After a heated discussion it was finally provided, however with only a camp style mattress until the following Morning.
The room itself was basic. Water was replenished most days in the fridge.
The bedding wasn't changed once for the whole 7nights. Only towels!
Pool bar and main bar staff polite and efficient.
The lady who runs the shop and towel allocation needs to learn some customer service and politeness. She is very abrupt and rude every day.
The food is probably the worst we have experienced in a 4 star hotel! Breakfast was cold! (And that's not exaggerating), lunch was basic and dinner was just horrible with very little choice to put a meal together.
You are best having some pool bar food and then eating out.
Overall hotel chrystofina is a 3star at best. For the price of 7nights there are far better hotels around the area.
Please look elsewhere before booking.

Great location but thats it. Breakfast could have more fruits, healthier choices, omelett by the order, bettee juices and coffee.
Cups and other utensils are plastic .
There is no possibility to sit outside , all seats sre indoors with loud noise from buffee and many guests. Smelled of gasoline inside restaurant one morning .probably due to the door that was open towards the parking lot.
The hotel is missing training classes for audults, like yoga etc. The beach towels are very small and feel cheap. The gym is a disaster and the staff is not very friendly or helpful unfortunately. Could not help with bus time table,for ex

I had a very unpleasant and humiliating experience at this hotel. Upon check-in, the staff clearly told me that my reservation included half board instead of only breakfast. They issued all the documents accordingly. I even asked three times to make sure there wasn’t a mistake, and each time they confirmed that dinner was included.
The next evening, when I went to the restaurant, they didn’t say anything at the entrance and let me in as normal. However, in the middle of my dinner, several staff members came to my table and told me I had to pay for the meal. I calmly asked them to let me finish eating and said I would bring the documents from my room right after. Instead, they came back four times, and eventually escorted me to the reception like I had done something wrong.
At the reception, I was treated like a liar. They claimed I had “rushed in for dinner” without giving the staff a chance to say it wasn’t included — which was simply not true. Even after I showed them all the proof, no one apologized. I was the one left feeling humiliated because of their mistake.
On top of this, the room smelled awful every day due to kitchen pipes, and the pool towels were dirty. The staff were unfriendly and rude from the beginning.
I absolutely do not recommend staying at this hotel. They do not respect their guests, they make their mistakes your problem, and they humiliate you instead of taking responsibility. I have never felt so disrespected in any hotel.

We stayed there for 5 days with friends.
The condition of the rooms was terrible, as you can see in the photos. Maybe they have some rooms in better shape, but if you’re not lucky, it’s very easy to end up in one of the creepy, run-down ones.
The breakfast was poor and exactly the same every single day.
Dinner was “acceptable,” but absolutely not good quality.
The only positive part was the cleaning — the rooms were cleaned properly and the cleaners were very friendly.
The reception service was a disaster, no matter which receptionist you dealt with.
The hotel’s location is the only real advantage.
This was my 8th time in Ayia Napa, and I’ve stayed in several hotels before — but Cristofinia is on a completely different (and much worse) level. I DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!
The hotel is unfairly rated 4 stars. The value for money is generally good, but it is clear from the entire staff that there is no desire to provide service. Every smallest request is received with discomfort by the hotel staff. The level of maintenance of the rooms is reasonable and requires significant improvement. The location is good, quiet, ample parking, reasonable breakfast plus. The expectation was slightly higher due to the 4-star rating, but overall good value for money.
