The experience was ruined by a theft from the room and complete indifference from the hotel management.
A valuable personal item (wedding ring) was stolen directly from our room (Room 351). The hotel management showed absolute zero empathy, refused to take any action, and did not even apologize for what happened. We had to file an official report with the Cyprus Police (Burglary and Theft report filed on 03/08/2026). Terrible security, unhelpful staff, and safety concerns. I strongly advise against staying here.

I had a very pleasant stay at Christofinia Hotel. In my opinion, it offers one of the best value-for-money experiences in the area. It has practically everything you need for a comfortable holiday.
The swimming pool is excellent, the pool bar is great, and the staff are always friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Free parking for guests is a big plus, and the food was good throughout our stay.
We stayed on a half-board basis. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of choices, especially fresh salads and other options. Dinner was always generous, with a wide variety of dishes, so there was something for everyone.
The only small downside was the third bed in the room. It's a fold-out bed, so it's not the most comfortable, but it's perfectly fine for a child up to around 10–12 years old.
The rooms were cleaned regularly and kept in good condition. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again.

An absolutely wonderful experience! 👏✨This was my second stay at Christofinia, and they never fail to impress. The team is incredibly attentive, warm, and supportive. 🤍Since we were celebrating my husband's birthday, they surprised us with a lovely birthday cake, tasty wine and the beautiful cards filled with sweet wishes. Thank you so much for making our stay so special. ✨🫂🤍 Highly recommended! 🙏🏻

Excellent value for money.
The location is very close to Nissi Beach, as well as the bus and taxi stations.
The hotel is exceptionally clean, with a beautiful and pleasant area around the hotel itself within the complex.

My husband and I just returned from a vacation in Ayia Napa. We stayed at the Christofinia Hotel for eight nights. The food was excellent, the chef and the entire restaurant team were very nice, and the girls serving by the pool were fantastic. The rooms were very clean. The only thing missing was evening entertainment. Despite all this, I highly recommend this hotel. Renata and Artur
