I have just got back from staying at the narcissos waterpark hotel for 10 nights 28th September 2025…, On arrival We were not pleased with our room as it overlooked the car park at the back we went straight down to reception and the next day we were moved to a pool and Seaview. Lovely hotel, the rooms are kept clean beds and towels changed every day, Most of the staff were Friendly and keen to please, Lovely Pool , lots of room lots of sunbeds day beds with a cover on the top so you can shade from the Sun whilst lying down, The waterpark was amazing for little ones safe and again really clean lifeguards there from the moment it open to the moment it closed, Location was about 15 minutes bus ride into Protaros itself so it was a bit out of the town but the buses are cheap enough as they were only €2 Euros or you could pay €6 for a day pass and you can hop on and off the buses which I thought was very reasonable or you can get a week pass for €20 which on reflection we should’ve got so it’s worthwhile investing in that. Now for the negatives….. If you were going and you enjoy evening entertainment, this may not be the hotel for you. We would’ve definitely returned to the hotel but the evening entertainment was shocking. Some of The artists that were Advertised didn’t show up And the ones that did really let the hotel down as they were really not very good. The entertainment didn’t start till around 10 P.m. and the drinks finished promptly at 11 pm… But if you want to go just to enjoy the days by the pool and going to the beach then I would highly recommend the hotel, but if you want to enjoy dressing up on a night and seeing some good entertainment, this is not the hotel for you…. The food wasn’t of the highest standard, Not much variation and it seemed to be the same for your evening meal as it was at lunchtime We didn’t go hungry, but the food definitely let the hotel down and reflects why the hotel is a three star where if the entertainment and food were better I would rate it a four star…. What they don’t tell you when you book the holiday is the hotel has lots of cats roaming around even in the outside eating area they weren’t a pain and didn’t try to steal your food but I think we should’ve been notified of the cats as if anyone has a cat allergy Then you wouldn’t be able to stay in the hotel due to the high number of cats roaming around I am I cat person so this didn’t bother me but if you don’t like cats, then again this isn’t the hotel for you…there is a man called Mario who does the daily entertainment, darts , water ball sports etc and the bingo on a night , he was lovely , full of fun and made the holiday for us … the safe in the room is free and you can hire towels there for the duration of your stay if you don’t want to take your own I believe this was €5 per week deposit which you then get back at the end of your stay… Overall, a good holiday but as I say we wouldn’t return duty the 11 pm finish for drinks the shocking entertainment and the blandness of the food , also, there is not an entertainment room inside of the hotel. All of the entertainment is done around the pool area and some nights it could get quite chilly and windy , Would have been better if the hotel had an inside entertainment room also, hope this helps you decide if you want to stay at this hotel and if you do, enjoy!! 😊

Had a lovely stay here for 10 days. Room is functional and tidy and is cleaned regularly with a change of bed linens and towels. The food is varied and was always good quality. The staff are friendly and helpful making it a great stay. Location is out of the main resort area of Protaras so you don’t get the disturbance of the nightlife but is easily accessed by bus or on foot if you like a walk. Only criticism is that the pool bar and toilets are separate so you have to schlep a way for the loos from the evening entertainment.. not a deal breaker but if yr all inclusive and the ale is flowing plait yr legs!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel, and I cannot recommend it enough. The interiors are beautifully designed and thoughtfully arranged, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere from the moment you step inside. What truly made my stay unforgettable, however, was the outstanding service. A special thank you goes to Mr. George Ioannou and the entire team, who were exceptionally friendly, attentive, and professional. Their hospitality made me feel truly at home, turning my stay into an experience I will always cherish. Nice place just shame it's not really near anything else no bars no food option near by and the on site food is very basic and low standard. The onsite bar is not well stocked and the cocktails are weak or watered down. But I will say the bar staff were great and always happy and tried to make everyone happy. But sorry to say our air-conditioning broke down 4 days on the run but gladly the maintenance guy came with a few hours each day but it broke again each time the next day. But I will say get a rental car and it's a good base to explore from

Me and my friend stayed here for 2 weeks and we absolutely loved it! George the manager was amazing and helped us with all our needs- whether it was sight seeing or excursions he was brilliant! Mario the entertainment guy is the funniest guy ever and was brilliant! He made our time so enjoyable especially during bingo and quiz nights! This hotel was by far my favourite in Cyprus- the bar staff were very attentive and friendly! Chris the guy who works in the diner was brilliant and very friendly. The rooms were as good as good can be and very clean with maids keeping on top of it making it a very hygienic place. The hotel as a whole was brilliant and close to tourist attractions- a beach within walking distance and shops close by. Overall we had the best time and will definitely be back!!❤️
