It a bit remote but service was good. Food is not great we just went to returants pool is fun slides are basic.Entertainment is quite good but it's easy to hear from your room so it's sometimes a bit loud .Our air con broke down 5 times but had no problem fixing it although it just broke down again.

Nice place just shame it's not really near anything else no bars no food option near by and the on site food is very basic and low standard.
The onsite bar is not well stocked and the cocktails are weak or watered down. But I will say the bar staff were great and always happy and tried to make everyone happy.
But sorry to say our air-conditioning broke down 4 days on the run but gladly the maintenance guy came with a few hours each day but it broke again each time the next day.
But I will say get a rental car and it's a good base to explore from

We only arrived early hours this morning, myself, my husband and 2 small children. 2 o’clock this morning when arrived we noticed ants everywhere in our room including the beds. After making sure the double bed was clean my and the children stayed in there and my husband slept in the single bed. He woke to ants on him crawling around. Rooms are very basic, dirty the travel cot provided has brown marks and ripped curtains stained but to be fair we could have lived with that the ants are just a massive problem. After seeing reception 3 times they said they would sort it today so we stayed out of the room as we didn’t want the children to inhale what they was putting down. We have come back now after a whole day out to find dead ants everywhere, opened the cupboard and 10 ants - 2 ants on the bed - and a few coming in from the whole in the wall. Waited 20 minutes and they’re all coming back out ridiculous. Go see reception again told us nothing they can do basically and to contact the company we booked it with. A guy have literally just knocked the door to come spray the ants which we said no to as our youngest is sleeping and their not inhaling the stuff!
So now we are awaiting on a phone call to hopefully get this resolved as we do not want to stay in this room it is not fit for children!
Me and my friend stayed here for 2 weeks and we absolutely loved it! George the manager was amazing and helped us with all our needs- whether it was sight seeing or excursions he was brilliant! Mario the entertainment guy is the funniest guy ever and was brilliant! He made our time so enjoyable especially during bingo and quiz nights! This hotel was by far my favourite in Cyprus- the bar staff were very attentive and friendly! Chris the guy who works in the diner was brilliant and very friendly. The rooms were as good as good can be and very clean with maids keeping on top of it making it a very hygienic place. The hotel as a whole was brilliant and close to tourist attractions- a beach within walking distance and shops close by. Overall we had the best time and will definitely be back!!❤️

Just come from this hotel. DO NOT be put of by bad reviews. The hotel is a 3* and we could not fault it.
The rooms are modern and clean, the food there is a varied themed menu every night. You have a pool side burger bar and plenty of choice.
The pools are clean and there are plenty of sun beds.
The staff are friendly and welcoming and Mario the entertainment really does try to get everyone involved.
Within a short distance from protaras this hotel really is a little hidden gem. We will definitely be returning.
