Rooms are very old & basic. Shower floods all the time very slow draining. Just old and dated in need of refurbishment, not much in the way of space to put clothing. Bonus they have aircon. Pool area is reasonably clean, no towels on sunbeds until after 9am another bonus, downside pool is absolutely freezing all the time. When we was here the soft drinks were flat limited gas and or syrup. Beer was nice. Food was brilliant I have to be honest something to eat breakfast, dinner & evening meal, would I return probably not.

Realistic review! We stayed a week here last week. After reading other reviews we feel that you get what you pay for. We read some reviews where people had said the pool was too cold (ridiculous!) no towels for the sun beds and a deposit needed for the safe - if these are complaints then people probably need to consider spending more money on the hotel they book that includes a heated pool! I’ve also personally never been on holiday and not taken my own beach towel?! I also heard a couple of guests speak to the hotel reception staff like they were dirt and then expected first class customer service - then they have the audacity to say they weren’t helpful - I’m not surprised! The food and drinks were what you expect from an all inclusive hotel - no surprises. The hotel and cleanliness could definitely be improved. One of our party saw a cleaner wiping down the tables by the pool, then she took off her flip flops, dipped her cloth in the pool, wiped them then proceeded to clean the tables again. That was bought to the attention of the management. Someone had vomited outside the restaurant one evening and it took half an hour before someone cleaned it up. Someone just stuck a wet floor sign over it until then. Our room was swept daily and the beds made but that was it and even the sweeping wasn’t great. The pools were fine and the water park was great fun for kids and adults alike. Plenty of life guards keeping an eye on everyone. Overall we had a good stay.

Service is really good here. Staff is very nice and serviceminded. The pools are clean and nice. The Water Park is good enough for the smallest children to the little older. Food is definitely ok with different themes for dinner for everyday. Everything from Italian to BBQ. It is a little long from Aya Napa but you have easy access to bus just outside the hotel. The only negative thing was that the cleaning of the room could be a little bit better.

Firstly the water park is excellent as we're most of the staff. However, the finish around the water park pools are fairly rough, just left as concrete shame. The food is not good the snack shack & reception bar were never open one of the pool bars only manned sporadically. The whole hotel was not very clean, the public toilets are down steep steps and are always flooded my granddaughter slipped over & the response from reception was oh well these things happen. The hotel is very isolated no local bars or restaurants. It's the only hotel I've ever been to that doesn't supply bottled water in the room you have to buy it in a local shop. My daughter witnessed a bar person top up a gin or vodka bottle with water & put it back in the rack disgusting.🤬

Currently staying here for 2 weeks, 1 week in and no faults, 5 mins from a nice quiet cove, swimming pool is ample size, small waterpark for entertaining the little ones, staff are wonderful, food is good. Small bus ride to bigger towns and cheap.rooms are cleaned daily, beds are comfy, kettle and fridge, loads of hot water for showers.
