Had a great holiday with family but on arrival could of easily walked straight back out room was small and very tired. Stayed in a small bungalow with an inch gap under the door and patio doors spent a fortune on bug spray keep insects at bay. Hotel staff were really nice , pool very nice with a handy bar next to it. Food at lunch in the new restaurant was far superior than breakfast and evening meal. Jet 2 did offer us another room but was to late we were settled and didn't want leave rest of our party. Kids loved water park and bar staff very friendly especially with the kids. Was good holiday could of been lot better for the price.

I'll start with the positives the food was really good. Slides were great the restaurant and bar staff worked very hard. Negative I also think there may be some laws being broken staff working a lot of hours with no breaks. Room cleaning was poor same towels and bedding the whole week. Reception staff really didn't know what they were doing and poor knowledge overall. The head entertainer was creepy around the females guests and staff. A la carte was poor. By the pool bar it smells of sewage. They say no towels on sunbeds before 9 yet go there at 9 every sunbed was taken people put towels at 7 in the morning. There trying to make out there 4 star definitely not 3 star at best.

I am going to write an honest review of our experience... We just spent a weekend at this hotel and this is what we experienced Staff - very good, quick, helpful & friendly Receptionists - They could be more clear at check in where everything is. We got a room on the fourth floor and they did not direct us correctly. We had to ask another member of staff on the 3rd floor where the elevator for the 4th floor was, she kindly directed us. Once we went back downstairs to collect our towels, they remembered to notify us that we must pay €5 per towel as a deposit. I didn't have any means of payment so there was an unnecessary awkward moment. They agreed to give me the towels and let me pay for them afterwards. Rooms - poor - stains - dated - you don't feel as though you are sleeping in a clean environment. Food - Lunch food was far better than dinner. Pizzas cooked fresh in the pizza stove. Very nice. Dinner food could do with improvement. It was greasy, not a lot of salad options. Water park - very good, makes up for some other issues and the kids enjoyed it very much! Life guards are friendly and learn the children's names. Kids Entertainment - Is pretty much the same every night but the girls are super friendly and interactive. Overall, a good experience. If you are used to higher standards, do not visit this hotel. If you can be flexible like we were, it's an okay hotel to visit just for a weekend or even a day pass for water park.

The soundproofing is very poor, there are holes under the door, and you can hear everything from the hallway. Breakfast wasn't bad, but dinner wasn't very good. They didn't provide drinking water in the room, and the hallways reeked of dirty rags. The hotel is absolutely doenst correspond to a 4-star hotel

I stayed last May with my little boy who was 5 at the time. I was anxious to go aboard as a solo mum. But George and his wonderful team at the resort were outstanding. I felt truly looked after and safe. The pool facilities were amazing and my little boy really enjoyed spending our days there. At meal times there were lots of options to enjoy and different themed foods every day - the desserts were delicious. Our room was a pool and sea view studio which was spacious, modern and clean. Location wise there was a bus stop right outside which was frequent and cheap to get to the nearby town for more shops and the famous fig tree bay beach. Plus other nearby destination’s. Right opposite the hotel was a few convenience stores and an excursion depot. Within about 10m walking distance was the most beautiful beach, veery quiet and situated in a little cove, the water is so beautiful here. As are the people. And food!
