It is a pretty decent hotel, although some do the waiters are not so polite. And the rooms are neat modern enough i guess just the building is a bit old . And the food is a bit too oily and like not a lot of options . But overall the slides were awesome . the pool is great . it’s a nice place for kids they don’t care about greasy food 🤣🤣

I would not recommend this hotel it's dirty and need good clean. The pool chairs are uncomfortable and old. The pool side smells of drainage and its not a nice smell. The reception staff are rude and not welcoming. My room smells and needs a proper clean. The sheets and pillows smell and everything is itchy. The food is terrible. Don't stay here especially room 008 where you are at the back of the hotel and the noise from the trucks loading un loading banging staff shouting honestly I have never stayed anywhere like this and they have no regard for their customers. I have worked in travel a long time and this hotel o will not recommend to anyone. I did ask to change rooms and they didn't get back to me. The water park is crap the flooring hurts your feet very rough. The hotel needs a lick of paint and a revamp.

I stayed last May with my little boy who was 5 at the time. I was anxious to go aboard as a solo mum. But George and his wonderful team at the resort were outstanding. I felt truly looked after and safe.
The pool facilities were amazing and my little boy really enjoyed spending our days there.
At meal times there were lots of options to enjoy and different themed foods every day - the desserts were delicious.
Our room was a pool and sea view studio which was spacious, modern and clean.
Location wise there was a bus stop right outside which was frequent and cheap to get to the nearby town for more shops and the famous fig tree bay beach. Plus other nearby destination’s. Right opposite the hotel was a few convenience stores and an excursion depot.
Within about 10m walking distance was the most beautiful beach, veery quiet and situated in a little cove, the water is so beautiful here. As are the people. And food!
We will return and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

I had a wonderful stay at the Narcissos Hotel in Protaras From the moment we arrived, the hotel was spotless and well looked after, creating such a welcoming atmosphere. The food was consistently delicious with plenty of variety to enjoy each day. A special mention goes to George, the manager, who was always friendly, approachable, and clearly dedicated to making sure guests had the best experience possible. The staff were also extremely helpful and attentive throughout our stay, always ready with a smile. Overall, it was a fantastic holiday and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Protaras
