Hotel rooms were adequate. Comfortable and a nice size. But some sockets didn't work and there were only 4 sockets throughout the whole apartment. The night we arrived it was late. We asked to open the shop on site to grab a drink, the prices were extortionate.Overheated on the 1st night and ended up poorly because the air con blew out hot air overnight. Had to be moved apartments. The cleaners were lovely and always done a great job and we're always friendly. The staff at reception were hit and miss. But weren't the greatest at making you feel welcome. Some were quite rude. We didn't use the pool or restaurant so can't comment on that. We had a balcony overlooking the car park and everynight without fail there would be cars arrive, wheel spinning and doing doughnuts. It was right on the beach which was amazing. But that really is the only thing going for it. Had to get on the bus everywhere from there as it's quite a walk to the main strip. Water kept stopping. Turns out they were turning it off, when I had 4 kids and 2 adults to shower. Wouldn't go back here!!
DO NOT BOOK HERE!!!! ⚠️‼️‼️‼️‼️
We spent 1 week at this hotel. We booked a self catering studio apartment with no balcony. Upon entering our room (No 5) on the bottom floor we was instantly in disbelief. The room was completely outdated, had a strange odour and was poorly maintained.
Pros-
-Good area and great access to the beach and views of coral bay
Cons-
-Ants covered the floor as we walked in. Due to us being on the bottom floor with poor privacy due to ugly curtain we never had the sliding door open however the ant issue and sometimes Beatles got worst.
-Kitchen appliances ( microve & hob) full of surface rust and even inside the fridge and the shelves
-Small, outdated television that hardly worked
-Poor WiFi connection from room & pool
-Stains inside the sink and cupboards
-Small shower tray with a dirty poor shower curtain that did nothing. Water would get everywhere with there also not being a main drain point in bathroom meaning water would just sit and get walked around in unless we used provided towels to make safe and dry.
-Weird stains in shower tray
-Dirty and rust ceiling tiles on bathroom ceiling
-Faulty electrical equipment with plugs having wires exposed
-Bathroom light ( a poor LED bar lamp on top of the mirror ) had pieces missing with wires exposed which was facing the shower - NOT SAFE
-1 socket had no cables at all going into it so for 1 room we have 1 socket since we had to unplug the kitchen appliances to charge our phones
-The ONE socket is on the complete opposite side of bed space - very impractical
-Outdated, ugly and random old fashioned radio on the wall which is just above the bed
-Bathroom appliances where missing parts and where discoloured and rusty
-We had no washing up liquid for our “self catering”
-No hair dryer supplied
-Air con system slightly works however is very outdated
-Flags outside where all cracked
-Bright red outdated curtain with no sort of white mesh behind it meaning no natural light could come in so since we was on the bottom floor and people could walk past we was unable to change in natural light the whole duration of the holiday
-Toilet would sometimes flush however not all the time
After seeing all of this I headed straight to reception where I expressed my issues with the room. The rude and arrogant receptionist just shook his and threw his hands and said “ well you have not paid for a balcony room “… I KNOW I HAVENT BUT I STILL HAVE LEVELS OF CLEANLINESS I EXPECT AS DOES ANYONE ELSE. As the conversation went on I felt very awkward from the confrontational manner from the receptionist telling him I’m sorry since I have never complained before over a room I asked if anything could be arranged and he said there was no rooms at all in the hotel spare there was nothing he could do. I then asked how much if we payed to see if there was a change in his response and WHAT A SHOCK rooms suddenly became available. He said it would be $350 for the week for an upgrade I said is that standard or with a discount for the embarrassment of the room and he said they can not do that and we basically either pay or get over it.
My partner then went to the reception after myself and he shown the receptionist pictures and the receptionist couldn’t of cared less, my partner also demanded a upgrade and the receptionist said to come back tomorrow since he’d put a note in but for now the cleaning lady will come to the room ( TO SOME HOW FIX RUST??!! ) … but she never came. We then went back to the reception the following day, it was a new receptionist however when we asked him about the room change/upgrade he said there was no note of us complaining and there was nothing he could do.
While complaining we also heard another person complaining about there being blood on the towels as she entered. When walking through the reception daily to venture out we would hear quite a few complaints from people talking to different receptionists.

Though the rooms are a bit outdated the view more than makes up for this! The staff are amazing and could not go out their way more for guests. U are right on the beach with access to what almost amounts to a private area of corallia beach. You are not in the thick of things here its away from "party" areas and nice and quiet although there is local amenities within walking distance and buses run regularly into main areas such as pathos. Renting a car is easier than most places as they drive same side as uk , though local drivers can be a bit 🤦♀️🫣🫣
We have loved it so much here we plan to revisit next year for my birthday and we normally try to go somewhere new each year but this particular hotel and area is just so stunning and relaxing we want to share it with more of our loved ones n friends 🧡

Summary: We returned here for sentimental reasons, but the hospitality we remembered is dead. The management is incredibly unfriendly and aggressive. They seem more interested in making up excuses than helping their guests.
The Staff & The Lie:
The biggest issue was the receptionist’s attitude. I was forbidden from taking my road bikes to the room under the pretext that the "brand-new elevators and walls" must be protected.
The Reality: The elevators date back to 1996. They are old and worn out.
The Lack of Hospitality: If the hotel truly cared about property maintenance, they would have offered a secure indoor storage room or a locker. Instead, I was rudely told to leave expensive equipment on an open outdoor rack. I ended up forced to keep them on my car for 4 days through three rainstorms. It’s not about the bikes—it’s about the complete lack of flexibility and basic courtesy.
Room & Facilities (A Disaster):
The "apartment" is falling apart. It feels like the owners are squeezing out the last cents before the building is demolished.
Plumbing: The shower is unusable; water alternates between freezing and scalding.
Climate: The AC was broken, making the room uncomfortable.
Kitchen: Completely ill-equipped. No microwave, and I had to beg for a basic kettle. The few pots available were greasy and ancient. If you must stay here, bring your own kitchenware.
Final Verdict:
The sea view cannot compensate for the hostile management and the miserable state of the rooms. The staff treats guests like a nuisance rather than customers. We will never return and strongly advise you to save your money and nerves by booking elsewhere.

Paphos (or Pafos) is one of the most beautiful and ancient towns of Cyprus. Wherever one treads in Paphos he comes across its glorious history which dates back thousands of years, when the cult of goddess Aphrodite who emerged from its seas, flourished in this beautiful part of the world attracting many visitors from the island and abroad.
Today Paphos is a small harbour town, but in Hellenistic and Roman times it was the capital of Cyprus. Still under the spell of her Beauty-Goddess, the area retaining her magic, has remained impact by time. Paphos seduces its visitor with its majestic landscape, lovely coastline, historical treasures and delightful villages where tradition is still a way of life.
The legacy from its remarkable history adds up to nothing less than an open museum, so much so that UNESCO simply added the whole town its World Cultural Heritage List. Among the treasures unearthed, are the remarkable mosaics in the Houses of Dionyssos, Theseus and Aion, beautifully preserved after 16 centuries under the soil. Then there are the mysterious vaults and caves, the Tombs of the Kings, the ancient Odeon Theatre and other places of interest including the various Museums.
