Summary: We returned here for sentimental reasons, but the hospitality we remembered is dead. The management is incredibly unfriendly and aggressive. They seem more interested in making up excuses than helping their guests. The Staff & The Lie: The biggest issue was the receptionist’s attitude. I was forbidden from taking my road bikes to the room under the pretext that the "brand-new elevators and walls" must be protected. The Reality: The elevators date back to 1996. They are old and worn out. The Lack of Hospitality: If the hotel truly cared about property maintenance, they would have offered a secure indoor storage room or a locker. Instead, I was rudely told to leave expensive equipment on an open outdoor rack. I ended up forced to keep them on my car for 4 days through three rainstorms. It’s not about the bikes—it’s about the complete lack of flexibility and basic courtesy. Room & Facilities (A Disaster): The "apartment" is falling apart. It feels like the owners are squeezing out the last cents before the building is demolished. Plumbing: The shower is unusable; water alternates between freezing and scalding. Climate: The AC was broken, making the room uncomfortable. Kitchen: Completely ill-equipped. No microwave, and I had to beg for a basic kettle. The few pots available were greasy and ancient. If you must stay here, bring your own kitchenware. Final Verdict: The sea view cannot compensate for the hostile management and the miserable state of the rooms. The staff treats guests like a nuisance rather than customers. We will never return and strongly advise you to save your money and nerves by booking elsewhere.

I spent 14 days here. Food was OK – good taste but repetitive. Rooms and bathrooms are old and outdated. Location is great, amazing views, warm pool water, sunbeds included. The big problem is smoking. Guests smoke almost everywhere outside, and the disgusting cigarette smell is always in the air. Smokers are a selfish minority, but they behave like they are the majority. They ruin the comfort for everyone else, and the hotel does absolutely nothing to stop it. Even if you sit far away, the wind still brings the smell to you. This is not acceptable in 2025. The hotel must create a smoking zone and actually enforce it. Otherwise, non-smokers like me will think twice before coming back.

Perfect location right on one of the best beaches in Cyprus, with a bus stop conveniently nearby. The hotel is a bit outdated, but it has its own charm. Rooms are spacious with outstanding views. Also, shampoo and shower gel are not provided—only soap. Power sockets are type G (UK style), so bring the right adapter. The staff are friendly and helpful. It’s a family-oriented hotel, mostly visited by guests from the UK. Location is calm and peaceful with no parties, discos, or noise nearby. Breakfasts and dinners are tasty and served with a beautiful sea view. I recommend buying them on site (breakfast €8, dinner €17). However, the choice is quite limited for those who don’t eat meat. Overall, despite some small issues, it’s a good value for a 3-star hotel.

Very happy with room, basic but everything you need, brilliant water pressure and air conditioning. Fresh towels and sheets regularly. Located super,bus terminal right next to it. Breakfast amazing choice, always fresh and hot, Continental choice superb too. Definitely returning

The hotel is in need of a major refurbishment and looks in places very worn, the rooms are big and air conditioned which is a must in Cyprus, the dining leaves a lot to work at but the food is good, a buffet style meal in the Dionysius restaurant for dinner. The pool is weary and needs a recondition of the patio area and the pool itself, lots of loungers on the grass. All in all lots of work needed but still a good place to visit as the beach and the sea are on the doorstep, long and sandy with paying beds and umbrella €7.50 daily, we will go back.
