Situated on the Nissi Beach road and only minutes away from both the centre of Ayia Napa and the nearest sandy beach. Within a short walk, guests can reach the centre of Agia Napa, where they will find many bars and night clubs. A bus stop is located 300 metres away from the hotel.

Awful experience with this hotel and with Booking.com. We had to cancel our reservation because our flight was canceled due to the situation in the Middle East. We first tried contacting the hotel and then Booking.com customer service, but we were constantly being sent back and forth between them with no clear solution.
Instead of helping in a difficult situation that was completely out of our control, both sides avoided taking responsibility. The lack of support and communication was extremely frustrating and disappointing.
I expected much better customer service, especially in circumstances like this. Unfortunately, this experience has seriously affected my trust in both the hotel and the booking platform.

Absolutely terrible experience – avoid this hotel!
Our flight was cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control, and despite informing the hotel immediately, they completely refused to issue any refund or even consider a solution. What is even worse is that they avoid all communication. Emails are ignored and there is no willingness to help guests in any way.
This shows a complete lack of professionalism and basic customer care. Instead of showing understanding for a situation travelers cannot control, they simply keep the money and disappear when you try to contact them.
Very disappointing and unacceptable behavior. There are many hotels that actually care about their guests – unfortunately this is not one of them.
I strongly recommend avoiding this place.
Don’t stay here for less than two nights or you will get not-so-pretty room/apartment.. kitchen has no glasses, pots or spoons or tray to bake something in oven. TV with wrong plug so you can’t even turn it on. Don’t even try to politely ask the receptionist if you can check-in earlier, the automatic response will be “no, we are fully booked” 😆

A solid hotel in a good location, you're not going to be swaddled in luxury but for the price we couldn't really complain. One thing to note is the nightly charge for air con which is not included in the price (so 8 euro per unit, per day - which could add up quick!) but having it available really helps keep the rooms cool
Good pool, decent bar and the breakfast was okay - as always I started the week going for the British food and ended up going more for the local offerings (salads, breads, meats, fruits etc.)
Rooms are large, clean, and equipped enough for people who aren't spending all their time cooped up inside. Good shop right next door that's open 24h - idea for picking up a Keo or two on the way home!

The hotel is clean and the rooms are surprisingly spacious for the price. However, there’s no clothes drying rack, which can be inconvenient if you're staying longer or need to wash something. Also, if your room faces the street, be prepared for quite a bit of noise—especially during the night. Still, it's a reasonable option for short stays if you're not too sensitive to sound.
