Evabelle Napa Hotel, 3 stars, does not deserve one. It is affordable, but the rooms in one part of the hotel do not have a sunny part of the day. The towels are changed every 3 days, but we had to remind them to replace them, they couldn't replace all the towels, because they didn't have enough clean towels. You get only one towel per 3 days per person. Breakfast is 7e and very good for the money. The hygiene of the hotel is pure luck, as it suits you. The location of the hotel is excellent, but I would not visit it again.

I really wasn’t expecting much for the price we paid but I was very happy with it. We booked a superior studio room, the room was big, the balcony was huge and it looked onto the pool. The shower was great too. The room was cleaned every day. I stayed 2nd week in October, it was still busy but it was quiet at night, this probably wouldn’t be the case in peak season. The location is good, within walking distance of the centre of town and some of the smaller beaches. The bus stops nearby if you want to go further afield. The only complaint I would have is the sun loungers at the pool, they are the most uncomfortable I have ever encountered. We stayed at the pool the first 2 days and then our backs were so sore we went to the beach every day after that. Sun loungers are only €2.50 each at the beach which is amazing. The food at the pool bar was basic but we were self catering so it didn’t bother us as we ate out every day. Sigma bakery is just down the road and it is excellent for breakfast and lunch.

location very good, the rooms big, cheap furniture and cleanliness can be improved. nice pool area but the music is very loud, especially after 1 PM.

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. To begin the actual appearance of the hotel from the outside is the only positive. The pool is too small for the amount of rooms within the hotel, the staff are rude only 1 security guard within the place means people are allowed to run wild (as I’m writing this a group of young girls are complaining about an incident the previous night) to note when we complained about nos canisters landing on our balcony floor banging on doors at 5/6AM etc you will receive a comment of “it’s just the English” even if you yourself are obviously English that’s clearly a line that they’ve been told to deliver. The food choice for breakfast and dinner is extremely limited and drinks don’t even come as part of it, lunch is overpriced as are the drinks from the bar. Balconies in rooms facing the main road on the ground floor can’t be left open at night as there’s very little to stop people getting over and into the room in danger of sounding like Donald Trump they literally need to build a wall. As such the doors must be kept closed and if you don’t want to pay there prices for AC (which most other hotels include) you’ll be left feeling extremely uncomfortable. Which leads me onto my final point. The mould. Over the 11 days we stayed here 6/8 of our group fell Ill to our disgust we found the ground floor rooms full of mould of various types. Basically don’t pay for AC and you’ll be left with mould as the floors are only cleaned not dried. A gross disregard for guest welfare. There are hotels 90% smaller than this I’ve been to and they are so much better. The hotel needs to be investigated by the Cypriot authorities. DO NOT STAY HERE.

We stayed for 2 nights in room 212. It was spacious, nice and clean. They also included a baby bed as requested. Location-wise, it's very close to the center which was nice. All amenities are close by, there are literally 2 supermarkets opposite the hotel. The staff was polite and helpful Overall great experience!
