Nice location, good, spacious apartments. Only the view is horrible, looks at the garbage area inside the building - no view. And dump smell happens occasionally.
But very near the walk, and good for a quick stay.

A really lovely hotel in an excellent location at the start of the promenade.
The suite room was large and clean, the service was great, and the breakfast was excellent.
It was disappointing that the TV was very small and didn’t have basic options like Netflix or phone casting. Even the settings menu was locked and couldn’t be fixed.
The manager said it’s a known issue with the TVs in those specific rooms and that others had complained before.
Overall, the staff was very pleasant.

Our favourite hotel in Larnaca.
It's perfectly situated to visit St Lazerus Church & the castle & enjoying the (free) cultural & musical festivals performed on the beach stage just along from the hotel.
The hotel is also conveniently close to the bus terminus if you want to venture further afield.
If you fancy a day just relaxing then the hotel boasts a pleasant secluded pool & sun deck (pool towels available from reception) with waiter service (via telephone) for snacks & drinks. The only downside & disappointment is that it is not wheelchair accessible. This could easily be addressed by creating a ramp off to the side of the stairs & something that the management should seriously consider.
The staff, from reception at check in, to the waiters in the restaurant at breakfast, to the chamber maids looking after our room were cheerful, smiling, only to happy to help in whatever way they can to make your stay memorable & the best ever.

The hotel has slightly older furniture, but everything was very clean and well maintained. The staff were extremely kind and helpful, which made the stay very pleasant. The internet was not working during my visit, but it didn’t really bother me. Overall, it was a comfortable one-night stay with excellent service. A big thank you to the girl at the recpetion last evening who helped us with arranging a taxi and providing a socket adapter.

The hotel itself is fine, but our entire stay was ruined because of the nearby Aithrion Tavern. Every night they blast unbearably loud live music with amplifiers until 1 AM, making it absolutely impossible to sleep. We were here with a child, and it was a nightmare. Complaints to the restaurant and even to the police were ignored. The hotel owners should take responsibility for protecting their guests’ peace and do something about this problem, but nothing is done. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone, and I strongly advise others to avoid it. This is blatant disrespect towards people and tourists, and it makes any vacation here impossible.
