Very disappointing and stressful experience. First of all, the receptionist not only created an issue regarding an additional payment, but also had very poor English skills and struggled to understand basic communication. He did not seem to understand what was required, spoke in his native language several times, and even appeared unfamiliar with Booking.com and how reservations work. Because of this confusion and delay, I ended up arriving at the airport about 10 minutes late. On the night of May 3rd to May 4th, at around 3:00 AM, when I was checking out to go to the airport, the receptionist kept me waiting for about 20 minutes, insisting that I had to pay an additional €49. This was despite the fact that I had already made a full payment of $158 through Booking.com on April 28th for my stay. I showed my payment confirmation and invoice, but the staff member refused to accept it. The situation became tense and uncomfortable, and I was genuinely worried that I might be charged unfairly. Only after I insisted on speaking with the hotel management did the receptionist change his attitude and say that everything would be resolved. Additionally, during check-in on May 2nd, the receptionist’s attitude was very indifferent and unprofessional. The room conditions were also disappointing. There were no standard power outlets available for charging devices, and I had to specifically request a device from reception just to charge my phone. The furniture and overall condition of the room were of very poor quality. Overall, this was a negative and stressful experience. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Not 5 star luxury but great value for money as clean, has all the basic amenities with a friendly team of staff. Prime location as opposite the beach and around restaurants and bars. The place doesn't have a pool but I prefer the beach. So, if you're looking for prime location and love the beach then this is the place for you. This is my fifth visit here.

Be careful when you book by Booking.com choosing an " OFFER FROM THE PARTNER". You will have reservation on your booking profile for nice SEA VIEW STUDIO WITH TERRACE AKTAION (Reservation on attached pictures).... Finally arrived at the reception they told you they have another information for your reservation for ECONOMY STUDIO CITY...VIEW at the first floor and they can't change it because....they are fully booked :) even if you show him you can made new reservation at the moment for the same night.....After that you will not recieve the E-mail from Booking.com to send you review about this reservation...... Finally I cleaned also air conditioning filters because the AC was nor working well .You can see the difference between clean and not clean filter on the pictures. It is free of charge for the hotel 😀

Excellent beachfront location – the hotel is located directly on the Finikoudes beach in Larnaca, right in the heart of the promenade. The location is a major advantage. The staff service was excellent – the team was friendly, attentive, and very helpful throughout my stay. The apartment was good with everything that is needed for 5 days stay.

A really lovely hotel in an excellent location at the start of the promenade. The suite room was large and clean, the service was great, and the breakfast was excellent. It was disappointing that the TV was very small and didn’t have basic options like Netflix or phone casting. Even the settings menu was locked and couldn’t be fixed. The manager said it’s a known issue with the TVs in those specific rooms and that others had complained before. Overall, the staff was very pleasant.
