Not at all what was advertised. Room was not very clean. When I complained that the floor was filthy the reception said she would arrange for it to be cleaned, it never was!! Advertised with balcony which was a joke! It was small and dirty and not even enough room to put up the tatty airer! I did complain twice when we arrived but they were not helpful at all. The reception told me they were full but I know that there were at least 2 rooms on our floor where we never saw lights on or heard anybody so I don't believe it. The reception told me I'd booked an economy room! Absolutely nowhere on my booking did it mention economy!! Overall it was old, tatty and dirty. The only positive points are the beds were comfortable but I daren't look at the mattress and there was plenty of hot water. The public areas were all very nice, very clean and nicely decorated and the location is great right across the road from the beach and lots of bars and restaurants in the immediate vicinity. It's a shame they don't take the same pride in their rooms!!!

Clean tidy self catering right on the sea front. Multiple eateries surrounding the location. Bus stops across the road.
Kitchen is simple but effective.

Love love loved it! Fantastic apartment 121(?) with balcony. I extended my stay there with a day because i didn't felt like leaving the place. It was perfect!
We had a pretty good experience here and would consider coming back.

• Right next to Finikoudes beach with a lot of stores and restaurant’s. You technically go outside and you are there.
• Comfortable beds
• Big apartment with balcony
• Nice reception and workers
• overall clean room
• Massage available on the hotel

• Cold rooms (but we did not use air condition so it was partly our fault)
• Not soundproof, I barely got any sleep the two nights we were there due to people shouting and partying outdoor plus cars driving very fast
• The shower leaked a little while showering
• Furniture a little worn down and the tv did not work in our room
Overall it is much better than I expected so I was happy with our stay.

Located on the seafront. Near the bus station and right opposite the bus stop for long distance buses. We had a huge room with a great view. Friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable beds. We were really satisfied with our stay

Larnaca sea front lined with tavernas, restaurants and bars is reminiscent of a continental promenade with it's mature palm trees making it a focal point and popular meeting place for tourists and Cypriots alike. Situated at the end of the promenade is the resorts lovely marina, frequented by yachtsmen from all parts of the world and at the western end is the towns 17th century fort.
On the outskirts of Larnaca is a large salt lake which is home in the cooler months to graceful colonies of flamingos and other migratory birds. In a peaceful setting on the edge of the salt lake lies the Hala Sultan Tekesi, built to the memory of Prophet Mohammed's aunt.
A new tourist area has been developed to the east of the town along a stretch of sandy beach with water sports available. With a well appointed shopping centre in the main town and numerous facilities Larnaca is a popular tourist resort. Situated to the South West of Larnaca is the small Cypriot village of Pervolia, just 8km from Larnaca town.
