Our favourite hotel in Larnaca. It's perfectly situated to visit St Lazerus Church & the castle & enjoying the (free) cultural & musical festivals performed on the beach stage just along from the hotel. The hotel is also conveniently close to the bus terminus if you want to venture further afield. If you fancy a day just relaxing then the hotel boasts a pleasant secluded pool & sun deck (pool towels available from reception) with waiter service (via telephone) for snacks & drinks. The only downside & disappointment is that it is not wheelchair accessible. This could easily be addressed by creating a ramp off to the side of the stairs & something that the management should seriously consider. The staff, from reception at check in, to the waiters in the restaurant at breakfast, to the chamber maids looking after our room were cheerful, smiling, only to happy to help in whatever way they can to make your stay memorable & the best ever.

The hotel has slightly older furniture, but everything was very clean and well maintained. The staff were extremely kind and helpful, which made the stay very pleasant. The internet was not working during my visit, but it didn’t really bother me. Overall, it was a comfortable one-night stay with excellent service. A big thank you to the girl at the recpetion last evening who helped us with arranging a taxi and providing a socket adapter.

The hotel itself is fine, but our entire stay was ruined because of the nearby Aithrion Tavern. Every night they blast unbearably loud live music with amplifiers until 1 AM, making it absolutely impossible to sleep. We were here with a child, and it was a nightmare. Complaints to the restaurant and even to the police were ignored. The hotel owners should take responsibility for protecting their guests’ peace and do something about this problem, but nothing is done. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone, and I strongly advise others to avoid it. This is blatant disrespect towards people and tourists, and it makes any vacation here impossible.

No sleep for 2 nights and terrible experience with problem resolution! When you book single or double room they put you in adjoining room which means there is one thin wooden door between you and other people’s room, you hear everything they do - talk, make tea, watch tv, breathe, just like if they were in your room. When you complain - hotel can’t do anything, saying they are fully booked (not true, they had other types of rooms available), at the same time not giving you refund to let you find another place, no solutions at all. So you are stuck in hell. So first night - only 2 hours of sleep! Next day, which is today, luckily people in the room next to me left, but now on the backyard where my windows are facing is insanely loud party and live music, it is way past midnight and no sign of it stopping, can’t sleep again! And it happens every weekend and even on weekdays as I understand, as there is restaurant/venue. So 2 nights - no sleep! By the way my friend was put in same type of room (adjoining ones with other people behind the door), so it is not singular event, reception told me most of their rooms are like that. But they refused to at least put me and my friend into adjoinign rooms so I don’t suffer from noisy neighbors (as we go to sleep same time) simply cause other rooms were different type (more expensive) and they decided to rather keep them empty instead of giving them to guest who can’t sleep and solving the problem! Disgusting really. When you pay for separate room you expect privacy and quiet place to relax and sleep, not being in some communal apartment situation. Absolutely terrible experience. On top of that pool area was dirty, many things in room falling apart and broken, a/c broken and stuck on one temperature setting, but I wouldn’t even care about all that if I just had some sleep and if hotel staff resolved the issue in any way (by giving different room or letting me leave with refund). The only good thing is location, but how can you enjoy location if you can’t sleep?!

Avoid this place. Terrible experience. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this was one of the worst hotel stays I’ve ever had. The staff was extremely rude, unhelpful, and clearly didn’t care about guest experience. From check-in to check-out, every interaction felt like I was bothering them just by being there. The room was dirty, outdated, and not at all like the photos online. Towels were stained, the bathroom smelled musty, and the bed sheets looked like they hadn't been changed. When I brought up issues to the front desk, they were dismissive and made excuses instead of trying to fix anything. Management didn’t seem to care either. Save your money and your sanity — book literally anywhere else.
