Amazing place, beautiful resort, great food and nice staff. It exceeded all our expectations. Credit to the architect who designed the hotel. It's just stunning. We had breakfast but we upgraded to half board because the food was excellent. Our room, studio with seaview, was spacious with perfect beds and big terrace.

We have just returned from a wonderful stay. The staff couldn't do enough for you and they were fantastic with our children, the head waiter at the pool bar was so attentive. He greeted everyone in their own languages and made such an effort with each guest. We loved the food and the entertainment. The housekeeping team were amazing and laid out our little boys teddies so sweetly on their beds. The only thing I would say is that the rooms are a bit dated for a 5star hotel but we didnt spend much time in them. Thank you for a great stayand a big thank you to the wonderful hard working staff who were always smiling.

The staff were very friendly. The head chef Antonis made a point of coming out every night to personally check people were happy with the food. My group were very impressed with the food, both quality and selection. The views were beautiful from our room. The only issue, it's very easy to get lost in the hotel. We were given a map but it didn't survive the first day of being by the pool. There were more than enough sunbeds and there were no issues with people nabbing them overnight or really early.

We drove 5 1/2 hours to stay at this resort. The front desk staff was friendly, but other staff members were very rude like they couldn’t be bothered. I had to get extra towels at the front desk for our showers and our housekeeper came and knocked on our door and told us they think she wasn’t doing her job because we asked for extra towels. The gift shop on site is very overpriced, the food was average and overpriced. They add an automatic gratuity to everything whether the service was good or bad. The indoor pool was filthy you couldn’t even see the bottom of the pool. The outdoor pool was nice. We enjoyed the lazy river when parents controlled their children from horseplay. The view from the room was nice, our ac wasn’t the best in our room we were on the 12th floor so I’m not sure if that’s why but we had to keep our balcony doors open to get a cool breeze. For the amount of money we spent for 4 nights, definitely wasn’t worth it. We will not be returning to this resort.

The hotel premises are beautiful!
The highlight of my stay here was the spa services. The massage provided by Leila was WONDERFUL… I had to go back and Pamela was great too!
In terms of overall service it was ok, most of the time the employees could not provide an answer but they would get someone to get the answer.
Two times we needed to ask for our room to be done, but our request was meet right away.
Overall our stay was pleasant…

The Crèche looks after children from 6 months to 3 years. It open between 09:00 – 13:00 and 14:00 – 16:00. Prior booking is essential and incurs an extra charge.
