The hotel is big, clean and looks nice. Has most of the normal amenities but room service finishes at 5pm.
We had a very strange experience with a rude woman who works at the spa there today. We went there to enquire about the spa and a woman came out and stared at us asking us in a very rude manner what do we want. She then stared for a while and we said we were there to enquire about the spa and she then said we need to go back to the reception to enquire and figuratively shoved us out the door making us feel like we were trespassing or something. Whoever she is needs to learn some manners

Just back from a recent holiday with my family, my parents have been to this hotel many many times and it was clear to see that people like it and return multiple times. I am not surprised as the service was really good, every staff member went over and above to make sure you have a good stay. There was a good range of activities but also the chance for peace and quiet. A beautiful sea view and the all inclusive food was of the highest quality. As someone with a dairy free diet, the labelling of allergens was spot on and there was plenty for me to eat. Really enjoyed our stay thanks to all the staff and team at the Queens Bay Hotel - thank you.

Very nice stay at the hotel. It was exactly what we paid for. Rooms are big and the sea view is always thrilling. Super nice walk attached to the hotel gardens. The only downside is the breakfast. There is an abundance of things, all of them saturated and bad in taste. I would recommend less things but with quality. Consider fresh local products. I would also recommend a collaboration with a bakery cause the pastries were horrible :)

It is a pretty good hotel and the service team is very, very gentle and friendly. They really take good care of you and treat you like a good guest in their rooms
The rooms are quite good, seem pretty new and you have enough space to store all your luggage or belongings. One of the biggest issues is the noise in the rooms, you can hear when the people above you are taking a shower and that might be disturbing from time to time.
Nevertheless, the hotel was pretty good for our vacation, we felt comfortable and enjoyed the daily different food with international days (Italian or Asian or Greek for example) and as well, the gym where you could train and burn some of the calories you ate…

Fantastic. Not much more to say than that. Excellent location, all staff friendly and helpful, food was excellent, most rooms at that back and front overlook the sea and the pool at the back overlooks the sea front. Main guy running the restaurant in the day and night was excellent as well. Probably one of the best spots on this greek side of Cyprus in my view. Close to coral bay as well. In terms of places around the hotel for food, not much for food that's within walking distance however public transport i.e. buses are very regular. A few supermarkets are within walking distance to the hotel as well so if you want some supplies or snacks. Chemist also near by if needed. Overall highly recommended!
