We had a free sea view room upgrade and boy was it worth it! Watching the sunset unobstructivly was a most satisfying moment. The staff was very pleasant and helpful, both on the reception desk and restaurants. The pool was large, although there is no spot to get some shade from the sun.

Overall, I’d recommend the hotel. I was really happy with our room which was located close to the pool with a terrace out to the sea. This was great. A lot of the staff were very friendly especially Donna! There were a couple that were a bit sour though.
It could be a bit difficult to get beds in front of the pool as people reserve very early and I had to do the same to be able to watch my daughters. They loved the pool and stayed there all day. There were a couple of activities here and there, but no kids club.
Breakfast was overall good. I appreciated that there is an omelette station. I did the half board the first 3 nights (there’s a 3 night minimum) and the dinner food was pretty good. But you don’t have an à la carte option.
I used the gym a couple of times, which was small but useable. Was annoyed that people didn’t follow the rules of no kids and there’s no one watching to make sure. I had to actually say something when someone was about the let 3 little kids play in there!
Our first impression was not so good. As entering the room we noticed that it wasn't cleaned properly and the sink was broken(not draining). Typical hotel breakfast, if you like english breakfast you will enjoy it but if you don't and want to eat something healthier it's not. Staff were very attentive and helpful. We tried the dinner for 22 euro pp, it was okay but careful they charge extra for drinks (6 euro for a little wine) so it adds up quickly. Pool was packed, didn't have space to sit, had to wait for people to leave to get a sunbed. Also if you are coming by car you will struggle to find a parking spot. Limited space available and odd parking structure. Sometimes parking wasn't available at all. Overall an average hotel for the price.

We had a wonderful stay at Queen’s Bay Hotel in Paphos and would happily recommend it.
From the very first day, the staff were absolutely amazing. We requested a room change when we arrived, and they handled it so kindly and professionally, making us feel welcome and looked after straight away. Throughout our stay, everyone we met was friendly, helpful, and genuinely warm, which made such a difference to our holiday.
The breakfast staff were also super lovely every morning, always welcoming and kind, which we really appreciated as a family. The hotel itself was lovely, relaxing, and in a beautiful location with stunning views.
A special mention to Eirini at reception (apologises for the wrong spelling) who was especially lovely and so kind. She really stood out and helped make our stay even more enjoyable.
Our 17-month-old daughter, Lillia, enjoyed her first holiday abroad so much, which made the trip even more special for us.
Thank you to all the staff at Queen’s Bay for making our holiday so memorable. We had a fantastic time and would definitely return.

Smallish hotel on four floors. We had a fantastic time. The staff were, perhaps, the friendliest we have ever encountered - nothing was too much trouble. Catherine at the pool bar especially, never without a smile - to be honest they were all brilliant. We even got the DJ to play some Northern Soul one evening - now that doesn’t happen everywhere. On the whole evening entertainment was pretty good - enjoyed everything.
Food stunning - everything spotlessly clean - room was on the small side but worked for us. If you get chance try and get a pool/sea view (stunning). We had a view of the car park - not quite the same but didn’t really matter.
The sea view bar is amazing - overall much to recommend. We had a great time 👍
Just a note - taxi fares seem a little high at the moment but there is a fantastic bus service (615) along the main road, couple of Euros so fabulous. Depends how you like to travel.
Also, for those sunbed folk - there are loads, both around the pool and scattered within the gardens (which are quite nice) - no need for a 4am rise if that’s your bag - whatever time we went out there were plenty available 👍
