We really enjoyed our stay at Queens Bay Hotel! We stayed in a family room with a double bed and two sofa beds. The room was clean, comfortable and pleasant, with a lovely ground-floor balcony. The staff were very kind, friendly and helpful. The pool area was clean and well maintained, and we really appreciated having a lifeguard on duty. Breakfast had a great variety of options, with something for everyone. A lovely special touch was the bottle of champagne the hotel prepared for us to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed our time at the hotel. We would be happy to stay here again!

We had a lovely week at the Queens Bay Hotel and overall had a really enjoyable stay. We stayed on a bed and breakfast basis so we can’t comment on lunch or dinner but from what we saw the food looked like it offered a good variety. Breakfast was very good and there was plenty of choice. We had a sea view room and it definitely didn’t disappoint. The view was beautiful and was lovely to wake up to every morning. The pool area was clean and well maintained and our rooms were cleaned every day. A special thank you to the cleaner who looked after rooms 409 and 410 - we had adjoining rooms and everything was always lovely and clean. The staff really made our stay special. I would particularly like to recognise Jahid in the breakfast hall. He was incredibly friendly and welcoming every morning and always greeted us and other guests with a smile. People like Jahid genuinely make you want to return to a hotel. Please make sure he receives the recognition he deserves and is thanked for his excellent service. We would also like to mention Katherine at the outdoor bar. She was English and incredibly friendly and welcoming. She always made us feel comfortable and was a lovely person to see around the pool area. The hotel manager also greeted guests at breakfast every morning which was a lovely personal touch. The gentleman making the omelettes was another standout - always happy, kind and hardworking. It was lovely to see staff who clearly take pride in making guests feel welcome. The only suggestion I would make is regarding the pool towels. They could perhaps be collected at the end of each day. Some guests leave towels on sunbeds and don’t collect them even when they have finished for the day. This can make it look as though beds are reserved when they are actually empty and sometimes the same towels can be left there for several days. One of the great things about this hotel is that there isn’t really a problem with guests reserving sunbeds which we really appreciated so keeping the area clear of abandoned towels would make it even better. One thing worth being aware of before arriving is that the hotel is cashless. You can either charge things to your room or pay by card which wasn’t a problem for us but is useful to know in advance. Overall, we had a great stay and really enjoyed our week at the Queens Bay Hotel. The beautiful sea view and the friendly and hardworking staff made a real difference and we would happily return.

Lovely hotel with amazing staff and excellent food. We had a side facing room which gave great views of the water. There were plenty of sunbeds and the facilities were great. The buffet breakfast was one of the best I've ever seen. The dinner buffet rotated each evening with different cuisines from around the world, was so impressed. The bus stop was not too far from the hotel which made connecting (via Tomb of the Kings) easy to other parts of Cyprus. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a free sea view room upgrade and boy was it worth it! Watching the sunset unobstructivly was a most satisfying moment. The staff was very pleasant and helpful, both on the reception desk and restaurants. The pool was large, although there is no spot to get some shade from the sun.

We had a wonderful stay at Queen’s Bay Hotel in Paphos and would happily recommend it. From the very first day, the staff were absolutely amazing. We requested a room change when we arrived, and they handled it so kindly and professionally, making us feel welcome and looked after straight away. Throughout our stay, everyone we met was friendly, helpful, and genuinely warm, which made such a difference to our holiday. The breakfast staff were also super lovely every morning, always welcoming and kind, which we really appreciated as a family. The hotel itself was lovely, relaxing, and in a beautiful location with stunning views. A special mention to Eirini at reception (apologises for the wrong spelling) who was especially lovely and so kind. She really stood out and helped make our stay even more enjoyable. Our 17-month-old daughter, Lillia, enjoyed her first holiday abroad so much, which made the trip even more special for us. Thank you to all the staff at Queen’s Bay for making our holiday so memorable. We had a fantastic time and would definitely return.
