The rooms need fixing up and a bit of paint their was mould near the air condition ants in the room on the cups in the room so we could not drink from them and thread coming out of the bed sheets hole in the cover. The sevice was good there was always staff at the desk to help you. Entertainment was great loved it the day and evening. Good Location it’s near where you can walk to shops or have lunch or dinner out or go out in the evening to have a drink

Me and my wife stayed at this hotel for a week whilst visiting paphos. Tldr; Overall, I would give this hotel 3/5 stars, good hotel ONLY if you get it for a good price like we did. I wouldn't recommend it at all for young couples in their 20s and early 30s or anyone seeking anything other than sun, beach and being poolside.
Rooms 2/5: the rooms are dated and not particularly well equipped. The mattresses are firm and the pillows are really poor. The air con in the room works fine, the TV is tiny, has about 8 channels that are all in greek. We got the sea view room and the view was good however depending on which sea view room you got your view could be amazing or awful. Our towels were changed daily and bed made with some light cleaning.
Staff/service 3/5: once again it was just decent. The staff don't really talk to you or say much, they're not particularly friendly but not rude either. A very average service throughout.
Food 4/5: the food was surprisingly good considering it was included, we got half board breakfast and dinner and both are buffet style. We were both surprised at the quality and the amount of choice. Notably the meat choices for the dinner service. I read a few reviews before coming to the hotel, that the food was poor however it is clear that those people were unrealistic considering this is a hotel on the cheaper side.
Drink 2/5: I usually wouldn't write a section just for drink but this is important. They have the WORST selection of 3 beers and 0 cider options which was surprising to me. They do however get +1 star for the cocktails that although do not look great and are not made with any real care, are loaded with what I can only call "super measures" of spirits.
Hotel environment. 3/5: once again it was very standard and nothing special. The pool is big with ample seating, there is a standard sized indoor pool and sauna and a TV room with a small TV. There is daily evening entertainment which is probably the worst thing about the hotel. It was either music or bingo or both, and the musicians could have been anyone they pulled off the street, furthermore you have no choice in listening to it and the windows are not soundproof.
Local area 3/5: you're pretty far out from the centre of pathos but there are travel options very close to the hotel. There is a particularly good beach spot a short walk away but be advised, other than this beach there is nothing else to do locally that is not shopping or eating. There was no evidence of local crime or scamming going on and the area seemed safe and mostly clean.

This hotel is shouldn't be 4 stars it's definitely a 3 star! The pictures they show on their website do not match the rooms in real life. Our towels weren't replaced in the room for 2 days and they don't regularly replace new mugs or fresh tea bags, coffee and milk in the rooms. The Pillows and sheets are stained with make up etc. And they're not replaced the whole of your stay!
The pool is the best part of the hotel however they have lights hanging off inside the pool and the children's pool is full of debris and needs to be cleaned regularly. The pool bar staff are brilliant and really friendly. The bar in the evening is very slow and needs more staff for the amount of guests in the hotel.
The eveing entertainment is rubbish they might aswell just not bother!
The decor is very dated with old manky carpets running through the corridors.
I will say the food is lovely and changes everyday so your not eating the same things all the time.
This hotel definitely needs to be down graded to a 3 star and stop leading people to believe it's a 4 star online!!!

Seriously don’t know where to start
Horrible experience ever. Most dirtiest hotel I have ever been. This was not four star would say less then 2 stars. Rooms had mould and they only clean once and that’s cause I gave them 10 euros tip. The food plates were left outside the lobby for days and no one cleaned that table. Pool was not cool at all in 40 degree temperature. The water was warm that u don’t wana stay in for long cause u will feel hot. Inside pool and jacuzzi was so dirty oh my god I didn’t even wanted to put my feet on the floor .sauna and steam room was broken I couldn’t even use it. The pool had mould underneath and few areas broken tiles which is not safe and u can get hurt. The food area was disgusting. I could see ants on the fruit and bread. The food area had no AC, we could smell the sweat in that room all the time. Flies everywhere cause no fan or ac in the food area. Asked them to make something vegetarian and every day the use to say tomorrow and the next day no food for us as we are vegetarian. We paid for half board but could t eat there. We end up going out and spending more money on food. Half board but no free drinks at food times. Not all the Staff was very helpful. Some of them were very rude.the reception sofas were dirty and again no AC in the reception area and lobby.. And the main thing no internet by the pool or in the rooms. I had to come in the reception area every time to make a call and had to connect the internet every time. Never going back in that hotel and please don’t waste your money. I wish I had the option to upload videos then I would show u guys the broken steam room and dirty ness closely.

We were a little disappointed with our room condition, but as the hotel was fully booked, we couldn't be moved. We understand that this hotel will be undergoing a refurbishment in the not too distant future, which may have something to do with the condition of it. However, the rest of the hotel was fine. The bar area was nice and comfortable, the pool was nice, clean, and warm. The poolside bar was excellently staffed by enthusiastic and friendly staff. The food was of very good quality and variety, and the service at lunch and dinner was exceptional. The people working there really made this place. Always smiling, always friendly, and always ready to accommodate any, reasonable, request. They made us feel very welcome.
