For this price this hotel is good. I had a sea view room, electric kettle, tasty breakfasts and dinners. Also, I’m very grateful for cleaning managers, they are doing their work the best!❤️ Regarding sockets, at the reception you could rent an adapter for 2 euros.
Hotel is near to Bus Stop, beach and supermarket.
But soundproofing is really bad. The neighbours were loud at night and when I called to reception I’ve heard that he can’t do anything. I was really shocked because it was 4 AM and I cannot sleep.

Enjoyed our stay here. Location is away from the main strip and central area, but within reasonable walking distance. Staff are friendly, helpful and accommodating. Breakfast team deserve a special mention as they were all most welcoming. Breakfast was very nice, good mix of continental and British items. Main areas, lobby and restaurant were all very clean, rooms could have had a little more attention to detail with cleaning, but were still acceptable. Pool area good, with plenty of comfortable sunbeds. Worth having a sea facing room. Would stay again.

We were happy with our stay at the hotel. The outside temperature reached 37°C at the end of July, yet the air conditioning kept room temperature at a comfortable 23-24°C despite opening the balcony doors. During our 10-day vacation, the cuisine was diverse and good, and the rooms were always spotless, even though we typically left after 12:00. The entire staff was extremely friendly. The hotel's location is convenient because it is right next to a bus station (lines 101 and 102), allowing you to explore the area for about €1.5 per journey. The beach is around 700 meters distant, although getting there is not difficult (a tiny hill). Near the hotel, there is a small store that serves almost everything you need at vacations.

Stayed here for 8 days on a couples vacation. The rooms felt like a mix between new and old furniture. However, the room was clearly worn down. Breakfast was included and it was good. The hotel had its’ own pool which was nice. The pool bar had great drinks and food. During the nights it was noisy due to other guest coming back from partying at the clubs in Ayia Napa.

I travel a lot in my work and I must say that this hotel is one of the best hotels that I have stayed in. There hospitality, service and friendly helpful staff is on matched. I would even dare to say that I prefer this hotel over a Hilton.
The stay here felt more like visiting good friends than staying at a hotel.
The food had such a variety, another theme each day of the week.
