Second time here at Elini, everything has been renovated to a lovely standard.
Rooms cleaned daily to an exceptional standard , pool is great, food was absolutely amazing again. Yianna is lovely she works in the dining hall she was great with our son, who is autistic and very fussy with food she made sure he had a pizza freshly made at evening meal which we were really greatful for , she works really hard and is a genuinely welcoming and friendly lady.
Sally from entertainment is great and chatty and funny works extremely hard too.
Greek and Cypriot meze night was fantastic, book this if you can.
All areas are kept spotless.
Anything you need from the reception they will try to accommodate.
Great location for the hotel and hire car is really easy and fairly priced.
Hopefully be back soon

Just got back from a weeks holiday at Eleni with my boyfriend and we both agreed this would be an amazing hotel if not for a few small fixes. Starting with the positives, the rooms are nice and cleaned daily with towels etc being refreshed everyday. Balconies are large, the air con is good and the smart tv is a nice touch. The food is also very good for an all inclusive, we always left meal times feeling full, happy and we both enjoyed the live music that took place some nights. The restaurant staff were also always friendly and quick to clear plates. The pool is clean with a bar close by that serves basic cocktails but the choice is still decent for an all inclusive and bar staff are always quick and efficient. Negatives would be the shower leaking due to lack of seal on bottom of the door (but the issue is small and can be solved by placing a few towels down) and half of the pool does not get any sun throughout the day which means it’s a bit of a fight for sun loungers on the sunny side unless you want to sit on the sea front which was a bit annoying but I understand not much can be done to fix this. However seafront sun loungers might be preferred anyway if you don’t have kids as it’s much quieter and relaxed. Location of the hotel is good as not far from main town and right on a bus route which made excursions simple. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at Eleni and would recommend it:)

A very relaxing week spent here. A lovely pool and good AI drinks. Food could have been better, although the meze was phenomenal. The chef was excellent and came out and spoke through the dishes. Highly recommend this.

We had a mixed stay at the Eleni Hotel. I want to start with the positive: the food was truly delicious and varied, and we really enjoyed the meals.
Unfortunately, the experience with our room was a huge letdown, especially for a hotel that is supposed to be well-regarded.
Room Condition: The water pressure in the shower was incredibly weak, and our blankets were torn.
Housekeeping: The service was very poor. Our bed linens weren't changed during our stay, nor were our towels or even the used glasses in the room.
Service: The most frustrating part was when we ran out of toilet paper. I called reception, and they told me I had to come down to the desk to pick it up myself. This is not the kind of service you expect from a hotel.
Location & Smell: Our room was located directly above the dining hall, and there was a terrible smell constantly rising up. It was so bad we couldn't open our balcony door at all.
Overall Feel: The room just didn't feel luxurious or well-equipped. It was missing many of the basic facilities that make a stay comfortable.
While the kitchen staff is doing an excellent job, the room maintenance and guest service really need serious improvement. We left feeling quite disappointed.

Currently doing a 10 night stay and 8 days in, I’m wishing we had only booked a week!
The hotel relies heavily on the lovely seafront views - and if the free views are all you’re interested in, you’ll enjoy it here.
Difficult to understand why the hotel has a 4 star rating. Yes it’s basically clean and yes the majority of staff are pleasant..but for the price you pay, it is not a 4 star experience.
The large buffet restaurant lacks atmosphere and warmth and despite advertising different theme nights, it manages to present a menu that has little to no variety.
Majority of waiting staff walk around looking tired and downbeat which only adds to the depressing vibe of the place. Kitchen staff top up the hotplate by carrying containers of food across the restaurant floor in the path of diners and small children (a safety hazard waiting to happen and easily avoided if they would use access behind the hot plate counters).
Pathos is a ten minute taxi rider away so we have spent several nights eating elsewhere - not great when you’ve paid for all inclusive.
Pool bar is the main bar (if you don’t want to spend time in the ‘doctors waiting room’ alternatively known as the reception bar).
All inclusive drinks are a poor unbranded quality, loaded in sugar and watered down. But the worse thing is that they are served in the cheapest flimsiest of plastic cups! Come on guys - we are supposed to be 4 star guests, we know how to handle a glass!
‘Fitness centre’ is nothing close to what is in fact a spare room with some broken equipment inside and don’t even bother trying to get help with Netflix not loading on the TV.
So like I say, it’s all about the free sea view and you can enjoy this on the most uncomfortable sun beds you’re ever likely to lie on…unless you’re fit enough to enjoy the comfort of a low down bean bag!
