We are a family of 6 and it was an incredible experience..!!! The parking area is small and so I parked next to the hotel. We were greeted at the reception with a punch cocktail. We were immediately taken care of and shown where all facilities were located: restaurants, cafes, sitting areas, spa & indoor pool. The rooms were a standard size, clean and bright with a walk-in glass shower. The restaurant quality & service was of excellent quality, fresh, wide selection of local & international dishes with a rich dessert buffet. The waiters were polite and and so helpful with the kids. It is also close to the port and central Ayia Napa filled with restaurants, cafes, coffee houses, boutiques and souvenir shops. Whether a couple or family I highly recommend this hotel for and all-round holiday experience. Thank you for everything❤️🙂👍

Upon arriving, during check in, two lovely welcoming friendly staff members instantly gave us an upgrade to the Keliva luxury suite. We were then driven across to our new accommodation and It was absolutely stunning. Everything in the room was operated by an electric panel, it had electric curtains that when opened revealed breathtaking views of the beach and ocean with a very large balcony. (We stayed room 7 middle apartment 2nd floor) there were 8 rooms in this private building all in all. The hotel room was overlooking the beach and pool area, which was lovely and quiet we had no issues getting on the sun lounger four poster daybeds with curtains by the private pool. It also had a chill out area and bar too. (Again lovely friendly Bar staff) which played deep house soulful classics over the speaker's. This was situated not far from a beautiful restaurant, the area was decorated with bamboo an array of various plants and gorgeous blossom type flowers. The room was very modern with our own coffee maker and the bed was like sleeping on a cloud, it was so comfortable. The whole place was beautifully decorated and very stylish. The service was outstanding and everybody we encountered were so sweet and friendly. We ate over at the main hotel (Nelia beach) the food was gorgeous lots of variety with themed nights. This place is in a really good spot. You can walk 5mins into town for shopping, wine bars and clubs, the port is a 5 min walk away and the iconic Nissi beach is about 5/10 mins in a taxi. It was a perfect location. Cannot thank everyone there enough for making our experience magical. I will definitely return.xx

We loved this hotel! The entertainment team was very friendly, and we would like to say a big thank you to Laura, Sofie, Oli, and Tiziano. They were incredible during our stay, always with a beautiful smile. The restaurant, bar, cleaning, and reception staff were all helpful and friendly. The room was very comfortable and clean, the food was tasty and varied, and the location was excellent. We definitely recommend everyone to come to this hotel! A big hug from Portugal, Sara and Eduardo 🇵🇹

We especially appreciated the kind, friendly, and helpful staff. Overall, we were very satisfied with the quality of services throughout the entire hotel. The food selection was varied and we always enjoyed our meals – there was practically nothing we didn’t like. Perhaps a wider range of seafood could be offered, but that’s just a minor detail. The hotel and rooms were well-maintained and very clean. We also really enjoyed the animation program, which offered something for everyone across all age groups. We personally took part in sports activities like water polo and table tennis, and we loved the evening entertainment such as karaoke, music quizzes, and the disco. It also gave us the chance to meet other guests and have a nice chat. We definitely recommend this hotel 👌.

Nice rooms a little dated but clean and tidy. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful but the restaurant staff and food were a totally different experience if a member of staff in the restaurant smiled I think I would have been in total shock but what do you expect with some grumpy faced restaurant manager following them around with a face like a slapped backside. The food left a lot to be desired and was very repetitive and who has peas and carrots for breakfast. Sorry Nelia food needs sorting. Pool bar needs to open earlier you couldn’t get a coffee around the pool before 10am
