I will start with the rooms. How clean they are. Every day the room service comes and cleans them wonderfully. First, I thank you for your interest in cleanliness every day. Second, thank you for the smile you put on our faces. The place is wonderful, the location is wonderful, and the pool and spa are all wonderful. If I return to Ayia Napa, Cyprus, I will return to you without any discussion. 🫶🏻

We loved this hotel! The entertainment team was very friendly, and we would like to say a big thank you to Laura, Sofie, Oli, and Tiziano. They were incredible during our stay, always with a beautiful smile. The restaurant, bar, cleaning, and reception staff were all helpful and friendly. The room was very comfortable and clean, the food was tasty and varied, and the location was excellent. We definitely recommend everyone to come to this hotel! We especially appreciated the kind, friendly, and helpful staff. Overall, we were very satisfied with the quality of services throughout the entire hotel. The food selection was varied and we always enjoyed our meals – there was practically nothing we didn’t like. Perhaps a wider range of seafood could be offered, but that’s just a minor detail. The hotel and rooms were well-maintained and very clean. We also really enjoyed the animation program, which offered something for everyone across all age groups. We personally took part in sports activities like water polo and table tennis, and we loved the evening entertainment such as karaoke, music quizzes, and the disco. It also gave us the chance to meet other guests and have a nice chat. We definitely recommend this hotel 👌.

Nice rooms a little dated but clean and tidy. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful but the restaurant staff and food were a totally different experience if a member of staff in the restaurant smiled I think I would have been in total shock but what do you expect with some grumpy faced restaurant manager following them around with a face like a slapped backside. The food left a lot to be desired and was very repetitive and who has peas and carrots for breakfast. Sorry Nelia food needs sorting. Pool bar needs to open earlier you couldn’t get a coffee around the pool before 10am

Stayed for 5 nights with bed and breakfast in a Superior Family room with Sea View. Great location right by the beach and a short walk from the town centre. The room was decent. There was a sliding screen to divide the two bedrooms when needed, and a huge balcony with a large summer bed on it. Only issue with the balcony was the lack of privacy, your neighbours from both sides can see you through glass walls, and you're overlooked by lots of hotel rooms above you. The room was cleaned daily to a good standard. The shower pressure is weak. Breakfast was a buffet which was pretty much the same stuff laid out every morning. Nothing of any great quality except for the fresh grind coffee machine pumping out decent espresso. Didn't use the spa, barely used the pool, which is a little small. Did sit around buying drinks one day, but the spirits used were the same cheap ones they give to all inclusive guests. Staff were great, from the check-in desk, to the dining staff, to the cleaners. Bishal was a great help in the lobby area, and very pleasant to speak to. All in all, this hotel met my needs for the most part.
