Massive shout out to Hatem she looked after us at the pool bar. all the the was lovely reception team did a great job from start to finish of our holiday restaurant staff was very polite and the food was amazing really good quality and delicious. I can understand why this hotel gets both very high and very low ratings. When we first arrived, we were told that our travel company had upgraded us to a side sea view room, which seemed a bit strange. We had booked a luxury room, but the one we were given was on the 5th floor, where there was an incredibly loud noise and constant vibration from the ventilation and cooling system. The noise was directly above the bed and made it impossible to relax. We asked to change rooms, but we were told there was no availability. After some discussion, we agreed to downgrade our room instead. The new room was older and not as clean, but at least it was quiet, which made our stay much more comfortable. The food was good overall. There wasn't a huge variety or anything particularly fancy, but there was always something to eat, and we were satisfied with it. The beach is about a 100-meter walk from the hotel. There is a private beach area, but you need to collect a free ticket each morning to access it. Also, the hotel's designated area is not very close to the water. There is quite a lot of noise from outside because the hotel is very close to the main street with bars, clubs, and shops. Personally, it didn't bother me, but it could be an issue for light sleepers. On the positive side, the staff were always friendly, helpful, and did their best to assist us. Overall, the hotel has both strengths and weaknesses. If the noise issue hadn't happened, our experience would have been much better. Will we stay here again , Yes 🙌🏻

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was spotlessly clean, very comfortable, and provided everything I needed for a relaxing experience. I was also thrilled with the location—the nearby beach is fantastic. I am extremely satisfied with my stay and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect place to stay!

We had a wonderful stay at Nelia Beach Resort. The hotel is in an excellent location, with the beach just a 2-minute walk away. The beach itself is beautiful, and honestly, I would say it is very similar to Nissi Beach. The service was excellent, with everyone doing their best to make guests feel welcome and comfortable. Hetam at the pool bar and Theo at the main bar were especially outstanding—always kind, friendly, and smiling. The food was good, and the desserts were absolutely delicious. I highly recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again.

Could not ask more for this price!!! (Very budget friendly) Staff very friendly, food delicious, great location with 2 mins walk from the Sandy beach. Very clean too!!! Upon arrival we were welcomed with upgraded suite free of charge!!! Hotel recently renovated, all spaces well looked after. Reception staff as well were very helpfull. I been in many hotels across all continents and this one definatelly worth their 4 stars.(Not fake stars). It is not massive but wery well maintained and staff knows what they doing. Thinking to return next year🤗 Book with confidence!!!
