The rooms were very noisy, our family suite, which is not really a suite its just a bigger room with Sofa bed, barely have enough space to move around, the balcony however is a decent size , but all balconies are open to each other, and there is no privacy, some of the families around us were very noisy, and kids kept peeking into our room, and at night due to the connecting door with other room it was hard to sleep , we could hear the screaming and slamming doors all night, some of the hotel staff seem nice, but they appeared stressed and burned out, other staff were arguing with guests almost every day, not sure what the guests issues were, but it was unpleasant to see and almost hard to even ask for help when you see continuous arguments by the reception, the location of the hotel is convenient but it's not overlooking the sea, you have to walk quite a distance to get to the beach. I gave 2 stars , 1 for the location and one for the staff member who helped give me a cream for an insect bite I got at the hotel, she left her ointment for me at the reception to use everyday. That was a nice gesture.

Not a 4* hotel in sense of the quality of rooms and services. Its a very good 3*. Noisy corridors (not only from other guests but actual staff that moves around furniture when cleaning or rearranging.)
Depends who is on reception shift you might be discriminated at from check in! Though staff at breakfast are kind.
Though excellent location you are in walking distance from watersports, beach, other restaurants and local transportation (bus system)

The hotel’s location was close to everything — honestly, the best thing about it was its amazing location.
As for cleanliness, it was good, not bad. But the annoying part was that every time they cleaned the room, they would remove the card from inside, so when we got back, the air conditioning would be off. Other than that, everything was great

Absolutely unacceptable experience – avoid this hotel
We had a truly disturbing stay at this hotel. First of all, we were given the wrong key card twice – which shockingly gave us access to another guest’s room. This is not only unprofessional but a serious security concern.
When we asked at the front desk why this kept happening, the receptionist accused us of exchanging cards with other guests, which made absolutely no sense – it was only our second day, and we hadn't spoken to anyone else. Instead of offering an apology or a proper explanation, she blamed us and was completely dismissive.
What made the whole situation worse was the incredibly rude attitude of the staff. I have never encountered such unprofessional behavior at a hotel. One receptionist actually walked away mid-conversation and said, “Whatever.” Despite our efforts to remain polite, we were treated with complete disrespect.
I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. If you value safety and basic courtesy, stay elsewhere.

Been to this hotel in New Year 2024, had an amazing stay, great breakfast, excellent location, parking is available and the staff are amazing.
Writing the review this late, because I booked again this summer, a non refundable booking, but due to air space closure, I was not able to travel, it took the hotel 4 minutes to cancel my registration for free.
Thank you for the great stay we had and the treatment when we were not able to come, hopefully will book again soon!
Visited the hotel again in July 2025, luckily we got into the renovated floors, looks new and Excellent service as usual
