Despite high ratings, the Pavlo Napa Beach Hotel provided appalling service after I broke my leg and required a wheelchair during my stay. I asked to move to an accessible room three times, they kept saying come back later. Eventually without mentioning anything about the rooms, they downgraded me from a paid sea view room to one with no view, that was truly a better location with the lack of mobility. They blatantly refused to provide in-room breakfast, even if I paid extra. When I chose to depart early due to their lack of accommodation, they denied any refund for the unused nights. They exhibited zero compassion for an injured guest requiring basic assistance. Avoid this establishment at all costs - choose a hotel that genuinely values and aids customers in times of need.

For the money, this is a great hotel and we really enjoyed our stay. We've been to bigger all inclusive hotels, this one had a more personal feel to it. It was never too busy to get a place by the pool, get in the pool and swim properly, or find a place at the beach. The food was excellently cooked - many times I tried something that sounded pretty basic but it was cooked and seasoned very well, the chefs know theit stuff. The pool area backs straight onto the pretty beach, which is a very narrow and shallow bay - very safe for children. We snorkelled up the sides of it, but even walking along the beach could see plenty of fish. Lastly all the staff- front front desk to dining room to bars - were incredibly friendly, in every interaction. I didn't want to leave!

Lovely 4 star hotel
10 minute walk to Nissi Beach and 15/20 minute walk into Ayia Napa.
Rooms are very nice, clean and modern, but are on the small side.
We stayed for a week, all inclusive and would stay here again.
Special mention to Vernon who works the nights, he checked us in and he was really pleasant and offered suggestions on a meal out and how to get around.
One minor improvement would be the Greek night food, I didn’t find it very Greek.

This hotel and the staff are absolutely amazing. The rooms are top notch we stayed in the main building room 411. The rooms are clean modern and comfy, there is plenty of hanging space and the fridge is hidden inside the cabinet coffee and tea is available in the room and a cute little patio set on the balcony. The all inclusive menu is very good some of the meals were abit unusual like the mushrooms in bbq sauce ,dunno what that was about but never touched them after the first time. The themed nights are good ,the carvery nights mashed potato was absolutely wonderful.the Caribbean night was a right let down, nothing Caribbean like it, but we ate most of meals in the hotel as it was nice. Been to some places that you completely avoid the buffet to eat out instead, you’re definitely getting your moneys worth. Drinks are good all inclusive the beers are in half pint plastic cups, but because the humidity was so high it was welcome and meant less was wasted. The cocktails are fabulous and the bar staff at the pool bar are absolutely wonderful. The snacks menu is good, not much variety but the food is hot and fresh and well needed if you’ve missed a meal due to oversleeping or being on an excursion. The entertainment was boss Mariana small blonde haired Ukrainian lady is fantastic, keeps you and your kids entertained throughout the day and night, we love her and enjoyed the karaoke night. The music is dreadful sorry, but the same songs are on a loop and played maybe 4 times in an hour. I can buy myself flowers is engraved into my mind. The pool is fantastic enough space to do aqua aerobics, water polo large groups of lads playing ball and fantastic swim to cool down after laying on fabulous but hot sun loungers. There’s plenty of loungers for everyone to use no need to go running down at 7am to put towels on the bed. The beach onto the hotel is called sandy beach and an absolute gem of a place it’s even wheelchair friendly with a specialist ramp to let those who use wheelchairs to be able to go into and enjoy the sea. The beds on the beach are ridiculous if you’re staying on it for only and hour or 2. €7.50 for 2 beds and a parasol, but once you get a receipt you can go back and use as many times as possible during that one day. The water goes shallow over 5ft deep back to shallow and deep again, this is great especially for parents who’s worry is there kids getting into difficulty in the water. There’s rocks on the right hand side they’re very slippery so beach shoes and make sure you have your snorkel ,plenty of beautiful fishes to look at. There is 2 massage stand on either side of Sandy bay, but the spa centre in the hotel is cheaper and way more comfortable and relaxing, the lady is a fabulous masseuse. There is a fully equipped gym which is air conditioned and spotless. There is an underground pool which is massive an people barely use. The laundry room is right where the underground pool is after the spa. The washing is €3 and the dryers are €2 . They’re is an ironing room underneath the main reception are just walk down the stairs next to the lift or use the lift to -1. Would definitely stay here again
