This hotel showed unacceptable behavior from its lifeguard. While on duty and wearing his uniform, he acted like security staff, removing people in a rude manner. By doing so, he neglected his main duty, which is to supervise the pool and ensure the safety of the swimmers. The hotel must clarify its policy on whether it allows non-resident guests to use the facilities, and in any case it must show respect to its visitors. This behavior is unacceptable. Due to my work I know many tourists, and basically I would not recommend your hotel.

We had a very nice stay! The hotel is about a 15-minute walk from the busy Nissi Beach and around 20 minutes from the city center. It’s located right on a quieter beach with warm water and a cozy atmosphere. The hotel provides its own sunbeds set as close to the water as possible (all beaches in this area are public, so there are no private sunbeds right on the beach close to the water but in this hotel you can use their for free and see the sea staying on the hotel’s territory). The staff were very friendly, and the food was excellent, with themed evenings adding variety. We visited in the low season (April), but the quality of service was not affected. Additional bonus - they have a room with showers, hairdryer you can use if you have a late flight. You don’t need to pay for the late check out, just ask on the reception and use this room to get ready for the trip for free.

Nice hotel. Small pizza in the restaurant, not worth the money..not fun when the waiters talk shit about the customers. Good cleaning and the receptionist where superb. Breakfast need variation. But it where good. Massage is nice and indoor pool is cooling , nice gym to! And they leave a paper u can fill to grade the hotel but not a pencil😅😅

If I could give more than 5 stars I really would! A holiday and hotel we will always remember, the perfect place for our engagement! Every single staff member has been so lovely and polite, a special hats off to the restaurant staff who got to know what table we liked to sit at the drinks we have off by heart. The hotel is well kept and everything is so modern, our room was kept clean and the room is very modern with a lovely balcony. The only little niggle about the rooms (which is no fault of the hotel) is that people are very loud late at night, at around midnight we couldn’t sleep due to the people above us blasting loud music and shouting but reception soon put a stop to that and we got a good nights sleep in the end. The pool is lovely, the sunbeds are so comfortable. We could choose sunbeds where you can look out onto the beach and the rocks. On the evenings we would walk up to the rocks and watch the sun go down and on the first night my partner proposed which was absolutely lovely, and it’s been even better staying for the remainder of the week in a beautiful hotel. I absolutely love this hotel! The staff is incredibly friendly and always willing to help.There's a huge variety of breakfast and dinner options, the beach bar staff is the best in town—always cheerful and attentive. The rooms are beautifully designed with calming earth tones and comfortable beds. Many of them offer stunning sea views, which adds to the relaxing atmosphere. Overall, it's a highly recommended hotel that delivers both comfort and great service.
