We had an excellent stay at Pavlo Napa Beach Hotel in Ayia Napa from 11th Sep to 22nd Sep. Upon arrival, we were kindly upgraded with a room since the one we booked was not available, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The all-inclusive package was truly worth it – the food was outstanding, with a wide selection, fresh ingredients, and high-quality preparation every day. Cleanliness throughout the entire property is impeccable – from the rooms to the common areas, everything is maintained to the highest standards, which made our stay very comfortable and relaxing. The location is exceptional, right by the beach with turquoise-clear sea that made every moment unforgettable. A special thank you goes to Tatiana and Olena at the reception, who were always at our disposal. Their professionalism, kindness, and helpful attitude added a personal touch to our stay. We would also like to recognize the staff from the Sunlight Pool Bar and especially the entire team at Tiffany Restaurant, who provided excellent service with constant friendliness and attention to detail. A special thanks goes to Mr Kostas from Tiffany Restaurant, whose warm hospitality and attentiveness stood out and made every meal even more pleasant. We would also like to highlight Ms Kyriaki from Thessaloniki, a positive and open lady whose cheerful personality and welcoming attitude made us feel truly at home. We highly recommend Pavlo Napa Beach Hotel to anyone looking for excellent service, delicious food, and a spotless environment in a perfect seaside setting.

This hotel showed unacceptable behavior from its lifeguard. While on duty and wearing his uniform, he acted like security staff, removing people in a rude manner. By doing so, he neglected his main duty, which is to supervise the pool and ensure the safety of the swimmers. The hotel must clarify its policy on whether it allows non-resident guests to use the facilities, and in any case it must show respect to its visitors. This behavior is unacceptable. Due to my work I know many tourists, and basically I would not recommend your hotel.

We had a very nice stay! The hotel is about a 15-minute walk from the busy Nissi Beach and around 20 minutes from the city center. It’s located right on a quieter beach with warm water and a cozy atmosphere. The hotel provides its own sunbeds set as close to the water as possible (all beaches in this area are public, so there are no private sunbeds right on the beach close to the water but in this hotel you can use their for free and see the sea staying on the hotel’s territory). The staff were very friendly, and the food was excellent, with themed evenings adding variety. We visited in the low season (April), but the quality of service was not affected. Additional bonus - they have a room with showers, hairdryer you can use if you have a late flight. You don’t need to pay for the late check out, just ask on the reception and use this room to get ready for the trip for free.

Nice hotel. Small pizza in the restaurant, not worth the money..not fun when the waiters talk shit about the customers. Good cleaning and the receptionist where superb. Breakfast need variation. But it where good. Massage is nice and indoor pool is cooling , nice gym to! And they leave a paper u can fill to grade the hotel but not a pencil😅😅

I absolutely love this hotel! The staff is incredibly friendly and always willing to help.There's a huge variety of breakfast and dinner options, the beach bar staff is the best in town—always cheerful and attentive. The rooms are beautifully designed with calming earth tones and comfortable beds. Many of them offer stunning sea views, which adds to the relaxing atmosphere. Overall, it's a highly recommended hotel that delivers both comfort and great service.
