This is a lovely small hotel. It is clean and tidy. The pool is much bigger than it looks on the photo. The walk to the beach is seconds. There were lots of sun beds available. It did get a bit busy some days after 11. The sunbeds had a lovely squishy cushion to sit on. We didn't need to buy sunbeds for the beach as it was practically on the beach. The food was lovely. The staff were very friendly. The reception ladies were so helpful. The cleaning ladies were very cheerful. The entertainment lady I believe Antonio was a one man band of get up and go. Her aqua aerobics and aqua zumba was so much fun. Doing darts pool comps. The bingo was weird but funny. The entertainment in the evening was small but lovely at the poolside bar. If you want a chilled holiday this is the place. We loved it here. Thank you pavlo napa beach for making us welcome

Nice hotel. Small pizza in the restaurant, not worth the money..not fun when the waiters talk shit about the customers. Good cleaning and the receptionist where superb. Breakfast need variation. But it where good. Massage is nice and indoor pool is cooling , nice gym to! And they leave a paper u can fill to grade the hotel but not a pencil😅😅

If I could give more than 5 stars I really would! A holiday and hotel we will always remember, the perfect place for our engagement! Every single staff member has been so lovely and polite, a special hats off to the restaurant staff who got to know what table we liked to sit at the drinks we have off by heart. The hotel is well kept and everything is so modern, our room was kept clean and the room is very modern with a lovely balcony. The only little niggle about the rooms (which is no fault of the hotel) is that people are very loud late at night, at around midnight we couldn’t sleep due to the people above us blasting loud music and shouting but reception soon put a stop to that and we got a good nights sleep in the end. The pool is lovely, the sunbeds are so comfortable. We could choose sunbeds where you can look out onto the beach and the rocks. On the evenings we would walk up to the rocks and watch the sun go down and on the first night my partner proposed which was absolutely lovely, and it’s been even better staying for the remainder of the week in a beautiful hotel. I stayed at the hotel with my family for a vacation. The hotel is of a high standard and we really enjoyed our stay. The hotel staff was wonderful and helped with any question or issue we had. The meals were very diverse and there was always something to suit everyone’s taste. The rooms are renovated and were cleaned daily. We had a great time and highly recommend the hotel!

I absolutely love this hotel! The staff is incredibly friendly and always willing to help.There's a huge variety of breakfast and dinner options, the beach bar staff is the best in town—always cheerful and attentive. The rooms are beautifully designed with calming earth tones and comfortable beds. Many of them offer stunning sea views, which adds to the relaxing atmosphere. Overall, it's a highly recommended hotel that delivers both comfort and great service.
