Absolutely fantastic! Rooms are well appointed, clean and comfy beds. Nothing is a bother to any of the staff who are amazing too. The food is delicious and of good quality plenty of it too. Themed nights offer a variety of world foods. Nice pool area with plenty of beds and just a few steps away from the beautiful Sandy Bay. Timmy at the pool and main bar and Kostas in the restaurant are both very attentive and friendly. The chef and everone else we met made us feel very welcome and part of the Pavlo family. For a great holiday you can't really go wrong at the Pavlo Napa Beach Hotel

I have put a review on this hotel on Booking.com and then received a very bad response from the hotel staff. Because I cannot reply to your message on booking.com, I will reply here. Or maybe you blocked us, so we cannot reply. Your response (as shown on the screenshot) shows very poor customer service. Instead of apologizing to your customer and enhancing your customer service, this is how you react? I wish I could put a -10 star because that is where you deserve with your very, very poor customer service. And let me correct you on what you’re claiming: that we want to extend for free? We have requested to extend at least 2 hours ONLY! Just to have enough time to prepare, as we are tourists, we want to at least explore the place more for a little bit of time. And you could have answered us politely that you can't allow it because it’s against the hotel policy. But instead you raise your voice and give us those bad looks! And please don't say that you have been in Dubai and there's no such kind of service in the hotels here, that they don't allow the client for late check-out. Tell me which hotel, and I will bet that you’re lying! Don’t compare your approach with the hotels here in Dubai because you’re way far from how they treat the customers here! I suggest you get a class about hospitality, especially with your customer service approach. 😉

We’ve just returned from 6 days at the Pavlo Napa and I’d highly recommend it, great rooms, superb sunbeds and pool. The staff are incredible, they couldn’t have been friendlier or more help. I had an amazing experience at Pavlo Napa. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making sure every detail was perfect. My room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully designed, with a super comfortable bed. The food was delicious, especially the breakfast buffet, and the hotel’s amenities were top-notch. Perfect location, great service, and a truly relaxing stay—I can’t wait to visit again!
