Terrible Experience – Wouldn’t Recommend! Our stay at this hotel was a huge disappointment from start to finish. The receptionist, Tatiana, was extremely rude and unfriendly — it honestly felt like guests were a bother to her. The towels were dirty, and the bed sheets were never changed during our entire stay. Breakfast was the same boring food every single day. At night, there was nowhere to buy even a bottle of water — if you asked the staff, they just told you to go to the nearest supermarket. The beach was dirty, full of trash, and most of the sunbeds were broken. There’s only one iron for the whole hotel, kept in the basement, and it’s both filthy and damaged. The reception area looks like it hasn’t been renovated since the 1980s — dark, outdated, and depressing. The whole place feels neglected and poorly managed. Definitely not worth the money. Avoid this place if you want a relaxing vacation — there are much better options nearby.

The rooms are perfect scrupulously clean, kept that way by chambermaids whom are friendly and very good at the job they do, I see them working hard each day always with a smile. The food is varied each day and your spoilt for choice excellent menu. The sun beds are ok though I had problems getting on and off due to me being disabled with spinal erosion, they were too low and no way of adjusting, however the pool bar was excellent, 🤪

I stayed at the hotel with my wife and two small children. What we enjoyed most was the direct access to the beach, the sea view from the window, the large, covered playground for children, the varied breakfasts, and the extremely helpful and friendly staff. The room was clean and well-equipped. There are numerous shops and restaurants nearby, making your stay even more enjoyable. The only downside for us was the somewhat cold water in the pools (we visited the hotel in the second half of October).

There are 5-6 unrenovated rooms in the entire hotel. If your reservation only says : "standard room," you will receive one of these rooms, which are shamefully mediocre. Since there's no mention of a renovated room on the slip, there's nothing you can do about it, and they'll insist that this is the type of room you booked. I paid €150 per night half-board at the end of October to get one of the worst rooms in the hotel. It's clear that I do not recommend this hotel, which will make NONE effort to satisfy you. The first and easiest excuse is: we're full, there are no other rooms available. After much insistence, another room of the same mediocre standard magically appeared. If you seem like an easy target, they'll give you a substandard room under the name "standard room." The pool is extremely cold, making it unusable. The evening meal only lasts two hours; if you don't arrive within the first hour, you'll get a cold, tasteless, and dry meal. The waffles are mediocre compared to those at our previous hotel, The Amethyst Napa. The only positive is the gym, which is really well equipped. Diner was good and often variety as well. There are a lot of other hotels in the same price range, with extremely high quality of service. We made the mistake of choosing this one. I hope you don't make the same mistake. We were at the Chrysomare last year, the difference in quality makes the Pavlo like a 2* hotel.

We had an excellent stay at Pavlo Napa Beach Hotel in Ayia Napa from 11th Sep to 22nd Sep. Upon arrival, we were kindly upgraded with a room since the one we booked was not available, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The all-inclusive package was truly worth it – the food was outstanding, with a wide selection, fresh ingredients, and high-quality preparation every day. Cleanliness throughout the entire property is impeccable – from the rooms to the common areas, everything is maintained to the highest standards, which made our stay very comfortable and relaxing. The location is exceptional, right by the beach with turquoise-clear sea that made every moment unforgettable. A special thank you goes to Tatiana and Olena at the reception, who were always at our disposal. Their professionalism, kindness, and helpful attitude added a personal touch to our stay. We would also like to recognize the staff from the Sunlight Pool Bar and especially the entire team at Tiffany Restaurant, who provided excellent service with constant friendliness and attention to detail. A special thanks goes to Mr Kostas from Tiffany Restaurant, whose warm hospitality and attentiveness stood out and made every meal even more pleasant. We would also like to highlight Ms Kyriaki from Thessaloniki, a positive and open lady whose cheerful personality and welcoming attitude made us feel truly at home. We highly recommend Pavlo Napa Beach Hotel to anyone looking for excellent service, delicious food, and a spotless environment in a perfect seaside setting.
