We booked this hotel thinking we was staying in a really big grand hotel - arrived to be told we were staying in another building, the annex room, which was completely seperate to the hotel and above a shop. The room itself wasn’t bad, but 2 single beds for a couple isn’t great when you’ve asked for a double bed. We were confused as it doesn’t say this when booking! As we wanted to enjoy your holiday we let the room slide as we are not negative people! The service of the staff were great. At breakfast, lunch and dinner they were extremely helpful and lovely to speak to! The food in the hotel did get a little boring after a few nights, as there was the same stuff nearly every day. We ended up eating out a few nights, and as we paid for all inclusive it was a little disappointing. The hotel itself was lovely and clean, and the pool was lovely (if you could get a bed) I can’t fault the staff at all, they were incredible but some things could be much better! There was a lady who I think was management who was very interested in our stay and I did let her know we were disappointment with a room seperate from the main hotel. All in all, the staff were great and the facilities were great too! It is very pretty hotel.

Great hotel with delicious meals. Clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff who speak good English. We had no noise problems, slept well. The pool area has an exit at the back which you can use to reach the beach quickly. There are multiple big supermarkets right next to the hotel where you can easily buy everything you need. The only thing we didn't like is that you're not allowed to throw toilet paper in the toilet. This is common in Cyprus, but maybe some other premium hotels have a grinder plumbing system installed to solve this issue.

The food was very diverse, each day a different theme. So price quality it is an amazing hotel. The customers that stay here range from young party animals, parents with children and elderly people. The rooms are decent, although our AC was noisey, and the shower head would not stay in place. We had the worst view ever and we asked for a different room, since it was our honeymoon and we had to stay here for 12 days. We spend a lot of time on our balcony, so we wanted a decent one. They didn’t took us seriously, we asked for it 3 times and every time they said: come back later. So we let it be. Also, drinks are slow during dinner time, so I recommend first sitting down and then grab some food, otherwise your are done eating without any drinks.

We had a great vacation. The arrival in the early morning hours was uncomplicated and there was a small lunch box in the room. The location of the hotel is great and everything is within walking distance. It's only a few minutes' walk to the sea and there are also some great waves here :) The buffet is very varied (themed evenings) and there is plenty to try. We were also pleasantly surprised here. Finally, a big compliment to the staff and the service. Everyone is very friendly and attentive. Thank you very much! In summary, we can only say... we had a great vacation Thank You all :)

The hotel is very nice, a boutique feel throughout. The rooms are lovely with a clean uncluttered feel, the beds are comfortable and the bathroom was excellent. The room cleaning is excellent and they didn’t bother you by knocking on the door they seemed to appear when you were out. The whole hotel is spotless and the staff were lovely and friendly. The food was also good with excellent presentation and variety if there was something that didn’t appeal there were plenty of options and again the service in there was quick and efficient. The pool is on the small side but the beds are varied with lots of options and the bar is good. The all inclusive is great value here. I would definitely go back again it’s 10 mins walk to the harbour and 5 to the beach so excellent location.
