We have just stayed here as a family of 4 for a week. The hotel is spotless, friendly attentive staff and room cleaned daily with fresh towels and bed linen. Food is a buffet and beautiful. A different theme every night. Food is amazing. Pool area was lovely. Very clean and well kept. Pool was freezing but probably because of the time of year. 5/10 min walk to the strip of shops. Supermarket on opposite side of the road. Highly recommend staying here we had a wonderful time

Just returned from honeymoon in Cyprus, our adopted country we travel to constantly, for holidays. Margadina was a great surprise and went above our expectations. Location: great! Walking distance from the busy area of Ayia Napa with plenty of restaurants and nightlife, but at same time it is located in a quiet part of Ayia Napa, and surrounded by several supermarkets. Rooms: Great and extremely clean. Only downside was the wifi signal in the room but not a big problem for us as we wanted to be disconnected from the ''real world'' as much as possible. Staff: All staff encountered were friendly and cordial, we were given a welcome drink and an upgrade due to our honeymoon :) Breakfast: The usual breakfast you have in a 4 star, plenty of options. Hotel facilities: the indoor and external swimming pool looked wonderful. However we didn't use it as we spent all days enjoying the amazing local beaches. We had a cocktail at the bar at night. There was live music and the cocktails were done by a professional bartender (proper cocktails). Cleanliness: How to say it?... you can literally eat from the floor, that's how clean it is. And it smells amazing in the communal areas. There is parking available free of charge. Oh, also, There is a resident cat that lives at the hotel door. Adolf is his name. Lovely and friendly cat. Don't forget to leave a small present for him :D Would we return? Definitely YES! Well done Margadina. Keep up the good work.

Everything good. We would point out food selection for breakfast, above average. Decent pool also. Only complaint was spa and gym working hours 10-18h. They were advertised on Booking for having these amenities. But if you want to go to the beach it makes spa and gym unusable. So son't get the point why they have it. :D Best would be to extend working hours so you can go to the spa before breakfast for example, at least open at 9h. Or extend breakfast up until 10:30 or 11.
