Cannot praise this hotel enough! The staff in particular make this hotel what it is; they’re like one large family! To name drop a few people who went the extra mile and who we left as almost friends, were Olga and Kate from Reception, Thea and Dori predominantly from Mandala spa, Daniela and co at the pool bar, Victoria and the others at the main bar, and all the waiting staff at the restaurant were excellent! The food was very impressive, both for variety and quality of food, arguably the best offering from any hotel we have stayed in! The housekeeping staff are also very friendly and thorough in keeping our room spick and span. They’re just all round lovely people, we’d pop out from the elevator in the main lobby and if Olga or Kate saw us they’d get straight up and we’d have a quick chat and we happened to mention to Olga how early we were leaving for the airport in the morning and she arranged for two pack ups to be brought to our room because we’d miss breakfast, so thoughtful. Although personally I didn’t take many photos of the hotel (partner did), I’ve included a little video of some fun entertainment provided by some local people who came in to play some Cypriot people and nearly everyone got involved, including a couple of waiters! It was a really good vibe! The pool and the sun loungers that surround are both adequate and plentiful, the pool is kept clean and tidy as you’d expect and the drink service is always quick! We’d definitely return back here if we came back to Ayia Napa that’s for sure!

Extremely noisy room. Every day until around 11:00 PM, loud music can be heard from nearby bars or the hotel’s restaurant. From 7:30 AM, the noise starts again with guests having breakfast, including the sound of plates and chairs. On top of that, the guests above us seem to move furniture almost every night until around 12:30 AM. 🫠 The hotel is also full of families with young children, so there is often a lot of shouting and running around. During peak hours, there are sometimes queues for food, making meals feel quite busy. Overall, it’s not the best place if you’re looking for a peaceful and relaxing holiday. The restaurant staff are friendly, attentive, and provide excellent service. The food is good, but after a few days it becomes quite repetitive. The beach is just across the road, but it is very crowded, has some rocky areas, and loud music from the beach bars plays throughout the day. We ended up taking the bus to other beaches because they were much quieter and more beautiful.

We stayed here for the first time and we loved everything. The staff are so friendly. The ladies at the reception, the cleaning staff, the restaurant staff. Everybody very friendly. The hotel is surronded by plants, flowers and palms. The food is absolutly delicios. You can find everything you can imagine. Fresh and delicios. Fruits and delicios and tasty desert. Even the coffe is great. It was a lovely stay for me and my family. We higly recomanded. 10/10

We stayed at the Margadina for 5 days to celebrate my birthday, and it was absolutely perfect! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel special by welcoming us with a bottle of wine and a fruit platter in our room. The entire hotel is beautifully designed, clean, and has a great atmosphere.The food throughout our stay was delicious, but the breakfast was a major highlight—there were so many options to choose from every morning. My girlfriend and I had an amazing time and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a wonderful getaway!

We stayed here in May and had the most wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, everything was top-notch. Every single service included in our stay was executed flawlessly, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We absolutely loved spending time by the pool, and it was such a nice, convenient touch that they provide towels for both the pool and the beach so you don't have to pack your own. Another huge highlight was the food—absolutely delicious! Every meal was a treat, with so much variety and incredible flavor. The attention to detail throughout the property really made our trip unforgettable. We are already looking forward to coming back! 10/10⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
