Great location,great loking complex and a realy great dinner!But furniture need a replacemant,throw all!dont have lights on balcony,we cant play friendly games outside😤

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The room was not clean enough upon arrival, and the furniture looked old and poorly maintained. In fact, the accommodation felt more like a student dormitory than a 4-star hotel. To make matters worse, there were cockroaches everywhere in the room, which was completely unacceptable and extremely unpleasant. The reception staff were unfriendly and unhelpful. The food offered very limited choices, and some of the products did not seem fresh. In addition, the soundproofing is extremely poor, so noise from the hallway and neighboring rooms could be heard constantly. There is no Wi-Fi available in the room, and sometimes there is not even a mobile phone signal, making it very difficult to stay connected. The value for money is unsatisfactory and, unfortunately, the hotel did not live up to the expectations created by its online presentation. I would not recommend this place and I do not intend to return.

Terrible service. If you want to enjoy your trip, do not stay here. It’s expensive and awful. The hotel has a cockroach infestation. I was moved to two different rooms, and all of them had cockroaches on the walls, in the bathroom, and in the living room. The water was unavailable for five hours due to technical issues. On two separate mornings, housekeeping opened my door while my partner and I were still asleep. Their solution to the cockroach problem was simply to give me a spray can. If you’re staying here, ask for your money back and find another place, just like I did.

Me and my partner booked into this hotel Aug 2025. Cause of delays arrived 1.30am good job we bought spirits at duty free. Beautiful around the pool and Staff at bar near pool were amazing. The site was cleaned everyday.As for apartment it was filth with stains on curtains,lampshade dirty and broken our mattress on single beds was actually ripped exposing the springs and stuff inside.Although we had cleaners in everyday they didn't change bedding in week we was there,didnt sweep sand in bathroom,mould around sink n bath,I'm surprised we didn't get bedbugs.we complained but was told by the so called cleaner that management won't update rooms. The photos of the rooms must of been years ago...

Overall, the hotel wasn’t bad, but the rooms felt old, not properly cleaned, and quite shabby, which made the stay uncomfortable. The hotel grounds and swimming pools were excellent — spacious and well-maintained. We had breakfast and dinner included. The food quality and variety were great, but it was disappointing that no water or other beverages were available during dinner. The location was another strong point — close to the bus station and all popular beaches.
