Tsokkos Hotel in Cyprus offers a mixed experience. While the outdoor spaces like the pool and garden were pleasant and the staff showed good attitude, the facilities overall – especially the rooms and food – fall short of modern hospitality standards. It's a place that might work for a short, low-budget stay if you plan to spend most of your time outside, but not ideal for comfort-focused travelers. With some investment in renovation and better staff training, it could greatly improve.

The hotel is older, the rooms too, but the surroundings - the garden are beautiful.
Food good.
Staff weaker, they can be found more skillful, but they are not at the 4**** level
What I would highlight is that the animator Viki from Ukraine is very skillful, caring and very, very dear ❤️ I rate her very positively 🙂
Overall, I rate the hotel "good", a three.
What should the management of do to invest in the renovation and in the staff....

Just home after 11 nights and before I went i was worried about the reviews.
Rooms are dated and not the best beds.
Food was good not amazing but always something you could eat.
Staff where lovely, especially the 2 fellas working at night on the main bar.
Pool area was very good, easy to get a bed and a good tempeture.
Location great, quite area but walkable to the busier parts, good bus service.
There is a scooter man across the street which where great price to use.
Overall we had a lovely stay and for the price you couldn't beat it!

Absolutely Disgusting – Worst Hotel Experience of My Life
I don’t usually leave reviews, but this time I feel responsible to warn others. Staying at Tsokkos Cyprus was the most horrifying hotel experience I’ve ever had.
From the moment I entered the room, there was a horrible smell that made it impossible to relax. The room was infested with insects – I found cockroaches crawling in the bathroom, spiders on the walls, and worst of all, bed bugs on the mattress. I woke up covered in bites.
This wasn’t just a dirty room – this place is a health hazard. I felt completely cheated. I don’t understand how this hotel is still operating.
Do not let the pictures or reviews fool you – this place is a nightmare. Stay far away. I regret every minute I spent here.
Nice hotel bit oldfashion but ok pool.area very nice.
Child bed is old folded sofa not a bed so if you have teenager it won't be co fortable to sleep per week on it.
Batchroom and kitchen basic,ok.
Restaurant is great, you can eat outside by the pool, food is georgeous, selection and fresh made. No drinks with lunch and dinner.
Not to many fruits to choose maybe more in high season.
Location is great close to Nissi beach 10 min walk, Landa beach oposite hotel and Macronissos short walk as well.
Unfortunately there is no wifii in this hotel, you have signal around reception but don't work at all so if you need to check in or order anything online need to have your own data.
