An incredible place, welcoming, peaceful, and with very attentive and relaxed staff. The buffet restaurant offers a variety of mouth-watering dishes. Congratulations to the entire team who welcomed us and treated us with such attention and impeccable service. Everything was very clean, and the room cleaning service was beyond five stars. Congratulations. I will be back and highly recommend it.

I'm not going to be too harsh in my review because the staff were great and we did have a great time. The first thing you see when you drive in is a dirty old sign with rubbish and rubble all around it. We had a late check in and had no one to show us to our room and was just roughly pointed to where we had to go. When we got in our room we had no sheets and one pillow to share so I went back to reception and was given towels for pillows because the night staff said they had ran out. After further inspection there were coffee stains over the curtains, the TV didnt work and the beds mattresses were ripped and filthy. Under the beds were balls of dust where it hadnt been cleaned. The whole place just needs attention and a good clean up as its a lovely resort but is just not up to the standard it needs to be. I believe this is not the staff's fault but the big boss and lack of funding. I need to put the the pictures up to make people sit up and look, not to be malicious. Something needs to be done and more site staff need to be employed for the keep of this lovely site. The pool area is cleaned to I high standard every morning and the pool is amazing. The kids amusements were literally from the 80s and are all sun damaged. The bushes that are on the roadside are full of rubbish, plastic bottles and plastic sheeting. Strictly this isn't part of the site but really looks awful and would take a few hours for someone to pick up.

Staff were very welcoming and helpful, enthusiastic entertainment girl with great personal presentation of her skill, exceptional with the children and the mini disco also takes part in water volley ball joins in got in pool and she is awesomely freshing. Would love to say thank you so much x. Food was equally good and beautifully presented. Thanks to the plate collectors they have their job I appreciate this although they were a little to keen to take plates when we had not finished our meals. That been said absolutely nothing else except the cleaner for our room was very thorough, our room was beautiful every single time we went back many thanks x

The hotel is older, the rooms too, but the surroundings - the garden are beautiful. Food good. Staff weaker, they can be found more skillful, but they are not at the 4**** level What I would highlight is that the animator Viki from Ukraine is very skillful, caring and very, very dear ❤️ I rate her very positively 🙂 Overall, I rate the hotel "good", a three. What should the management of do to invest in the renovation and in the staff....

Just home after 11 nights and before I went i was worried about the reviews. Rooms are dated and not the best beds. Food was good not amazing but always something you could eat. Staff where lovely, especially the 2 fellas working at night on the main bar. Pool area was very good, easy to get a bed and a good tempeture. Location great, quite area but walkable to the busier parts, good bus service. There is a scooter man across the street which where great price to use. Overall we had a lovely stay and for the price you couldn't beat it!
