Terrible food. Absolutely the worst food I have ever had in a hotel. Very few dishes to choose from, and of poor quality. You can see everything is recycled from previous meals. Dry meat, dry salads, etc.
Staff not very friendly. The maitre D restaurant makes an impression of being there as a form of punishment.
The only good thing about the hotel is the pool. Large and many loungers around. Although good, there is no mid depth for young ones. It's either 30-ish centimetres in baby pool or 1,40meter in the large pool.
Location is okay, not too far from the beach or shops. 20 minutes walk to the water park.

Rooms clean, beds hard but the help as much as they can, staff and cleaners were very helpful, the inky thing that let this hotel down was the selection if food and lack of entertainment for kids, the reps didnt interact with them, 5 mins walk from landa beach, 15 mins to Nissy beach or 1.50 euro for adults by bus

Arrived after 10pm . The night porter gave us a sandwich and pointed us in the right direction to our room. Whatever happened to a porter escort carrying your luggage? Our apartment was up a steep flight of steps, which we couldn't quite manage, so asked to be moved to a ground floor. Request granted without any problem. Couldn't fault this hotel, apart from being charged for water, which being A/I I expected it to be all in. Next to no entertainment but it is late season. Food could have been warmer but a very good selection. A few minutes walk to the lovely beach but a taxi ride to Ayai Napa.
I would return.

The location was perfect if you're looking to be close to beautiful beaches, but it's further out if you want to go to restaurants/bars - about 25min drive to Ayia Napa by bus which you can take from just outside the hotel. The food was average, but the service was good. Rooms are basic and need updating. Cleaners weren't good as our bathroom wasn't cleaned even once during the whole week, just had bins taken out and supplies stocked. The pool was nice and big, which is what gives the hotel a higher rating. Overall, we had a lovely time but won't be returning to this place as I don't think it is worth the money.

The hotel is in a great location, with Landa Beach just a 3-minute walk away and Makronissos Beach only 10 minutes away via a paved path. Nissi Beach is also a 10-minute walk to the left, just behind the Adonis Hotel. Arrive at Nissa Beach before 9 AM to secure a spot.
The cleaning staff does an excellent job daily, though there are ants in the room. The exterior decor is impressive, but the service is lacking. The reception staff is unhelpful, offering no explanations during incidents like the fire alarm or a 2-hour power outage at dinner time. Dinner service ends at 9 PM sharp, but food starts disappearing earlier, leaving latecomers hungry. The restaurant staff is unprofessional, with one rude employee monitoring guests as they serve themselves. See the attached photo for an example of the restaurant's poor state
