Lovely place, clean rooms, very pleasant stuff, a couple of pools, a lot of sunbeds and umbrellas. Exceptional food. Entertainment programme during the whole day, kids programme in the evening. Building block separated by themes, so you have Nectarine block, Plum block, Olive block...

Definetly the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in, I don’t understand how this place has such high reviews I guess people must have really low standards, WiFi doesn’t work at all absolutely shocking, starting with the rooms, lack of towels everyday, they weld the key to the magnet fob for electric so you can’t keep your room cool or charge your items whilst around the pool, cleaning quality was pool , staff don’t seem to bother to go round and collect the empty cups and you end up with loads of bees swarming around, spare bed in the room creaking so loud it stops you from sleeping, cleaner stole a full bottle of perfume reception didn’t seem to care and tried to tell me It didn’t happen because the cleaner on duty said she didn’t take it well yeah of course ? This is the first time we have ever had anything stolen. The repair work around the hotel is absolutely embarrassing they literally just fill holes with concrete in the pathways and leave it looking messy no pride at all, all the pathways have sharp edges where the tiles are broken it’s only a matter of time when a kid sliced their leg open, entertainment pretty shocking even though the 2 lads are really lovely guys it’s clearly a lack of money being invested from the owners and poor management, all the equipment is poor for the entertainment, the stage is a absolute laughing stock. Staff don’t really interact or seem to enjoy their job but I’m not suprised the place is a shambles. I’d never step foot in this hotel again, the only positives I can tell you is the pool was clean, the location is great right opposite a lovely beach and there is plenty of sun beds always but I’m guessing that’s because it’s such a bad hotel people won’t stay here.

The hotel staff very rude ,not helpful at all . Cleaning service is absoluteley useless,never cleaning room properly ! Ants are all over the room . Wi fi supposed to be included ,nothing works ! Parrot show people was very rude towards my child ,while taking picture the lady turned my child head aggressively towards the camera . Everything else apart from the hotel was amazing ,great location !

When we first arrived we weren't very pleased, the sofa bed was like laying on metal and the double bed was terrible but to be fair we spoke to the staff and they gave us an extra mattress for the sofa bed and after a few nights a new bed, if they done the rooms up a bit and changed the mattresses it would be a really nice place to stay, the food was good with a lot of choice and the location was beautiful. The entertainment was limited but I believe it was because it was the end of season. The couple who do the entertainment around the pool etc were good, the guy was funny. All the staff were helpful and friendly.

The rooms need many fixes, especially their appliances. Do not hesitate to inform the front desk at any time you spot the problem. They are very friendly and attentive and surely will see into it. However the rooms are still quite outdated for a 4star hotel. They could pay a little more attention to the cleaning of the room.. But the food, location and swimming pools deserve a stay!
