We came here for the Easter weekend with HotelBreaks4u. It was very good value for money and there was a varied, delicious menu at each meal. We particularly liked the soup served at lunch and dinner. No two meals had the same soup. The staff were helpful and friendly, and the rooms were clean. We will definitely return.

We've been here week 17. The hotel is fine like as what you see in the website. At first we was in the room where the balcony facing the parking space and it was not cozy at all as you came for a week vacation. So we talk to the personnel in the frontdesk if we can change a room and we got lucky to get one where the room is facing the poolside (thanks to the hotels friendly staff🙂). The food during the week was all good (love the all kinds of curry). The hotel is in the place where not so much to see around just pubs and restaurant and supermarket. If you want to room around and discover a little about Limassol the city is just 15min away by bus and its easy to ride by bus, thus the busstop is just two blocks away and it can take you to the city. The fare in the bus is 1.50euro each way.
We had a very good time in the hotel as we say. 🫡 to the staff!

Really enjoyed, with being vegetarian it was hard as vegetarian food was not kept on a desperate area from meat, the management tried hard to accomodate this but then every day it was pizza & pasta. They had Indian staff who could make chappati and curry with beans or lentils or vegetables. On the whole a good break nice room extremely clean & cosy. Staff always welcoming and at hand

We have had a very bad experience in trying to downgrade one of the rooms. I have been in dialog with the hotel since before Christmas (for more than a week) and Expedia have been in dialog with the hotel without luck in the downgrading process.
When we arrived yesterday we got forced to sign for both the rooms even through we explicitly said we wanted to downgrade.
The cashier told us to come down in the morning to do the downgrade.
If we had made a scene yesterday evening, we could have forced it through with Expedia as they could completely cancel both reservations without payment for it - but for us it was "just" a matter of downgrading and doing it as polite as possible, but it is solely the hotel who is now holding their right for the higher price
