Great hotel with excellent staff! We had beautiful view. Breakfast is good, they serve grilled halloumi, fresh fruits and veggies, fresh orange juice.

The entrance is non impressive and rather dull. The best parts of the room are the water shower and pressure. The bedding cover is too thin, and the nights were chilly. The breakfast is OK but the same every day .The big downer for me is that this hotel has a big problem with loading and unloading your luggage as there is no parking area and while we were there trying to get our luggage out we were robbed of our one luggage because there is Noone to help you . This really put a damper on our stay as I had to go out and purchase clothes for my husband as all his things were gone. I will not stay here again because of this . I do have to say that the staff were friendly and helpful towards us.

This is a 3 star, not 4, hotel. The staff were lovely and the location is great, but the rooms were terrible. This hotel is for those who don't care about the room at all, because they plan to party all night, and come back too drunk to care. * The room and hotel were advertised as soundproof, which they absolutely are not. You can hear the noise from neighbouring rooms, the corridors and the strip outside - so much noise pollution! Not a place to work or rest. * The room was advertised with AC, but the truth is you can't control the temperature in the room because the temperature is controlled centrally by the hotel - there is one setting for all the rooms. It was 27C outside so the room was hot, and there was no way to cool it down because the was heating blasting when I turned on the "AC". I have never heard of a hotel that doesn't allow individual temperature control. * The curtains were not hung properly or blackout, so the sun lit up the room everyday from 5am. This was in November, I can't imagine what it would be like in the summer when the sun is brighter and rises earlier. * There were other issues like sockets not working, broken lightbulbs and holes in ironing board covers - overall as another user stated, the hotel is dated and needs maintenance. Of the hundreds of hotels I've been to across the world, this was by far the worst. Edit: To Euripides Erodotou, General Manager, clearly you all don't communicate very well because management were informed of the issues I experienced DURING my stay: 1) My room was changed on day 2 due to noise levels, and it was still noisy 2) Management came to my room, and after a failed attempted to fix the curtains, explained that you had new curtains coming in. 3) According to the settings and the engineer that came to service it, your rooms do NOT have individual temperature control. As I said, the staff were lovely and helpful, but they can't fix structural issues, only service issues. Just stop false advertising, so potential guests know what they are truly getting. P.S. Is it customary for your company to put your guests' personal details online without consent? That's a breach of EU Data Protection Laws, by the General Manager no less! I guess there are service issues after all.

We really enjoyed our staff. It's the perfect location and atmosphere. Room was very nice and staff is helpful and kind. There was a little mix up with our reservation and they went above and beyond to accommodate us. We are very grateful for their kind service and making our trip very special.

The hotel is very close to the marina, there are many good restaurants nearby, there is a bus stop a 2-minute walk from the hotel, the girl from the lobby gave us exact bus times that arrive to the nearby cities of Nicosia and Limassol. It was a lot of fun, a clean hotel, a dining room with a variety of foods and there is also a pool for the summer months.
