It is a nice hotel, however, there are some things that work against it. Most of the time when we asked for shampoo and shower gel the housekeeping said they don't have that. Towels were an issue too, because in 10 days they were changed only once. The swimming pool is small and very overcrowded, and the hotel does not enforce the rule not to leave towels after dark. What guests are doing? They are leaving their towels overnight and then in the morning they don't show until 11:00 or 12:00 so you cannot go on a morning dip. Basically you're forced to go outside the resort, and the beaches next to the resort are non-existent. The rooms are big, and they are clean most of the time, but the mopping could be done better because from time to time we could see residue from the mop like extra dirt or hair in the corners. The location of the resort is very nice, you can walk to many places in the city, and also it is very close to the bus stop for public transportation. If you want to walk to a nice beach, like a real sandy beach, then you need to prepare yourself for a 30 minute walk, otherwise you will be forced to swim in a rocky sea. The staff are very friendly, but some of them are having issues preparing the type of coffee you would want to have. The restaurant is very big, and the staff that works in the restaurant is amazing. The food served in the restaurant is good but it is not diverse, because most of the time it was bland and it was rotating every 3-4 days. Overall it is a good alternative to the pricier hotels, but I would recommend going half-board instead of full-board which will give you more freedom with the things you want to eat outside the premises.

A great hotel for the price: amazing food, clean rooms & friendly staff. The only problem is the music near the pool: every day it’s the same playlist over and over again. Hearing Ed Sheeran for the 12th time is a real torture.

Staff fabulous people friendly hard working. The lay out was great for the kids food as expected for 3 star only an incident where we had an alacarte night chicken was raw put my daughter off all together. Snack bar more for kids repetitive every day no late night snacks so had to eat out . Kids enjoy the pools. Tui was disappointing we got dropped off midnight when arriving outside a sex shop 8 of us including a baby had to drag our suitcases down the road to get to our destination it was horrendous 33 degrees you can imagine we as a family won't go back and finished with tui as flight back person was ill in front of us and they were Not helping at all we could see person was ill but really wanted to wait until we landed that's just the short version:(

great experience and staff. the hotel rooms are renovated, and they feel new. food was average, all inclusive is very convenient the disadvantages are: - water park is closed and will probably open in 2025 summer - one day we did not have hot water in room, but survived - the sunbeds are not enough when the hotel has 400+ occupancy

If it was not for the staff I would give only 2 stars. But the employees were the nicest, they deserve 5 stars. And I would come back there just because of them. The first night I arrived, the man at the reception was very rude with me because he couldn't find my reservation on booking. But except for him everyone else was nice. I stayed there alone and I was in a weird situation that didn't allow me to leave the hotel. I was therefore staying near the pool the all day, drinking at the bar and eating snacks. The staff was so kind with me. I give a special mention to Barbara at the reception, Ozzy at the pool restaurant, Andreas at the pool bar and the two guys from the animation team. Other than that, the room was not very clean when I arrived. I stayed 3 nights and the cleaning has never been done. The food at the restaurant was good for this type of hotel. The hotel is mostly frequented by family with no good manners so don't expect a quiet experience. It's not a fancy, romantic type of hotel, it's more for family with kids.
