Such an amazing place to have a holiday! I went all inclusive and the food and drinks were delicious! There are two restaurants, one buffet and one fancy restaurant where you can have one 3 course meal for free, which was incredible. There are several pools, as well as a hot tub and sauna. Staff are all very friendly and welcoming, and the location of the resort is perfect! 10 minute walk to the beach, and many shops and cafes around, aswell as a theme park 5 minutes walk away! I would love to come back again, I highly reccomend.

Do not stay here! Worst hotel experience I have had to date. When I arrived at the room, there were torn bed sheets and dirty pillowcases (one had BLOOD on). Looking in the bathroom, a pubic hair was on top of the toliet and dirt was on the outside of the bowl. Reception would not do anything about moving us rooms and lied to us saying they were fully booked (their website proved otherwise). Housekeeping did come to rectify the issues we found. However, we then showered. Only cold water was sprayed from both the shower and sink taps. The shower was blocked, flooding the bathroom every time I'd shower (this complaint to reception gave an impression they couldn't care less even though hot wate is a basic human need). Furthermore to this, when putting something in the bin I was met with a plethora of dust webs under the desk where the bin was. Location is good in terms of access to Ayia Napa however, you must be happy to listen to the fairground until midnight. This hotel has poor hygiene and care for customers and doesn't have much care if you have a complaint or have a bad experience. Even in the reception lobby there was a big lump of mould on the ceiling. Unfortunately booking this through a third party I have not had a refund. Hopefully reading this, the hotel may offer some compensation.

Good Hotel, 3 pools (2 outdoor and one indoor + a indoor sauna and whirlpool) the breakfast is great a lot to choose from. The rooms are a little bit outdated but they do there job for the stay. Some stray cats that will definitely come by for pets (10/10). The beach is 2min by foot but you will not have sand there more rocks. The staff is nice.

One Week of Disappointment and Neglect My recent stay at this hotel was nothing short of a nightmare. For the entire week, my room was never properly cleaned. One day, fresh towels were just tossed onto the bed I had already made, and I found the balcony door wide open with a broken curtain. The bathroom drainage was so poor that it caused constant flooding, adding to the overall unpleasantness. The room reeked for the entire duration of my stay, and the staff was far from accommodating. They seemed disinterested and were often glued to their phones or smoking. On one occasion, I was verbally abused in front of the hotel manager, who did absolutely nothing to address the situation. The food was basic and repetitive, so I avoided the hotel's facilities as much as possible. Overall, a truly disappointing experience.

I do not recommend this hotel at all. My stay was filled with negative experiences from start to finish. The food was terrible the same dishes almost every day, often served cold, and the fruit was old. The selection was extremely limited and far below what you would expect. The staff was one of the biggest problems. While a few people at reception were polite, others were completely disrespectful and unprofessional. When our flight was delayed, two staff members told us it was fine to stay longer. But when it was time to check out, a receptionist started shouting at us aggressively instead of listening to our explanation. She even admitted she was being rude by saying, “yes, I know,” which is shocking behavior for someone working in hospitality. When I asked to speak to the manager, she at first had the same rude attitude. I told her clearly that I would not accept her colleague’s tone and that her behavior was wrong. Instead of taking the matter seriously, she laughed, which was extremely disrespectful. Only after we explained everything did she finally realize it was not our fault, and we were not charged extra. Still, the entire situation was so unpleasant that we left immediately. The cleaning was unacceptable. Some days no one came to clean at all, and when they did, all they did was quickly make the bed and leave. The room never felt properly clean or fresh. The only positive thing was the bar, which was okay. But that is nowhere near enough to make up for all the unprofessionalism, bad food, poor cleaning, and complete lack of respect shown by staff. I strongly advise others to avoid this hotel.
