New hotel in a relatively new building. Wide buffet spread for breakfast.
Has a spa and small pool. No lifeguard on duty despite it written on the notice that there is a lifeguard. If you want to get a relaxing bed by the pool you need to go early.
Rooms were okay but there was dust in the AC duct. I had to switch off my AC throughout my stay. You can hear the doors from other rooms banging when you're in your own room!
Staff could do with a bit more friendliness. No smiling at all even from the receptionist!

Perfection in every way! Me and my partner went for a 2 night stay as a suprise birthday for her and we were immensely impressed from the get go. The moment you enter, the feeling of warmth surrounded by beautiful decor, Christmas trees and a festive feeling gave us the instant relief needed for time visitors to Gdansk. It's was a compliment to such a beautiful and cute city! We were greeted by Mateusz at reception who's professionalism was breathtaking and a credit to such a wonderful hotel ( he also takes a good picture for you! 😄). The food was stunning in the hotel restaurant, the local Polish rye soup is a must try and with a whiskey menu to die for! Along with the relaxation of the Spa and massage treatments, our stay was absolutely perfect in every way and all staff were polite and helpful. Also a shout out to Ciprian from the restaurant, who made our dining experience alot of fun with his humour and kindness! Our package was also very adfordable and worth every penny. Thank you for a memorable stay. 👏🔥

The hotel itself is fine but the conference staff don't have any idea what they are doing. Poor communication internally and towards the client. Missing airport transfers, missing lunches, and wrongly configured meeting rooms. Not to mention the meh quality of the meeting catering. There also is no conference staff to guide the client, making sure things work as agreed.
