I can’t fault anything, good rooms, no iron however that’s not the issue. Shower has best pressure and temperature I ever had at any hotel. The only thing is breakfast. The price is over 100zl which I truly believe is way to expensive for what has to offer. For me is really poor choice

Staying here several times, last night I got the worst service from employees in reception not knowing their job, not letting me get in touch with manager, I expect much more from this place than shitty customer service in reception.
Most frustrating part is not letting me speak with anyone when you pay a lot of money to stay somewhere
Some of the absurdity on this 4 star hotel so far:
-Unable to explain where you can find coffee, the young girl got angry we asked.
-Unable to provide us with some water.
-In a room that’s clearly not in contrast to what we paid.
-promised to get in touch with us, still haven’t.
I’ll keep listing during our stay…

Nice, clean hotel with an optimal location near the old town. The spa is also enjoyable.
The main downside was that the room heating was not adjustable—it was too hot, which slightly affected our ability to rest and sleep.
The staff were average overall. In the spa, we also had one rather unfriendly experience. The breakfast is on the other hand one of the best we have had.

The highlight of the Grano (formerly Almond) hotel for me, was the breakfast! If you love breakfasts and Polish food, look no further. There was everything I could wish for and more, like żurek and bigos. A rich, lavish buffet, eggs made to order, pastries and complimentary sparkling wine. The hotel is very good, relatively basic, located in a quiet area by the river. I liked the location very much. Everything is still in walking distance. The spa is a little worn and dirty here and there, and children are allowed, so it got a little crowded at times. Had excellent massage from Sebastian and Oleksandra. Highly recommended experience overall!

Pretty easy to reach from the airport. More or less in the middle f the city in our case 7min at foot to reach the christmas market. Rooms are like as advertised incl. Expensive mini bar. Lol. Service I quiet and effective, one little story about this, after been very late in the day before we put the "don't disturbed" sign out and nobody tried to come in (found this surprising as this isn't standard at all) but as we left for the day our room was cleaned later, good extra customer service for sure. The restaurant isn't big but food is good. Hotel is recommended as my preferred stay in Gdansk when you look for something quiet. Oh and there is even off parking . Would come back .
