The hotel is set in beautiful gardens with exotic palm trees on the famous Nissi Avenue and directly on the beach. Anmaria Hotel offers a great base for both families and couples who seek a peaceful location but within walking distance from Ayia Napa centre.
The hotel has an outdoor and indoor pool, as well as a high-quality fitness centre with a hot tub, aqua bikes, steam room, and cryosauna. It is centrally located in Ayia Napa, yet in a quiet area on the beach.
Every room has a TV, a seating area, and a furnished balcony. Every room comes with free Wi-Fi and a private bathroom with a bath or shower. Free toiletries and a hairdryer are included in the room rate.
There is a games room on the premises, as well as a restaurant and bar. In the lobby area, there is free Wi-Fi.
The resort has a front desk that is open 24 hours a day. There are bike and car rental services available. Tennis and billiards are two of the activities available to guests.
Anmaria Beach Hotel is 100 meters from Thalassa Museum and Ayia Napa Monastery and 2 kilometres from Water World. The airport at Larnaca is 55 kilometres away. On-site parking is available for a fee.

I stayed at Anmaria Hotel for 5 nights and had a fantastic experience. The staff were super friendly, especially the reception staff.
Breakfast was delicious and international so there were tons of options to choose from.
Location is right by the shoreline and the hotel is far enough from the loud bars and clubs so evenings were peaceful.
Pool is top notch. Gym, sauna and indoor pool too.
All in all, I was very impressed and the value was there for the price. Will definitely recommend and will be back!
Absolutely not recommended!
This hotel was a major disappointment. It was extremely noisy, making it nearly impossible to get any sleep, both during the day and at night. The beds were dirty, worn out, and very uncomfortable, which made the stay even worse!!!
The reception staff was rude and unhelpful, making guests feel unwelcome. Any complaints were ignored or dismissed!
The breakfast was a complete disaster – very limited selection, poor quality, and even spoiled items. The fruit in particular looked old and unappetizing.
Be careful, this hotel does not live up to its promises! I strongly advise against staying here.

Living in Cyprus around 1.5 hours away, we decided on a short break. We had a 3 night stay recently on B&B in a Seaview room. We were on the 2nd floor and the views were amazing. The room was airy, clean and light.
The staff well, what can we say they were so lovely, accommodating and friendly, willing to help wherever. The main Senior receptionist she was just a dream, very helpful and her customer service was just the best, thank you.
Breakfast, there was so much choice, for all tastes and likes, certainly wouldn't go hungry.
The location was second to none, beachfront, just a short walk away, if eating out, a huge range of restaurants all around, various tastes and prices.
The pool area is big with plenty of sunbeds so no need for the early morning race for beds! 🤣.
Definitely worth a visit and we will definitely go back.

Just celebrated my 40th birthday here with a group of friends. We had a lovely time, altho I would say the food isn’t the best and only a small selection. I did find it hard to enjoy the food. The snack bar isn’t open at lunch times either, so a bit silly if you want to enjoy the pool area with a snack between 12 & 3. The hotel itself is clean and tidy and the maids do a great job of the rooms. Beds are comfortable too. The beach is a let down, but have some of the most amazing beaches down the road so that’s okay. Drinks are only free till 11pm also. A bit of a shame if you want a cold drink to take to bed. The hotel is in a lovely place with amazing restaurants and clubs… Tommy’s at the end of the road is very fun. Overall I had a great time here

We are having a great time!
They surprised us really nicely for my daughter’s birthday! Location is perfect, but compared to other hotels around here is very quiet at nights. Room is amazing, spacious, the third bed we had is super comfortable not an old sofa like others. Mattress covers and pillows super nice. Bedsheets extremely clean. Housekeeping did a great job changing towels and cleaning the room! Breakfast was absolutely delicious and amazing!!!!
