Leonardo Cypria Bay is a freshly-renovated hotel in Paphos with an excellent beachfront location.
Simply yet tastefully decorated, all rooms of Leonardo Cypria Bay have the Mediterranean Sea or mountain views. Each comes with a flat-screen, satellite TV and a mini-fridge. Free toiletries are provided.
Certified Cypriot breakfast is served in the morning. Guests may enjoy light meals and refreshing beverages at the on-site snack bar, whilst watching the sea and pool views. Drinks are prepared at the bar and international dishes for lunch and dinner are served at the restaurant.
Sun loungers and umbrellas are featured at the sun terrace by the pool, while a heated indoor pool is also available. A tennis court and a fitness centre are offered for those who wish to keep fit. Other facilities include a pirate-themed activity pool for the younger guests’ entertainment and a kids' club.
The popular site of Tombs of the Kings is 4.6km away and Paphos Harbour is 2.6km away. Paphos International Airport is at a distance of 17km. Free private parking is possible on site.

I would genuinely rate this hotel as a 3*. The all inclusive is not all inclusive at all. It is sub par, it’s almost as if they are doing their best to save as much money as possible. We arrived to stale sandwiches in the room that went straight in the bin. They may as well have not bothered. Food stops for 5 hours in the day between 2-7 which is a nightmare with a baby. There are no baby friendly options on the buffet, or bottle staking facilities, microwave etc. no baby friendly activities or facilities not even a swing on the park. Rooms are dated and stink of must. Water in the room on the fist day but nothing refilled from then on, even had to steal toilet roll off the maids cart. Entertainment is abysmal and not enough seats for all guests to watch so everyone ends up on wet deck chairs at night. Bar closes at 11 sharp. There are about 3 dishes on the buffet on repeat. Waste of money. So disappointed

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the hotel! The room was spotless, and the level of cleanliness throughout the hotel was truly impressive, especially considering it was fully booked.
The service was exceptional — every member of the staff was kind, polite, and patient. The restaurant team went above and beyond to accommodate us as Israelis needing vegetarian options. Even the head chef personally prepared plain white rice for my husband, who has stomach issues.
We especially enjoyed the evening pizza prepared by the chef, who was very friendly and attentive. The pool area was great, and the pool staff, including the manager, were incredibly helpful and courteous.
Thank you for making our 4-day stay absolutely perfect. The kids were thrilled, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience

Our stay at the Leonardo Cypria Bay hotel was nothing short of exceptional, largely thanks to the genuinely high-quality service we received. The staff are attentive, professional, and go out of their way to ensure every guest feels valued. From the warm welcome at reception to the impeccable service at the bars and restaurants, every interaction was a true pleasure. The team's dedication to guest satisfaction is evident in every detail, making for a truly relaxing and pampered holiday experience for the whole family.
For anyone considering a trip here, I cannot recommend the premium band upgrade highly enough. While the all-inclusive package is fantastic, opting for the premium band at the time of booking proved to be one of the best decisions we made. It elevated our holiday with access to a deluxe lounge with exclusive breakfast and snacks, as well as an array of premium drinks. It’s an upgrade that truly enhances your stay, offering an extra layer of luxury and convenience that is well worth the investment and turns a great holiday into an unforgettable one. The hotel's fantastic facilities and the amenities make it a perfect destination for people seeking a premium experience.
Food & Restaurants:
The food quality is average. There is little variety, and most days the menu repeats itself, which seems to be a common complaint that the hotel does not address. Napkins are limited to one per diner, which can be inconvenient. Some restaurants were disappointing, the Greek restaurant was fully booked even when we tried on the first day, while the burger and pizza restaurant served extremely dry burgers (pizza was okay, but still not impressive).
Executive Lounge:
The executive lounge is well-designed, comfortable, and offers decent snacks. However, a major frustration is that you cannot take drinks out of the lounge. While it makes sense to restrict glass bottles, it seems unreasonable to not allow taking a soft drink to the pool. The quality of beer and alcohol served in the hotel is also below expectations for the price of the package.
Cleanliness & Room:
Cleaning was poor. Housekeeping will not change sheets unless explicitly requested, and sometimes rooms are only cleaned late in the afternoon, which can be inconvenient. It is also unclear why the AC cannot be used while the balcony door is open, which limits comfort at times.
Service & Facilities:
The staff were consistently friendly and helpful, which was a definite positive. The pool is pleasant, though a bit small. The hotel has beach access, but the beach is rocky and not suitable for swimming. The promenade is nice for a stroll.
Summary:
Leonardo Cypria Bay has potential with its design, staff, and some facilities, but several areas need improvement: food variety, restaurant quality, drink policy, and housekeeping standards. If these issues were addressed, it could easily become a much better experience.

Excellent service, everyone is super friendly, welcoming and smile. The hotel is super clean and well maintained. Food is delicious in every meal with variety of options, despite the crowd busying. Variety of activities for kids and adults with ana amazing entertainment team that seems to love their job and they do great. They are very engaging and they offer pilates, aqua yoga, dance, zumba and lovely shows.
