**Title: Great Space with Room for Improvement**
I recently stayed at this hotel for one night and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The rooms were huge with plenty of space, and the big kitchen was a great feature, allowing us to save on meals since there’s a Lidl supermarket just around the corner.
The spa area was nice, but we were disappointed with the indoor pool, which was quite cold. We had hoped to spend half a day there, but ended up just using the hot tub instead. The outdoor pools were lovely, and the pool bar added a nice touch, although we did find a lack of sunbeds. It's just the beginning of the season, and we struggled to find a spot to lie down.
Unfortunately, the staff's demeanor didn’t match the quality of the facilities. It was a bit disappointing to see that many of them weren't smiling, except for the lovely hostess at breakfast. One amusing incident occurred at reception when the receptionist directed us to a far-off lift, claiming it was the closest to our room. It turned out our room was right next to another lift, so we had to walk back a considerable distance.
On the positive side, check-in was smooth, with our keys ready, and we appreciated the quick payment process. However, when I mentioned that I left the pool towels on the dryer and wanted to return them, the response from the lady on checkout felt unfriendly. She said it wasn't okay to leave them there but to just leave them they will fix.
As someone who works in the hotel industry, I felt a bit bitter about the lack of smiles and friendliness, especially when we strive to provide a warm atmosphere. Overall, while there were some highlights, I believe there’s room for improvement in customer service.

Worst hotel experience ever.
If you’re looking for sleep, peace, or basic human decency—stay far away from this place. They stuck us in a room next to a full-on construction site, with deafening work starting at 6 AM like it’s completely normal. No warning, no refund, not even a hint of an apology. The staff? Cold, unfriendly, and clearly couldn’t care less. You’d get more warmth and professionalism from a vending machine.
This place is a joke, an insult to hospitality, and should be ashamed to call itself a hotel. Never again.
We booked friday through sunday at the resort including half-board. Location is excellent, price was reasonable, however the food for breakfast and dinner was awful. You could see that the food was days old, the mixture for fresh omelettes that the lady was preparing had bugs in it, the boiled eggs were precooked and served for days and you could see and smell that they weren’t fresh. The vegetables for the salads were dry and old. Generally the food was a disappointment. The room was ok, it wasn’t clean enough as we could see that the floor was not mobbed and not clean enough.
The view from our room was stunning, it was quiet, sunny and beautiful. We enjoyed our stay but the room cleanliness needs to improve as well as the buffet!

I'm writting this during my stay. The location is good. The rest is just sad. The paint on the ceiling of the entrance is peeling off, the tiles of the floor are loose, walking up the stairs we actually heard a couple of the large tiles scrape as they shifted. We paid 112 euros to stay in a suite. The room was large but it's currently 9° out and they don't have heating. The excuse being that last week was warm and apparently they can only have either heating or ac but not both available in the rooms. When we asked for robes the response was that that would be difficult at this time and that all they could do is send an extra quilt, which they brought without a cover. So far so bad. I would be warmer and get more from my money if I had stayed in my car for the night.
We visited in March, hotel needs an update but it is very, very clean and well kept. We didn't quite like to breakfasts, but there was always something to select from.
Staff was kind and helpfull. Location was great and views were amazing. There is a bus stop just next to the Hotel but you can also take a very nice (easy) 4km walk to the castle and city center (by the seaside).
Hotel is not the best, but I can recommend it due to low price and great location.
