Excellent hotel with a nice restaurant. Highly recommend their sunset bar with an awesome 🤩 view . Specially mentioned about Krasimira who went above and beyond to ensure my wife birthday 🎂 is celebrated in an adorable 🥰 way. Highly recommend for your next holidays stay

Theo Sunset Bay is great! The location is beautiful, if you have a sea view room (highly recommend!!) you really can’t complain. We weren’t all inclusive and just had breakfast, however the drinks are more than reasonably priced if you are wanting a cocktail around the pool. It’s only a 10 minute drive from Coral Bay, which has a beautiful beach and a lively night life if that’s what you’re after. The rooms are more like apartments (depending on where you stay i’d guess) but ours was, it’s perfect for what you pay. I celebrated my birthday here and the staff were kind enough to send a bottle of fizz and some fruit to the room! I have absolutely loved my trip to Cyprus and felt comfortable around the hotel! 10/10 would recommend!!!

Enjoyed our trip to Cyprus, hotel food was great and pretty much everything as expected, Takis was amazing at breakfast time, even took the time to make us a custom pancake for breakfast :)
Nice shop on site, entertainment, bar service great and reversible sun beds are awesome!
Our room was a little small for 3 people and only really catered for 2 people (2 chairs, 2 cups, etc…)
The safe was available and free of charge.
Room service great, everywhere clean and tidy, thanks for an enjoyable holiday.

We spent a week at Theo Sunset Bay Hotel and really enjoyed our stay. The hotel was very clean, which was important for us, especially since it’s allergy-friendly (no pets allowed) – a big plus.
Breakfasts were tasty with a good variety each morning, and the staff was always welcoming and helpful. We also rented a car through the hotel’s rental service. The gentleman from the rental desk (supportive, black-haired guy – sorry we didn’t catch the name!) was incredibly helpful. He noticed a small issue with the car and fixed it immediately – very professional.
We’d also like to give a special thanks to Ms. Alessandra – always smiling, kind, and ready to help. Her positive energy and sense of humor really made a difference during our stay.
Overall, a peaceful, well-run hotel with great people. We’d happily come back!

An Amazing Stay – One of the Best Hotels We’ve Visited!
We travel a lot, and this was definitely one of the best hotels we’ve stayed in. The check-in and check-out were incredibly fast, and the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful.
The hotel itself is beautiful, with a great atmosphere. We especially loved the presence of so many well-cared-for cats, which added a unique charm. The food was outstanding—delicious, diverse, and plentiful at every meal.
Housekeeping was flawless, keeping our room spotless throughout our stay. Everything was perfect, and we would love to return. Highly recommended!
