Stayed here before, nice staff, nice night staff cleaning staff
Weak management everything is ok until there is a problem to sort out , i got harassed by the bar man from Bulgaria , pestering me and thought it ok to touch my body when someone is just friendly to him , he's always drunk each night whilst working, stands staring at me while I was in the pool, and kept coming to my room one morning being sexual he's weird and deluded when told to get lost many times he takes no notice and carry on trying to massage my shoulders and come behind me.
I told manager about it and said she has to do something, she told me to Avoid him
, so I have to stop using the facilities and pool after paying to stay there to avoid her pervey staff member!
I asked her what happened the next day she said she hasn't seen him , even though it's a sackable offence he was there the following day
The manager ruler never came to see if I was ok or reassure me about anything she's completely useless gladly I was leaving in a few days later and went to a better hotel.

Very good for the price. Cleaning service is every 4 days after arrival. Room was clean just very basic only problem was the shower wasn’t as powerful as it could have been but for the price it was well worth the 1 week. breakfast was €7 each and in cash was a good little selection. Staff was lovely definitely will be returning to this place. Room looked over the sea a little bit so was able to watch the sun set first couple of nights

Was there for only a week! It's an OK place but it needs work doing to it as it's a bit rundown! Badly insulated so very noisy from the room above! It's not to far from the bus stop and had a great pool! And the staff were really friendly 😊🌞😎

AVOID THIS PLACE!!!
I stayed at Sunny Hill Hotel Apartments in Chloraka for one week and my experience was absolutely terrible. The property is poorly maintained with clear structural damages. The moment I entered my room, I saw a cockroach in the kitchen area, and the entrance door was in very bad condition. The overall hygiene of the place was highly questionable.
During the week, I found several more cockroaches in the kitchen. I reported this to the reception multiple times, but instead of taking real action, they only sent the cleaning staff, which did nothing to solve the problem. Under the kitchen counter there was a completely rotten panel, which seemed to be the source of the cockroaches.
Housekeeping was inconsistent — the bathrobes were changed only once, and the cleaners only came when we explicitly asked, mainly because of the pest issue. When I used the laundry service, I was shocked to find it located in a completely damp and dirty room, with a nauseating smell.
Overall, this was a catastrophic and disastrous experience. I would never return and I strongly advise others to avoid this place.

I had a terrible experience at Sunny Hill Hotel Apartments that I feel compelled to share. I arrived around 10:30 PM, eager to settle in, but was immediately greeted by an unhygienic room. To my horror, I spotted a cockroach scuttling across the floor as soon as I walked in. I thought this must be an isolated incident, so I asked for another room, only to find that the same problem persisted there as well. In fact, I even saw cats feasting on cockroaches outside my second room!
While the price may seem attractive, I can assure you that it is not worth jeopardizing your health and comfort. The reception staff were polite, but that was the only redeeming quality of my stay. Everything else was a complete disaster. I had booked the room for two days but lasted only 15 minutes before deciding to leave.
Now I'm stuck trying to chase down a refund, which has proven to be an added frustration to an already awful experience. I strongly advise anyone considering a stay at Sunny Hill Hotel Apartments to think twice. Save yourself the trouble and look for a cleaner, healthier option!
