Cold chips and only a little salad plus someone else’s lip marks all over the lip of the water glass! It was a very disappointing experience and little response from staff except warmer chips and “thanks”.

Stayed here during the Christmas 2023 for a week. The staff were really helpful and friendly. Our room was spacious and fully equipped for a short stay - toaster, oven, stove, kettle and hairdryer. In addition, there was a great sea view :) The food was the same but it was OK - different kinds of eggs (fried, boiled, scrambled), sausages, hum, cheese, mushrooms, peas, yogurts, jam and honey. The room was cleaned up once but they wanted it to be done twice :) The beds were OK. Minus for towels - they were worn and not changed for a week. Probably, we should have been asked for that, but we hadn't. What's more, there's a parking lot inside. The closest supermarket was 800 m uphill.
In conclusion, it's nice to stay here having a rented car - easy to get around the island and, as it was mentioned, the hotel is located on a steep hill :)

Charlie is boss!!! Xxx All of the staff were friendly and helpful.
For English speaking people ask for Charlie if you need anything... especially if you have a broad accent!
The accommodation? Owners could do with a head shake!!!! Without doing a great deal or spending huge amounts... it could definitely earn 3*, at present its 2* at a push. VERY BASIC self catering. Large rooms, tiny TV, comfy beds, clean but worn towel and sheets. Accommodation in my opinion, is clean and kept clean 👌 but could be a much better place to stay with a € or 2 spent on the basics.
The place! WOW! If it was not for having to walk up 'the hill' to the hotel, to get the view, back, side and frount, the view is amazing!
Local restaurants and bars are good value and serve good food.
To he honest, I would stay again 20 years ago :) 😃 ❤

I had a fantastic overnight stay at this hotel! The receptionist went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Their helpfulness and friendly demeanor made a great impression. I’ll definitely be returning on my next visit!

Worst apartment ever. The so called oven handle came off so never used and as for the kettle did not work . When told the manageress she only said they are waiting for new ovens but never replaced it,as for the kettle we took it up to the reception and got a replacement. The bath had scratches all around the plug and sides. The shower curtain had 4inches of mildew up it. When you flushed the toilet it bubbled up into the bath and both sinks(kitchen one aswell). The food is atrocious only could eat toast . Tried evening meal and what should of been fresh calamari was frozen and so was the potatoes. As for cleaning it was sub standard and very dirty. The pool is more like a dunking pool not the size that on the pictures , I only went in to cool off and came out with a ear infection and the shower you are supposed to use before entering the pool was filthy never cleaned in all the time I was there. I could go on but the list is so long . It should come with health warns, as it is that bad . Enter at your own risk . I am putting in a massive complaint to the company I used .
DO NOT BELIEVE THE PICTURES AS THIS IS NOT TRUE. PLEASE BELIVE THE BAD REVIEWS AS THIS PLACE SHOULD BE CLOSED DOWN BEFORE PEOPLE GET SERUOUSLY ILL

Paphos (or Pafos) is one of the most beautiful and ancient towns of Cyprus. Wherever one treads in Paphos he comes across its glorious history which dates back thousands of years, when the cult of goddess Aphrodite who emerged from its seas, flourished in this beautiful part of the world attracting many visitors from the island and abroad.
Today Paphos is a small harbour town, but in Hellenistic and Roman times it was the capital of Cyprus. Still under the spell of her Beauty-Goddess, the area retaining her magic, has remained impact by time. Paphos seduces its visitor with its majestic landscape, lovely coastline, historical treasures and delightful villages where tradition is still a way of life.
The legacy from its remarkable history adds up to nothing less than an open museum, so much so that UNESCO simply added the whole town its world Cultural Heritage List. Among the treasures unearthed, are the remarkable mosaics in the Houses of Dionyssos, Theseus and Aion, beautifully preserved after 16 centuries under the soil. Then there are the mysterious vaults and caves, the Tombs of the Kings, the ancient Odeon Theatre and other places of interest including the various Museums.
