Located on the edge of a terrace with unobstructed views over the surrounding countryside towards the sea around 500 away from it. Here you will experience spectacular sunsets as unique holiday memories. Only minutes away from the nearest beach, restaurants and tavernas and the bus which shuttles between Paphos town and Coral Bay.

I had a lovely stay here. My apartment was spacious, clean and very comfortable. The staff were very helpful and polite. Very relaxed and peaceful. Probably the best sleep I've had in years. Would definitely stay here again👍

Disclaimer: we were not accommodated in the main season, maybe something works better during the summer. We were accommodated for 4 days, overall not a lucky choice.
Accommodation
- warm water starts to flow after >10 min of opened taps (an advice from a receptionist)
- no cleaning utilities, no cleaning took place even after we asked the staff
- the personal seemed very bored
Food
- the meals are of lower quality and apperance
- lack of plates - need for early arrival for breakfast/dinner
- sometimes very sparse food selection (i.e. dinner: rice + chicken 1/4)
- the drinks are disgusting (3 flavours of soft drinks with strong artificial and disgusting taste)

Our third stay at Sunny Hill.
Although the property does require updating & repairs it was definitely value for money. One bedroom apartment, sea view. Reasonable cooking facilities, utensils, glasses. We did buy our own mugs & glasses later. Damaged doors, however the room was adequately cleaned. Only objection, no change of towels during week. Staff polite
& courteous. Buses to Paphos at the bottom of the road 2 or 3 minute walk. Large supermarket 15 minute walk. Numerous pubs & restaurants. Location quiet, great views.
Not the cleanest Hotel, but comfy beds.
The Staff made us feel very welcomed, especially the cook seemed like a very sweet Guy.

This Hotel deserves 0 stars in my opinion.
The room was awfully dirty. We didn’t expect too much because it’s only three stars, but we weren’t prepared for the dirt at all.
We had dead insects in our room and hair that certainly wasn’t ours.
After talking to the guy at the reception we were able to change rooms.
The new room was a little cleaner but still not tolerable.
There is no bike rental as stated, at least not with the hotel.
Most of the facilities offered online (for us via holida* check) were not available.
We only booked with breakfast but didn’t go because the restaurant was not up to standard as well. There were crumbs everywhere when we entered it the restaurant area first time.
Highlight was the dead cockroach under the bed in the second room.
Over all the hotel is old. That condition alone would have been fine, but with the dirt added we just couldn’t stay there.
Location is not too great as well. You have to walk up a rather steep hill to get there.
If you still want to book this hotel please get a rental car.
