I do not recommend staying at Sunny Hill in Pafos.
We stayed with our family (2 adults, 2 children), but unfortunately, the room was only prepared for 2 people – there was no bedding or towels for the children. When we reported the issue at reception, we were told that the person responsible had already finished their shift and nothing could be done. I don’t understand why the person there couldn’t simply provide the bedding.
Additionally, instead of proper beds, I had to sleep on a very soft sofa, which was in terrible condition – you could feel every wooden support underneath, making it impossible to sleep comfortably. The next morning, I spoke with the supervisor who promised to deliver bedding and an extra mattress. Unfortunately, by the afternoon, only the bedding was delivered, and the mattress was still missing. I reported it again to the reception, but the staff member said they do not replace sofas, only rooms. He mentioned that no one had complained about the sofa before.
The only positive is that there was hot water this time.
The food was very monotonous, and the only bread available was toast bread – no normal bread.

Really friendly and helpful staff. Lovely breakfast and a delicious dinner with free drink for 7 euros. Sea view, stunning sunsets. Need a car but bus stops close by. Perfect!

Above rating is for a 50 EUR+ breakfast per night.(you cannot demand much with such a low price)
Good parking space
Very good bed for sleeping
Generaly it was clean.
Rooms and facilities were VERY old. They need innovation.
Bathroom in general was clean but VERY old equipments.
Walls and roof terribly need innovation. Our room was licking water from the roof.

Will you ever return? Surely, I'll hurry! It was such a great stay this night in my booked Sunny Hill apartment. The name does what it promises: Despite January, I was able to swim in the swimming pool after breakfast and it wasn't cold! The English breakfast on the terrace in the patio is great (that's even more than a classic English breakfast). There are no complaints about the studio - everything is clean, lovely furniture and a large balcony with a wide view of the landscape and the sea. The stuff is most friendly and welcomes everyone. Already today, I love to come back and spend several more lovely stays on the one and only Sunny Hill.

Our third stay at Sunny Hill.
Although the property does require updating & repairs it was definitely value for money. One bedroom apartment, sea view. Reasonable cooking facilities, utensils, glasses. We did buy our own mugs & glasses later. Damaged doors, however the room was adequately cleaned. Only objection, no change of towels during week. Staff polite
& courteous. Buses to Paphos at the bottom of the road 2 or 3 minute walk. Large supermarket 15 minute walk. Numerous pubs & restaurants. Location quiet, great views.
