We spent 4 nights here in two rooms. Overall a pretty old and run down place, so only come here if you get a very good deal on your booking. The location is not central, but we knew that so no complaints, accessible via bus 615 which apparently runs every 10-15 minutes so OK. However check for better, more central locations in your time frame if you get the chance / deal / budget for. The rooms were at least large, but that is the only thing I can say that is positive about them (plus the views). They are run down, sparsely equipped and the toilets and water pressure / temperature were questionable (might be a Cyprus issue though not sure). The building and the pathways are dirty and one of the handrails on one of the balconies was actually rotted through to failure, very dangerous. The service: very basic breakfast and the same every day, so gets boring pretty quickly. We never got a replacement towel so need to ask for a set on day 3 and our room was never cleaned in the duration. The staff were at least friendly. At least the local (diseased and unfriendly but still) cat population enjoyed the nooks and crannies of the yard, which also has a bunch of pretty flowers.

Genuinely surprised by all the positive opinions. Hotel is old and worn out, our room on top of that was dirty and stank. It looked so nice on the pictures that we went for it, despite the price and distance from city center and we were genuinely shocked when we got there - to the point where we decided to move to an alternative after just one night. Would not recommend

Everything - I booked this apartment for 8 nights, ended up only staying 3 and having to find some other place because the accommodation had bedbugs, water pressure was bad and water was cold (you had to turn on all taps in the accommodation to get some warmer water while the pressure was still not working). We had half board (breakfast & dinner) and the food was very poorly cooked and not a lot of variation at all, the cutlery was old and mismatched and dirty. The room itself had a smell, dirty, and the safe box was broken so we had to change rooms and in the new room there was bedbugs. We tried explaining with evidence and we lost sleep trying to move our stuff so it wouldn't get contaminated (because if you bring bedbugs home its hard to get rid of them and expensive) so we took all the clothes and threw them in the bathtube (the bathroom was full of hair from other residents and the bathtub had paint cracked all over, peeling) then the next day we steamed everything for hours to try to get rid of any trace of bedbugs, went to a laundromat and also threw them in a dry cycle (out of our own pocket and time) while the accommodation denied any problems. So to summarise, we were disrespected by the receptionist lady as she was saying "you guys are young, whats a little bug gonna do to you?" What is that meant to mean? We are a young couple but I know from experience that bedbugs are not something to joke around because they multiply fast and destroy furniture, lay eggs, bite. Food was atrocious and we could not use half board even though we paid. Cleanliness was barely done to a very low standard that a 3 star hotel/apartment should be ashamed to have. Ended up leaving the accommodation and going to a different one while trying to obtain the money back for the remaining 5 nights. When i ended up getting refunded i got refunded for 4 nights, so again, a SCAM. Because we stayed 4th may towards 5th, 5th towards 6th & 6th towards 7th (when we found the bedbugs), and on the refund request it was stated that we stayed 4th-8th which is not true, we were already at a different accommodation. So my money wasn't given back for the remaining balance accordingly. Now I will fight to get a full refund for destroying the only holiday we could have this year and we worked really hard to go away.

Friendly and small hotel with wonderful views for good price. Apartment was spacious and clean. Breakfast and dinner was simple, but tasty. Hopefully the hotel can invest some renovations in the future. Had a great time there!

AVOID THIS PLACE!!! I stayed at Sunny Hill Hotel Apartments in Chloraka for one week and my experience was absolutely terrible. The property is poorly maintained with clear structural damages. The moment I entered my room, I saw a cockroach in the kitchen area, and the entrance door was in very bad condition. The overall hygiene of the place was highly questionable. During the week, I found several more cockroaches in the kitchen. I reported this to the reception multiple times, but instead of taking real action, they only sent the cleaning staff, which did nothing to solve the problem. Under the kitchen counter there was a completely rotten panel, which seemed to be the source of the cockroaches. Housekeeping was inconsistent — the bathrobes were changed only once, and the cleaners only came when we explicitly asked, mainly because of the pest issue. When I used the laundry service, I was shocked to find it located in a completely damp and dirty room, with a nauseating smell. Overall, this was a catastrophic and disastrous experience. I would never return and I strongly advise others to avoid this place.
