Anthea Hotel Apartments are superbly located in the centre of the popular seaside resort, Ayia Napa. Only a 5-minute walk from the sandy beach, they are ideal for those who prefer comfortable accommodation with a good selection of facilities.
The complex consists of 200 units which include studios and one bedroom apartements and is recommendable for young people looking for action and night life.

The hotel contacted me three weeks before my trip, saying that they will only open AFTER the dates when I had booked (??? why I was able to book these dates is a mystery). However, they did not cancel on their end - not sure why, at this point it's hard not to suspect they were hoping to charge me, too. Anyway. I booked someplace else, hopefully a more serious business. :)

I have stayed at this hotel twice now, and both experiences were excellent. The food is very good, varied, and fresh, and the dining areas — both the terrace and the indoor space — are spacious and well organized. The staff is extremely friendly and always willing to help, which makes the stay even more pleasant. The location also has a beautiful pool, perfect for relaxing. The housekeeping ladies are very kind and attentive to details. I highly recommend this hotel and I can’t wait to come back!

We stayed at Anthea Hotel Apts and had such a fantastic time. The staff were so friendly and welcoming, and our room was always kept spotless. The pool area was a highlight – great music during the day, a bar for drinks and snacks, and a lovely place to relax.
The food was tasty, but being right in the centre of Ayia Napa meant we also had endless dining options nearby – from local Cypriot dishes to pub food, Italian, Asian, and more. The location couldn’t be better: there’s a supermarket just opposite for essentials, the nightlife is only a 10-minute walk away, and Nissi Beach is also around 10 minutes on foot.
We also loved the live music nights at the hotel, which gave it such a lively atmosphere. The nearby bus stop made exploring further afield easy too – we even visited Protaras.
A brilliant hotel with everything you need for a great stay – we’d happily return!

Me and my partner stayed here in July for a week's holiday for my birthday. This particular hotel is popular with youngsters,but they really don't cause any trouble or create an atmosphere, and we're a mature couple.
The room is simple but a good size with a view over the pool. We had booked half board, and the food was nice with a good selection to choose from. The reason for 4 stars is that you've to pay and leave a deposit for an iron,hairdryer, and key safe. Which were surprised about. The rooms came without a tv.
Now, this hotel has a departure lounge for when you're leaving and lockers for your luggage, which is a great idea. We liked the staff and especially Joseph, who is a character and his daughter too. So overall we recommend this hotel as it's close to the nightlife for youngsters and the mature areas like restaurants and bars. And we would stay there again in the future.
