Stayed here in early September 2025. It’s very basic, no-frills accommodation, which suited us fine since we were out all day and just needed somewhere to sleep. That said, the A/C was expensive for what it was, especially considering how old and slightly damaged the unit looked. The rooms and main building seemed to have been renovated at some point, but there were clear signs of subpar plumbing and electrical work. There was a constant damp, slightly moldy smell. Our room wasn’t cleaned at all during our one-week stay. We also saw roaches and ants. Cyprus isn’t immune to that in general, but it felt more noticeable here than elsewhere. Service is inconsistent. We asked to borrow an appliance and, after a long discussion, were given one against a €20–30 deposit. The plug didn’t fit the socket and we were told that was our problem. That pretty much sums up the level of support. On the positive side, the staff are friendly enough—just don’t expect much follow-through if you actually need something. The bar gets very loud most evenings. Cocktails were mediocre, not terrible but nothing to write home about. Bottled beer was reliable; draught beer tasted like the lines hadn’t seen cleaning in a while. Some of the evening entertainment was rather cheesy. Service at the bar was often slow, with staff chatting among themselves while several tables were trying to get attention. There are better-run bars nearby at similar prices. Location is a plus if you want easy access to pubs and restaurants, and in Pernera you’re never far from the sea anyway. On the downside, the area can get quite loud at times, and parking is very limited.

Food and bar 10/10! Loved this place. I will rebook with accommodation next year in this place because Protaras is very busy. Great location and perfect drinks.

Terrible apartment experience, the ants were lurking from furniture. Bed was unstable… The Gym was in catastrophic state. Although food was excellent and swimming pool was clean. The staff was kind and helpful.

We spent 7 wonderful days at the hotel, met wonderful staff, ate great food, and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Many thanks to : Eleni - reception and restaurant Vanessa - cleaning Angelos - the youngest bartender And most thanks to Poogia, who served us breakfast always smiling and cheerful, because a smile is the most important thing to start the day. Big respect to all the chefs and kitchen staff who prepared delicious meals. The Jack Daniels Burger is amazing. Good thing -there is no internet in the apartments, and we liked it ...to sleep peacefully. There is excellent internet in the restaurant, pub and at the pool. The beach is 10 minutes away, sandy, the water in the sea is warm and clean. Plenty of markets, shops, restaurants, pharmacies nearby. There is also a polyclinic. And let's not forget, the recommendation to try the waffles,pancakes and lava cakes next to the restaurant. Many greetings and God bless you in your further work and life. Vladan and Zorana 1151

Good hotel for a good price in great location close to the beach and shops/restaurants. It’s like a little village with a church, restaurant and pool as well. It’s nothing fancy or luxurious but it is decent for the price you pay, our only issue was mold in the bathroom and low water pressure in the shower but apart from that we were happy, nice spacious room with little kitchenette and balcony. Everything was nice and clean. Would definitely recommend and possibly return in the future.
