A family owned and run complex situated in Pernera, between the town of Paralimni and the Protaras resort area.
Each with a private balcony or terrace, studios and apartments offer a lounge area with extra sleeping facilities. Kitchenettes come with a gas cooker. Air conditioning, hairdryers and irons are available through reception.
Breakfast includes warm dishes and a Continental buffet. Lunch is served at the family restaurants, and snacks are available throughout the day at the bars and pool area. There is a fast food takeaway restaurant and an ice-cream parlor on site.

Somehow every single drink we ordered was horrible, Guinness, mojito, Stella
Mojito tasted like yoghurt, Guinness had no head, Stella was flat. Wouldn’t recommend for beers. Given the state of the pints imagine the rooms, or the kitchen, also aren’t too well kept

We spent 7 wonderful days at the hotel, met wonderful staff, ate great food, and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

Big respect to all the chefs and kitchen staff who prepared delicious meals. The Jack Daniels Burger is amazing.
Good thing -there is no internet in the apartments, and we liked it ...to sleep peacefully.
There is excellent internet in the restaurant, pub and at the pool.
The beach is 10 minutes away, sandy, the water in the sea is warm and clean.
Plenty of markets, shops, restaurants, pharmacies nearby. There is also a polyclinic.
And let's not forget, the recommendation to try the waffles,pancakes and lava cakes next to the restaurant.

Dirty, horrible rooms stuck in the 1980s with appliances, furniture and fixtures still from that time, broken, unmaintained, broken air conditioning [that they charge €10 per day], dirty bath, sticky balcony furniture. Male staff barging into your room while you're undressing to fix broken a/c and refusing to leave. I was blamed for not booking a 'superior' room not offered a new room, however, by this time we were not going to stay there. Cannot believe Jet2 or OtB recommend this place. Its a real hovel. DO NOT BOOK HERE!

Good hotel for a good price in great location close to the beach and shops/restaurants. It’s like a little village with a church, restaurant and pool as well. It’s nothing fancy or luxurious but it is decent for the price you pay, our only issue was mold in the bathroom and low water pressure in the shower but apart from that we were happy, nice spacious room with little kitchenette and balcony. Everything was nice and clean. Would definitely recommend and possibly return in the future.

It was one of the worst experiences I had in a hotel room recently. Room wasn't clearly not fresh, there was a massive dead cockroach under the bed. In our room the sofas were creaky and the beds were not comfortable. One night our electrics went completely haywire which is a major fire hazard.
Staff not friendly at all we had to literally beg for toilet paper all the time.
Never staying there ever again.

The Windmills Restaurant-Taverna offers a very good home-cooking selection of Cypriot and International cuisine. It is open from 7.30 in the morning until 11.30 at night, for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner.
