Room was very basic, smelled musty on arrival with damp patches on toilet ceiling from a previous flood. Shower pressure very poor. We knew we weren't going to a high end hotel but our expectations were a bit higher. Had to pay extra for air con, never been on a holiday where we've had to do that. This hotel is not located in Protaras, it's in Pernera, a few miles along the road. Nice little place with it's own beaches bars and restaurants. It sits directly on the bus route in to Protaras and Aiya Napa. Check out at 11 & no where to shower/get ready for evening pick up other than the cold pool showers. We enjoyed our time away however I'm not sure I'd book this hotel again.

Excellent apartment for me a single traveller.very clean. The food is excellent and excellent service and value. The staff are really friendly courteous and very attentive. Had great stay and will be back.

We loved Windmill Hotel apartments. It is a family run business and the lady was absolutely lovely. She made us feel so welcome. ☺ We had a ground floor apartment with outdoor terrace and our own little garden. The apartment was clean and well equipped for our needs. Lovely big swimming pool close to our apartment and bar and restaurant on site. There is even a beautiful little Chapel which was built in memory of the owners parents. Very good location with ten minute walk to Louma Beach and lots of shops near by. Local bus route costing only €1.50 for any journey. 4km coastal walk to Protaras which is also suitable for pushchairs and wheelchairs. We will definitely be returning to Windmill Hotel Apartments.

Fantastic family meal. Warm friendly service made the family feel special and invited. Food was absolute perfection. Would go here again all day long. They really did make a meal feel like a special occasion. Good job guys we loved you

We arrived in the middle of the night and where given 2 room with with 1980's standard and furnishing, not at all like the pictures for the Studio rooms on their homepage. When we tried to turn on the AC as it was about 35 degrees in the rooms we were told there was an additional charge of 10 Euro per day for that and we had to ask the manager in the morning to turn it on. Normally in these days AC is included in the room rate. It was awful to sleep in the heat that night and no fans were in the rooms either. They did not even provide drinking water in the rooms they normally do. In the morning we complained about the rooms not looking like the pictures on the homepage and the manager said that the pictures on the home page was not correct. According to the manager the pictures showed smaller rooms than the Studio. We were then allowed to move to the rooms we newer standard. We had half-board accommodation with breakfast and dinner. Since the Hotel was almost empty there was no buffet's served. The breakfast was a standard continental breakfast plate 2 eggs, 2 ham slices, 2 cheese slices and toast together with coffee/tea and some juice (not fresh juice). This was a completely OK breakfast but a bit boring after 2 weeks. For dinner we were allowed to choose from the À la Carte with some exceptions like the beef and fish dishes. The dishes we were allowed to order varied depending on who received our orders. The food was quite good. By the end of our stay we asked for extended checkout since our plane was leaving late at night and was told it would cost an additional 50 Euro per room, even thought the hotel was less than half full. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
