We've stayed here a few times always between may-August and always find it a good experience overall. I would recommend the superior rooms which are really nice. Aircon isn't included which is why I haven't given room 5* but it's available whenever you need it. The gardens/grounds are well looked after and peaceful, and there is plenty of parking if you've rented a car The pool is big and and clean and the pool area has plenty of space for everyone and you never feel far from the pool itself. The bar is lovely and the stand out feature in my opinion. Entertainment on all the time, loads of TV's showing the sport, massive play area for kids with seating right next to it if you have kids. plenty of staff on hand to help with table service. The staff are all really nice and helpful. The food is good and reasonably priced, with lots of variety from pizzas to burgers to meat platters to traditional Cypriot meals. Cocktail menu is massive with a drink for everyone. Location is brilliant, not far from fig tree bay, protoras and Ayia Napa. Loads of stuff close by too like bars, restaurants, water park, beaches, shops etc but it also doesn't feel overcrowded or busy. I didn't take many photos but I'll put a couple here

Very old and bad rooms. 0 Maintenance. Door didn’t even have a lock and it was loose. The window in the bathroom was broken and the whole bathroom was just unpleasant. There is a constant noise from the fridge and the stuff weren’t understanding at all.

Lovely hotel studio apartments, situated in a great location. With links to Protaras made easily by bus or walking. Staff very helpful and friendly. Food is very good too and they have a taverna and Restaurant to choose from to eat. Nice swimming pool to cool off too. A++++

The location is fantastic. A lovly coastal walk to protaras. The breakfast is 1st class and the restaraunt is also 1st class quality food. Staff cant do enough for you. We had a apartment witch was lovly. Very clean. Cleaned everyday. We lookforward to our return. The entertainment was 1st class we had bob marley. Rod stuart. Miecheal jackson all tribute acts off course but they engage with the holiday makers wich makes it so much fun

Stayed here in early September 2025. It’s very basic, no-frills accommodation, which suited us fine since we were out all day and just needed somewhere to sleep. That said, the A/C was expensive for what it was, especially considering how old and slightly damaged the unit looked. The rooms and main building seemed to have been renovated at some point, but there were clear signs of subpar plumbing and electrical work. There was a constant damp, slightly moldy smell. Our room wasn’t cleaned at all during our one-week stay. We also saw roaches and ants. Cyprus isn’t immune to that in general, but it felt more noticeable here than elsewhere. Service is inconsistent. We asked to borrow an appliance and, after a long discussion, were given one against a €20–30 deposit. The plug didn’t fit the socket and we were told that was our problem. That pretty much sums up the level of support. On the positive side, the staff are friendly enough—just don’t expect much follow-through if you actually need something. The bar gets very loud most evenings. Cocktails were mediocre, not terrible but nothing to write home about. Bottled beer was reliable; draught beer tasted like the lines hadn’t seen cleaning in a while. Some of the evening entertainment was rather cheesy. Service at the bar was often slow, with staff chatting among themselves while several tables were trying to get attention. There are better-run bars nearby at similar prices. Location is a plus if you want easy access to pubs and restaurants, and in Pernera you’re never far from the sea anyway. On the downside, the area can get quite loud at times, and parking is very limited.
