With a variety of facilities and spacious accommodation, the Atlantica SunGarden Beach is a perfect place for a well-deserved holiday. The holiday started off atrocious due to being put in a ground floor basic room with no view despite paying £300 extra for superior sea view room. We arrived at 3am so this seemed even worse as we were tired and frustrated. When explaining the situation to the hotel staff the response was very rude and unhelpful. Even suggesting because it's dark that is the reason we can't see the sea. We eventually gave up and went to sleep in the provided room. The morning brought no difference as the view was a grass verge and a busy road.
Despite this the food in the buffet we found to be tasty and varied, however the drinks are just sweet and cheap alcohol which doesn't seem to have any effect.
Location is good if you are okay with walking as the town square is about 25 mins walk if you take the main road (very steep hill to walk back up) but if you walk across the beach the walk is about 15 minutes and avoides the hill.
Rooms are supposedly cleaned daily but the floor wasn't cleaned once it was more so just tidied. The bed sheets weren't changed at all in 11 nights. There were lots of cockroaches. Cats constantly trying to get into our room.
Entertainment is very limited in the hotel but most other families we spoke to just accepted if you want some night entertainment it's best to walk into town.
Overall hotel is nice and has nice views but is certainly not worth the money, we've had similar holidays in Cyprus for less money and much better quality in everything.
Best part of our visit was the lovely Ana who worked in the bar by the pool, absolute credit to the hotel always made us smile.

I had a wonderful stay at Atlantica Sungarden Beach. Everything met my expectations – the hotel was clean, beautiful, and well-maintained. The location is excellent, close to many amazing attractions. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The only possible improvement could be entertainment, as it was lacking, but for us this wasn’t a problem since we had other activities planned. Overall, I’m very satisfied and would definitely recommend this hotel!

I’ve just returned from the Atlantica where we had a wonderful family holiday with my children and grandkids. It really is a beautiful hotel complex with lovely gardens, pool areas and stunning views of the sea. The food is excellent and there was always plenty of room for our party of 12, indoor or out. The staff are multi national and very friendly and welcoming. There may be some problems with those with mobility issues as the paths that wind around the site can be a little steep but I’m sure that could be sorted out at the booking stage if the hotel were informed beforehand. I would definitely recommend.

The hotel has a nice view, very relaxing but unfortunately it gets boring after a while when you don't have any activity around the pool. There are two different pool areas, one for more family oriented and one if you want a quiet environment. There was hardly any difference between these pools. We paid for all inclusive and after 6pm when the pool bar closes outside, the bar opens inside and then a lot of alcoholic drinks cost money on their menu. Which is bad because you have paid a large amount to be able to drink as much as you want. They close the pool bar too early. When you want other drinks at lunch or during the day you have to wait for service or ask at the bar, instead of getting them yourself. I would have preferred to get them yourself because you have to wait so long before you get your drink. The drinks are like water. The staff are equally stressed and busy. The staff are generally kind. Poor information at the reception upon arrival.

The hotel's location and views are amazing. Very friendly and service minded staff. The buffet dishes have everything combining variety and quality even for the most demanding people. The hotel manager is visible everywhere asking the guests if they have a good time. All in all we had a great time and we will return back again.
