Overall it has been a bit of a disappointing experience. The human resource of the hotel is by far the highest highlight. It is excellent. Outside of that, the hotel is disappointing. The food is subpar, the room walls are paper thin, and the guests frequenting are entitled, rude, and out of line. Hotel seems totally unaware or enabling. There's children screaming down the hotel corridors at all hours of the night, people on their phone having loud 1hr conversations at 2am in the balcony (this happened yesterday), and music from the bar can be heard extremely loudly in the hotel rooms. One good point is the cats (Cypriot cats are well known) that are very much welcomed at the hotel and taken care of by the staff and some guests alike. Theyre super friendly and a great stress relief. Unfortunately, a lot of the guests here don't like the cats and I have even seen some guests mistreat them! It is terrible to see. I think they need to make it crystal clear to the guests that if they don't like cats this is not the place for them (you'd think it's common knowledge but apparently not).
Tldr; hotel staff are excellent but the infrastructure is lacking. The hotel seems to enable or at least not discourage bad behaviour from guests.
Pros: location is beautiful, there are a lot of friendly kitties around, and hotel welcomes them. Staff is excellent. All inclusive offers available
Cons: screaming children that are not being controlled by adults, food is subpar, impossible to rest in the rooms as the soundproofing is atrocious, and this fact coupled with rude and entitled guests is a recipe for disaster.
I was looking for a relaxing holiday and spent over £1k to be here. I can't help but think that money was better spent elsewhere, as everyday instead of relaxing I get more aggravated (especially with the lack of quality sleep).

Couldn't fault the location and staff at this beautiful hotel on the outskirts of Aiya Napa. Rooms were clean and comfortable and photo is the view from room 519, top floor of the main building. Food fantastic and great understanding and varied options for Coeliacs too. Definitely recommend

Spent 2 weeks here and had a great time. Plenty sunbeds. Lovely food and staff. It's a 3 star hotel and the rooms need updating. No real entertainment on the evening but we knew before we went so no complaints.

The staff is amazing, props to Jamal, a super cool, hardworking and friendly guy (all of them are but Jamal was super kind to us, every day we met him). One VERY annoying thing is getting a chair in the morning in the main pool. It’s a joke. So annoying that almost made me change the review. People wake up and leave their towels on the chairs the whole day. You go have your breakfast, lunch, and the empty chairs are just there. No one sitting, no one around, just there with a towel. The employee working on by the pool says “they are all occupied” like, by who? Can you see anyone around or in the pool? It’s a stupid situation. Hope they eventually start taking care of this.

This hotel was not worth the price.
We stayed for a week with the all inclusive and didn’t enjoy it at all.
The only thing I would say stood out is the pools, as they have a pool bar and a lot of space and quite clean.
The all inclusive food was very plain and repetitive, not any options for vegan, gluten free and dairy free.
On our second night one of us got food poisoning and couldn’t leave the hotel room due to the sickness.
The cleaning was horrible, our room never got cleaned even though we went down to reception and asked multiple times, so the room was a state with dirty towels and bed sheets.
As four 18 year old girls we found the male staff made us feel uncomfortable with constant staring unnecessarily, however there were nice staff as well.
On our last day we got rudely called up by a male staff member for what we were wearing to dinner. He demanded we “put a shirt on” even though we were wearing a full top that happened to have a v-neckline.
The signs just ask to not wear bikinis which we respected all week so it seemed out of the blue for this man to rudely mention and demand our dress attire when it was completely acceptable and what we have been wearing all week.
All and all me and my friends wouldn’t stay here again and wouldn’t recommend.
Definitely not the quality we expected.
